I like how easy I can access my files and easy to track older emails. I can access it right from my smartphone which is much better for business purposes.

Pros

I love Microsoft outlook easy to use and easy to access. Easy to filter older emails and keep junk mails out of site.

Cons

Maybe just having folders you can label and or tag for other types to keep organized. Auto filter certain types of email , if it's business or personal and put them into particular folders

Overall, my experience with Microsoft Outlook has been very positive. It is a reliable, comprehensive tool for managing professional communication, meetings, and daily organization. Its integration with Microsoft 365 is a major asset that greatly facilitates collaboration. There is still room for improvement, specifically regarding performance, search functionality, and interface simplicity—but for my daily use, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

Pros

What I appreciate most is that Outlook brings email, calendars, contacts, and meeting management together in one place. It greatly simplifies daily organization, especially when working with Teams and the rest of the Microsoft 365 suite. Shared calendars, rules, folders, and categories are very handy for keeping a busy inbox under control. I also like being able to access everything on both desktop and mobile, which allows me to stay reachable when I’m away from my desk.

Cons

Outlook can sometimes feel a bit heavy and complex, particularly due to the sheer number of menus and settings. Search doesn't always locate old emails as quickly or accurately as I’d like, and a large mailbox can occasionally impact performance. I also sometimes notice slight synchronization delays between devices. These aren't major issues, but faster speeds and a simplified interface would improve the experience.

Very positive. It works really well for our business and we experience minimal errors. The Outlook app itself is easy to use and understand.

Pros

Message reactions and Teams integration are convenient, but the experience would be stronger with more visual customization and better native support for third-party meeting services like Zoom.

Cons

Outlook could offer a broader selection of themes and more flexible customization options. Support for third-party meeting platforms such as Zoom could also be smoother, especially when creating and managing meeting links directly from calendar invites.

Reasons for choosing Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft offered not-for-profit pricing and made more sense for the business. Microsoft offers Microsoft Teams which Google does not. Lots of businesses we meet with use Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been positive. The Ease of Use makes it straightforward to manage emails, calendars, meetings, and professional communication. Access and Connectivity are useful when working across different devices, while Spam Filtering helps keep unwanted messages under control. Team Collaboration is supported through shared calendars, meetings, and email communication. Although there can occasionally be minor Bugs and Issues, they have not significantly affected my overall experience. Considering its communication and productivity features, I believe Outlook provides good Value for Money.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook is easy to use and provides good value for money for managing professional communication and email. Access and Connectivity are reliable, making it convenient to access emails and calendars across devices. Spam Filtering is also useful for reducing unwanted messages and keeping the inbox organized. The platform supports Team Collaboration through email, calendars, meetings, and shared communication, while its overall features make it practical for everyday professional work.

Cons

The inbox can become difficult to manage when there are large volumes of emails, notifications, and conversations. I have occasionally experienced minor bugs and issues such as synchronization delays or messages taking time to update across devices. The number of features and settings can also make some functions less intuitive for new users. I have limited direct experience with Customer Support, so I cannot strongly evaluate that aspect.
