Clover is much more intuitive and easier to use than our previous Moneris models, as well as being easier to clean between shifts because of the touch screen instead of the buttons.

Pros

Clover is very easy to use and is very intuitive to use both for in person as well as over the phone transactions.

Cons

It seems a bit "nearsighted" when it comes to taking tap payments, and is very picky about exactly where the card is tapped.

When setting up our clover account, we had minimal issues. The customer service team is always responsive and quick to answer any questions we may have. Our rates are phenomenal - the lowest rate % we have been able to find! Everything you need is right on your clover device - inventory, prices, adding disounts, receipts.... SUPER SIMPLE!

Pros

I really enjoy using Clover because its EASY! The card processing steps are so simple and the machine is smooth to navigate!

Cons

I have zero negative comments about Clover.

We switch ed from Quickbooks POS to Clover years ago. Clover has been great! It was easy to load all inventory from a spread sheet. A few items needed correction after transfer but for the most part the transition was incredibly easy. It also has saved us a ton of money with the credit card processing fee feature. I like it and do refer it to friends and others in business.

Pros

I currently use Clover for my retail wholesale business. I have multiple locations. The system works great for us!

Cons

Backend work generally requires a call to customer service. But for the most part it is easy to use.

Pros

The set-up and equipment was free and easy.

Cons

It was hard to work with putting the tax and credit card fees to work as we wanted and no one knew how to fix it.

Absolutely crucial for quick event bookings! Made it so easy to take payment via the phone or online in such a short amount of time! Also insanely easy to use!

Cons

The login only remembers your log in for 2 weeks then you need a code and only gives you one user with a code

Furthermore using clover is very helpful when it comes to taking payments from small to large businesses, user friendly, cloud based, you can give certain rights to your users.

Pros

Clover is very user friendly, they have different hardware options they can operate from and cloud based system.

Cons

The only cons I would have about Clover is that they could be high price, they have sometimes system crashes, it can take offline payments, but some they may require internet connection

It is a very useful way of getting quick and small amount of money from the payment of our costumers. Before we were using a more convectional way of and it costed a lot and the online payments were always very late to arrive in my account but with Clover it is much easier.

Pros

The very innovative and practical way of paying things. Considering the company I work it is not that big, the payment method by clover is much useful.

Cons

Although the taxes asked by the payments are already low, it could be less.

Very poorly managed and lied to customers

There are nothing to talk about pros. Only cons

Cons

Customer service and they will take your money even though you ask them not to. I had to close my restaurant for personal issue, so i called the clover and spoke to someone regarding Monthly clover service charges and he said no problem. However, they debited 9 months $49.00 for subscription plan fee (not the machine lease fee). They would not give you money back nor care to contact you because its their mistake

I would like to assign custom invoice numbers (perhaps PO numbers) to invoices generated via Clover.

We use the clover terminals directly in office and team members who work remotely are able to process payments directly over the phone using the virtual terminals.

Pros

We're able to easily process our transactions through the terminals as well as remotely online.

Cons

The product is fantastic. The only thing I wish was that the processing terminal was the first page that opened up.

Good, have used them at our veterinary practice for the past 4 years. Customer service and sales are easy to work with when we need to replace/upgrade

Pros

They handhelds are easy to transport and are visually appealing, especially with the new upgrades. Easy to use and print end of night reports, easy for techs to bring into rooms to check clients out

Cons

It is to easy to accidentally refund a clients card if you hit the wrong button, wish that it would connect to our PIM system (AviMark). No stylus or pen provided for clients to sign their name

Pros

All the information that I need is easy to see on the dashboard. Their devices look slick, modern, & hi-tech.

Cons

Their terminals are expensive. They no longer allow payment requests/invoicing for healthcare offices.

Pros

Easy to use and install, but be carefull when you close out your account

Cons

I give 1 star because I cant give 0 stars, be carefull with this company, I stopped working with them and paid everything, after 2 years the put me in collection and asking me for a payment I already did, I been with this for 2 years, every time they call me ask me for alot of paperwork and they said that I owe $700 dlls, I proof everything thing and now they get back with this, not happy about this.
