The recruitment process was seamless and candidate profile was very easy to access, our record were kept secured

Cons

Scheduling and time clock report was a little difficult to access but customer support resolved it in no time

Overall, iSolved has been a reliable and comprehensive HR platform that centralizes many of our day-to-day processes, from payroll and time tracking to onboarding and benefits management. Once you get past the initial learning curve, the system is capable and efficient, and having everything housed in one place has definitely streamlined our workflow. That said, the interface can feel dated and occasionally requires more clicks than expected, and some areas still feel less intuitive than they should be.

Pros

It's a comprehensive all-in-one platform (payroll, timecard, HR, benefits, onboarding). Employees can update personal info, access pay stubs, request time off, and manage benefits.

Cons

Navigating the system is not user friendly without training - you have to dig around to find what you're looking for. There are so many options to customize the system that it feels overwhelming and many of the appealing options get lost.

Moving candidates from each stage to get them do interviews has been fairly smooth and easy. This is a good product for the smaller size of my organization as I can manage everything myself.

Pros

Isolved has all the main features I need to walk step-by-step in the hiring process. I love how it integrates with outside platforms to expand my hiring reach.

Cons

There are some difficulties when I am trying to aggregate information across the various platforms. The mobile app doesn't really seem to be that user friendly making it better for desktop usage.

The platform is user-friendly and makes managing job postings, applications, and candidate tracking simple and efficient. The automation features, like job board distribution and email templates, save a lot of time in the hiring process. One of the biggest highlights is their customer service. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions. Whenever I've needed support, their team has been quick to provide clear and helpful solutions.

Pros

Its ease of use and affordability while still offering powerful recruiting and applicant tracking features.

The platform lacks deep customization options for reporting, workflows, and branding.
