It's a huge timesaver. Pros The automation is the best part for us. Once the service is set up you can basically just worry about other things knowing Midigator is working for you in the background. Cons I have no cons at this time since the product works well. Nothing to complain about at all. When I have questions I get a response almost immediately from the support staff. They are willing to get on the phone and walk you through the steps to ensure you are doing the alerts correctly. Pros I have been using this website for awhile and I enjoy being able to go in and see the past alerts that have been completed, then navigating to the new alerts. It is easy. Cons I am not able to change a response if I make a mistake. We had some initial road bumps getting it setup and it showing the wrong data but we got it all resolved. Pros I like that once it's setup, it's pretty set it and forget it. Cons I wish there were something showing it was actually working. I'm basically trusting that I'm getting an ROI but really have no idea so it's hard to see the value. And more details maybe would be good so we could deep dive easier when issues come up.
