Easily customisable and incredibly collaborative. Pros Visually, our staff love this tool and the conversations that happen within an idea. It allows us to discover new pain points that may have been previously missed. Super easy to launch and use. Being able to create multiple boards has help smaller teams run internal hack events. Cons As the VIIMA team are constantly iterating new features are being released regularly. I love a 'next review date' but that is the project manager in me and not essential.
