This system is absolutely essential to running any type of medical practice. While EPIC use in a behavioral health department like ours is kind of like strapping a V8 engine on a Smartcar, by focusing on a few core features you can keep the experience form being overwhelming. This new switch to Bookit seems to have been better integrated into the patient's medical record itself, but time will tell. Pros This replaces the clunky proprietary booking system previously included with EPIC. Cons The training for this program has been inadequate for providers at my hospital system. I am sure it is a fine product, but it has so far included a steep learning curve due to inadequate training. Is easy and inuitive, no false information and best prices. Cons There is aplace I wanted to book, but it was the only one no uploaded to Bookit. Pros The platform is very easy to use, you can search very easy new places to staying while you travel. You can select from the chaepiest to the more luxurious. Cons Not always safe the parameters of your search, so you need to fill everytime. It’s fast and easy to book every time I use it. When I booked my trip my vacation specialist was very patient and helpful. Nevertheless, the software also had great deal which is a plus to me. Cons I did have some issues with my booking but they were able to fix it with their great costumer service. I have found great deals using this website. Everything has gone smoothly when I've used bookit. Cons The way pricing fluctuates can be a little frustrating but overall bookit has still provided me with deals cheaper than I could find on my own. Cons When on the go you have to use that data and it seems to use quiet a bit of it to use. Which then kills my battery much quicker than usual. Keep a charger handy when on the go!
