### "Outlook: You know what you're going to get going in, and its good"

April 23, 2026

4.0

While there are occasional annoying nuances to Outlook (delay in server response, random anomalies), it is a solid, well-tested, tried-and-true email client that is comfortable and consistent in its design and usability.

Pros

Look and feel and functionality is comfortable and familiar, especially for those who have long-used non-browser based email clients.

Cons

Fairly regularly stalls when attempting to access or update various information (such as distribution group members) within the app.

### "Outlook: Day-to-Day Business Review"

June 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, Outlook is critical tool for our business as it provides reliable e-mail, calendar and contact management while supporting team collaboration through shared calendars. The customization options and accessibility allow our users to work in a way that best suits their needs. While generally dependable and secure, Outlook is a great way to ensure cyber security. The main challenge is the learning curve for new users and occasional performance issues with larger mailboxes.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook is integral to our day-to-day business functioning for both e-mail, calendar and contact management. E-Mailing is a must in our workplace and helps to promote collaboration within the team. In addition, we utilize shared calendars which is a must to keeping the entire team in the loop. The ability to customize views and settings is great and allows each user to personalize Outlook based on their needs and preferences. Outlook can be accessed using the desktop software, web and mobile devices which allows all users to determine which application best works for them and their situation. Outlook is easy to access and connects quite easily; we do not often experience bugs or issues and when we do, they are often repaired or fixed quickly. Microsoft applications, including Outlook, have strong security features which ensures great filtering of junk/spam e-mails and ensures cyber safety.

Cons

When new employees join, they can sometimes find Outlook overwhelming because of the number of features. Furthermore, those with large mailboxes do experience performance issues, especially when searching for specific e-mails. The largest con would be that when Microsoft does perform updates, settings and workflows can often be change or be disrupted. For example: the new Outlook replaced Quick Parts with My Templates. While My Templates is a great feature, it does not function the same way Quick Parts does and therefore interrupted certain workflows within our business.

Switched from

The integration between Outlook and other Microsoft tool, such as Excel, was paramount to our business. Furthermore, Microsoft products are most commonly used which ensured ease between our clients and our business.

### "Outlook is my prefered mail client."

June 8, 2026

3.0

I ahve used this for over 20 years and its been very helful but a lot of changes happen frequently and end users really dont know about or how to work with the changes.

Pros

Outlook is a great mail client that helps me work my day to day emails and integrate a lot of other products within it. I use this daily to communicate with customers and internally.

Cons

There is a lot of features in it, and it is very reliant on internal processes and things can be slow at times when you have a lot of mailboxes added to your profile.

### "A 4x CHAMP Outlook User"

May 29, 2026

5.0

Wonderful connectivity tool. The cost to upgrade to TB is not too much. I want to filter all subscriptions to clean up all. I'm not sure if that is available, but I have never seen it.

Pros

This is one of my best friend forever. Let's talk about multiple email, personal, work, business x2. Easy add account, easy switch, easy sign-in passkey, fingerprint. Spam filtering is key for me and the other tab places needed emails right where they belong.

Cons

I've received emails from a user and their email still got sent to the spam folder which was unexpected.

### "Satisfied customer "

May 28, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been positive. It’s a reliable tool for managing email, calendars, and tasks in one place, which helps improve organization and productivity. While it can feel a bit complex at times, it becomes very efficient once you get used to its features.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is its ability to combine email, calendar, and task management in one platform. It helps keep communication organized, improves scheduling efficiency, and makes it easy to manage daily priorities in a structured way.

Cons

What I liked least about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel slow or resource-heavy, especially with large inboxes. The interface can also be a bit complex for new users, making certain settings and features harder to find.

### "Our school has a dependable means of communication."

June 11, 2026

4.0

Outlook, as a part of the Microsoft Office group, has served me well as a school administrator, in maintaining staff communication and scheduling organized. It does have its glitches here and there, but the fact that it makes it easier to collaborate between our educators and makes my everyday job easier outweighs the glitches. The total amount of features and performance provide added value for the price and is a good solution for our type of educational establishment.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook has been key to the daily running of our school. When dealing with teachers and parents that live in different time zones, email scheduling is a godsend. With Calendar integration we can manage to track all of the meetings, parent conferences and school events within one app. Spam filtering is really effective and critical to deal with the unwanted e-mails that would cause distraction. Being able to reply promptly even when I'm away from my desk is made possible with the mobile app.

Cons

Sometimes, Outlook may delay to open larger attachments and also while switching between multiple email accounts, interrupt the productivity in busy mornings. At times, emails are not even in sync with the devices, which can cause confusion. The customer support is responsive, but bug troubleshooting may take a while. Hopefully updates don't sometimes alter the layout, it does take some time to get used to new layouts.

### "Outlook Review"

May 18, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook is very favorable. I enjoy using this product and interact with it daily.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is its organization. I can easily find my email, calendars and tasks. The emails can easily be formatted with subfolders. Outlook is integrated with Microsoft's other products Excel, Word and Powerpoint. I keep all of my calendar events in the Outlook calendar. I especially like the feature to add events that cover many days (also called a series).

Cons

I use this product every day. There is nothing about this product that I dislike or like the least. It is a very good product that satisfies my communication needs.

### "Outlook helps me coordinate with others easily"

May 29, 2026

3.0

It has been ok. I wish I didn't have to pay for extra storage. I like that it integrates with Microsoft 365.

Pros

It's free, I find it easy to use and you can have offline access. Also the calendar is great for coordinating meetings and sharing with the team. I really like the sweep feature where you can get rid of a bunch of emails at once.

Cons

The free version has ads and collects data so there's privacy concerns. I ran out of room once and didn't know it for awhile so I wasn't receiving emails. To get extra storage it's pricey.

### "Microsoft Outlook Review"

April 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Outlook has been good. It’s a solid tool for managing email and scheduling, especially for work. It has a lot of useful features, even though it can feel a bit overwhelming at first.

Pros

I like that Outlook keeps everything in one place like email, calendar, and contacts. It’s helpful for organizing work since you can easily schedule meetings and manage emails together. The search and filtering tools also make it easier to find messages.

Cons

The search filter to find certain emails doesn't seem to work unless you select the correct folder instead of doing the general inbox search.

### "Powerful, Reliable, and Great for Professional Email Management"

April 11, 2026

5.0

I have been using Microsoft Outlook for a long time and find it to be a very dependable and feature-rich email client. It is especially useful in a professional environment because it combines email, calendar, contacts, and task management in one place. The interface is clear enough to use daily, and it helps me stay organized even when handling a high volume of messages. Outlook is a strong choice for anyone who needs a practical and well-integrated communication tool for work.

Pros

Outlook offers excellent organization features, including folders, rules, categories, and a very useful calendar integration. It makes it easy to manage multiple email accounts and keep track of meetings, appointments, and tasks without switching between different tools. The search function is effective, the performance is stable, and the close connection with Microsoft 365 applications adds a lot of value for business users.

Cons

One downside is that Outlook can feel a bit complex at first, especially for users who only need a simple email program. The interface may seem crowded because of the many available features, and some advanced settings take time to learn. It can also feel heavier than lighter email clients, particularly on older devices or when working with large mailboxes.

### "A Review on Microsoft Outlook"

April 13, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Microsoft Outlook has been very positive and it is an essential tool in my role as an accountant. It provides me with a reliable and structured way to manage my high volume of client communications, which again, is crucial in a deadline-driven environment. Features such as folders, rules, and categories help to keep my inbox organised whilst my calendar function is valuable for planning workloads, prioritising tasks and ensuring my key deadlines are met. Outlook also provides a professional standard of communication, allowing me to maintain consistence through email signatures and structured correspondence with clients. The integrations with other Microsoft applications enhances efficiency in day-to-day work.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook is a software I use daily in my role as an accountant, I find it an essential tool for staying organised. Its features have allowed me to manage a high volume of work efficiently, which is important given the strict deadlines I have to work to. The calendar funtion is especially valuable, allowing me to plan my days and weeks effectively, prioritise key tasks and ensure that all deadlines are met. In addition, Outlooks supports a professional approach to client communication - I consistently use a standardised email signature to maintain a clear and professional image in all correspondence. Overall, Outlook plays a key role in helping me stay structured, efficient, and responsive in a deadline-driven environment.

Cons

Sometimes, long email threads in Microsoft Office can become difficult to follow, particularly when there are multiple replies in a single chain. This can make conversations feel cluttered and less visually intuitive. It would be beneficial if Outlook offered improvements in how these threads are displayed, making them clearer and easier to navigate. Working in an accountancy practice, I also experience a high volume of client emails - especially during busy periods such as January - which can quickly lead to a crowded inbox. While features such as folders and colour coding are helpful the sheer amount of emails can still feel overwhelming at times.

### "Simple, Reliable, and All-in-One"

January 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, Outlook is solid, easy to manage emails and calendars in one place, reliable, and works well with other Microsoft apps.

Pros

I really like how Outlook combines email, calendar, and tasks in one place. It’s easy to organize messages, find what I need with the search, and it works smoothly with other Microsoft apps like Teams and OneDrive

Cons

Outlook can feel a bit cluttered at times, and it slows down with really big inboxes. Some features aren’t very customizable, which can be frustrating.

### "Powerful Email, But Sometimes Overwhelming"

January 28, 2026

Outlook is reliable and feature-rich for email and calendar, but can feel slow and complex, especially when managing many messages and settings.

Pros

I liked Outlook’s unified inbox, strong calendar integration, and reliable email organization—making scheduling, reminders, and communication easy across work and personal accounts.

Cons

Outlook can feel slow and cluttered, with complex settings and inconsistent search results, making it frustrating to manage many emails.

### "Outlook Gets a Bad Rap But They Know How to Do Email"

March 8, 2026

4.0

Generally good. I like it better than Gmail and and think the email and calendar integration is better.

Pros

What I like most about Outlook is that it lets you sort messages by sender! This is huge because I can quickly go through messages by sender, collapse the ones I don't want to deal with and focus on the ones I do. No other email does this.

Cons

It feels a little bloated and the design is outdated. I wish they would give an option that isn't so busy and dense and makes the font bigger.

### "Outlook: More than Just an Email Application"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with MS Outlook has been very positive. Communicating with customers and team members is easy and now that Outlook is connected with copilot, writing a proper email has never been easier.

Pros

Outlook is fantastic for booking appointments, corresponding with clients and other coworkers effectively, filtering out spam emails and connected with my important tech stack so I can track my ever-growing list of projects.

Cons

There were some minor bugs I have encountered that made my experience less than ideal at times. I've had calendar events not enter correctly even though I did everything right mechanically, for example.

### "Microsoft Outlook is GREAT!"

November 7, 2025

5.0

I thoroughly enjoy using Microsoft Outlook compared to other email providers. The layout is nice and organized which helps with efficiency. Plus, the organizing tools really helps with efficiency. The only issue I have is not receiving emails I have sent from my personal email. I am not sure if there is a further security option to allow emails from my personal email.

Pros

The main aspects I like most about Microsoft Outlook is the ease of use, the features provided, spam filtering and calendar integration. The layout of Outlook is very simple to learn and has a 'clean' look to it. I enjoy that you can make folders for your emails to group them in an organized manner. Plus, I really enjoy the spam filtering because I use Outlook for work purposes and this feature saves time. Since I use Outlook for work, I use the calendar provided which is a nice tool for task prioritization.

Cons

One aspect I noticed that I don't enjoy about Outlook: I will need to email my work email from my personal email and sometimes the emails will not reach my work email. I do have my personal email set in my contacts and waived the security option for it but some emails still won't go through.

### "Outlook is Very User Friendly & Efficient for Communication/Tasks"

December 17, 2025

5.0

I find that Outlook is very user friendly and the system itself is very efficient for communication and tasks. I really like the add-in programs that work in combination with Outlook to make communicating, task completion and document management more efficient. I prefer outlook over other email systems.

Pros

I enjoy that it is very user friendly and the multiple applications that Outlook can sync with is also very helpful and efficient.

Cons

I find that changing settings for fonts and preferences is a bit tedious. I would like to see more options for settings/preferences located in the same section to make changes.

### "Very good email/calendar client for businesses that use M365"

April 30, 2026

5.0

If you're in the M365 suite of apps, Outlook is a great email and calendar client. The web app works better but the new outlook desktop app is very comparable in reliablity. There are still sync issues sometimes and when its bad, a full reinstall of the desktop app is required.

Pros

It's generally a very good and reliable known email client. Supports M365/Exchange the best but you can use it for other email service providers as well (Gmail or others). Available as a web application or desktop app for Windows and macOS. Great for email and calendar services. Integrates natively with everything else under the M365 suite.

Cons

It's gotten more confusing now with three different versions of Outlook (web, classic outlook, and new outlook). The web application appears to work the best and is the most reliable but a lot of users still prefer the desktop app and even worst some users won't move off of classic outlook. Outlook desktop is also know to have crashing/sync issues.

### "Solid comms and scheduling platform."

August 29, 2025

4.0

Overall, Outlook is here to stay. It's reliable, easy to work in, and gets the job done. I've used it throughout my entire professional career and don't foresee stopping any time soon. The capabilities and integrations make it genuinely powerful; though a little more admin depth would make it a complete hub.

Pros

Outlook is where I handle most of my daily tasks. I can write emails, add quick notes, and manage my calendar. The clean layout and adjustable density make it easy to fit on multiple screens. The Teams integration is also clutch and allows me to jump straight into a meeting from the email invite or notification. Search is solid, and having folders streamlines filing and retrieval. Also, I can set custom rules for filtering, send instructions, and OOO notices.

Cons

I'd say, where it falls short is not being a true one-stop shop for admin-related tasks. Though is it true that the majority of routine tasks can be accomplished through the platform, there are still a few that require pivoting to other tools. A few integrations, leaning more on the HR-side of tasks, would push Outlook into the S-tier for sure.

Overall Outlook is a default email soution used by most companies because as the saying goes "If it isnt broke, dont fix it"

Pros

### "A Personal Experience"

October 13, 2025

5.0

Overall, I really enjoy my experience with Microsoft Outlook. I've been able to take my skills and communication to the next level in my place of work.

Pros

I really like how you can get in touch with just about everybody. There's a clear list of company contacts, which makes it very easy to tag people in your emails. There are also a lot of personalization options to make each email its own. Not to mention how easy it is to send emails and get them ready to go. It also notifies you when a message may be spam, so you can go ahead and investigate before interacting, which makes your experience better.

Cons

I will say I wish there was a way for an individual email message your sending to let you know you reached the maximum size allowed to be sent. For example, if there are too many images, I wish it would notify me so I can adjust appropriately, versus sending it out and there being an error.

### "Microsoft Outlook is an all in one email access point "

July 12, 2025

5.0

I love it and my hope is that it continues to be a mainstay for business and personal use. Being in healthcare the encrypted option for emails is a must. Also, the ability to send literally any type of attachment is great.

Pros

It is user friendly, has all of the features I could dream up that would be helpful and it allows me to check business and personal email all in one spot.

Cons

Every once and awhile a "user friendly" update has me a bit confused when new features get moved around.
