I always refer to outlook because gmail is more complicated and we keep missing mails on gmail, whereas outlook makes life much easier to navigate.

Pros

The navigation of mails are more effecient and easier to file incoming and outgoing mails, this makes outlook much easier to use

A great email management program that has grown over the years but has remained fast and simple to use.

Pros

The program's features have become lighter over time: the search within the e-mail archive is instantaneous. So it is a program that has grown over the years having the ability to handle large amounts of archived emails.

Cons

In the management of replies, if these are transformed into text, the replies are not formatted correctly: even by setting, for example, ">" as a character that must be placed in front of the sender's text and included in the reply, there has always been a bug that in other programs such as Mozilla Thunderbird, this happens correctly, while in Microsoft Outlook html-to-text replies ignore this character. Therefore it is better to use external programs in the answers. In this regard, I myself have created a free program "Text Quoter - The Message Quoter" which for years has allowed me to remedy this defect. So I would suggest to MIcrosoft to fix this annoying bug.

Overall, there is no denying that Microsoft Outlook is a great and stable product that has been there for quite a while and has a quite large user base.

Pros

One of the best things about Microsoft Outlook is the fact that it is available in all platforms: MacOS, windows, Android etc. The most powerful thing about Microsoft Outlook is the fact that is able to consolidate different emails from different providers, giving you one interface to manage multiple emails. This is a very good feature as far as efficiency and organization is concerned.Microsoft outlook also has a very powerful calendar and alert system that is very reliable as far as reminders are concerned, making it very unlikely to miss important meetings and events.Microsoft outlook also offers a very organized contacts management feature that helps you organize your contacts into groups and distribution lists for ease of use. Additionally, the auto-complete feature in the application makes it easy to find contacts that you have already used before making the process faster and more enjoyable.As expected, Microsoft outlook works very seamlessly with the other Microsoft products like Excel and Word.

Cons

It might need some bit of time to be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook. Some of its features might be intimidating for new users.

Overall , the best email client that you can have. Integrates seamlessly with other collaboration apps like Teams, Zoom and now with Dynamics 365

Pros

Starting from the very basic sending and receiving emails what i started liking about this is integration and other apps like Dynamics 365 and new AI features like Viva insights, suggestion on the best time to send emails, teams and zoom integration for meeting invites.

Cons

Nothing much to complain about MS Outlook but if I have to choose few - setting the background is not very intuitive (takes bit of effort to get there), when editing the xls background highlights for columns works differently from xls and some time synch issues

Reason for choosing Microsoft Outlook

There has been no other product that comes close to what outlook provides in terms of features, reliability, and security hence I have not seen any other comparison in my experience till now.

J'aime le Outlook Legacy car il reste dans ses fonctions anciennes importantes : - Gérer convenablement plusieurs boites de messagerie simultanément - Gérer convenablement les dossiers de mails archivés sur mon ordinateur - La bonne gestion des spams qui pourrait être améliorée tout de même

Je n'aime pas le nouveau Outlook car il ne sait pas récupérer les dossier antérieurs automatiquement et les contacts prédictifs Je n'aime pas le fait qu'on ne peut pas faire glisser des mails dans un dossier lorsque ces mails sont le résultat d'une recherche Je n'aime pas le fait qu'il ne conserve pas l'expéditeur d'un mail en non spam lorsqu'on lui dit que c légitime

Compared to other email clients and even Outlook Web, this version (Outlook desktop) provides a lot of power and since it is bundled with the other apps in MS Office 365, using it is a no-brainer. We use it mostly for general business emails and receiving notice of store orders. We have used it for bulk mailing but it is not the easiest to use for that.

Pros

It is easy to use for end users; allows for extensive customization; allows for integration with MS Word and Excel; allows easy, attractive formatting of emails.

Cons

Some features are only available depending on what type of email server is managing your service. For instance, you cannot easily just "turn on" an out-of-office auto-reply unless your email comes from an Exchange server. If you are on an IMAP or POP server, you have to create a rule using a template email and it's much more involved. It can have trouble searching large mailboxes. It does not like running the same account/profile on more than one PC (emails visible on one are not always available/visible on the other).

Pros

i vantaggi sono avere un servizio affidabile, rapido e soprattutto serio. Ha anche l'applicazione che è facilmente scaricabile dagli store. Dopo averla provato non si può tornare indietro!

onestamente niente, l'utilizzo da 5 anni e non mi ha mai dato nessun problema

Molto utile, il Web funziona molto bene, sulla gestione delle mail e del calendario, la multicanalità funziona benissimo (l'app). Come strumento lavorativo funziona benissimo e penso non si possa sostituire.

Cons

l'app ha alcune funzionalità che sono un pò difficili da utilizzare come chiamare le call, visualizzare le disponibilità dei colleghi, altre funzionalità sono difficili da trovare. Unica pecca, se vengono inseriti dei contatti preferiti non si ricevono più le notifiche per quel contatto anche se risultano attive, se vuoi rimuovere quel contatto dai preferiti ti cancella tutta la cronologia dei messaggi

overall i really like outlook, its a simple, free, easy to use, and efficient email platform and i will keep using it as long as it stays that way.

Pros

I like the simplistic set up of the platform and the appearance aspect of it as well. I like that the platform is easy to use and that it allows you to efficiently organize and separate different mail and groups of messages.

Cons

I don't like how i cant unsubscribe to or that i have to keep marking the same things as spam and they get sent to my normal inbox despite that fact.

I use Outlook very regularly. It has a lot of features and functions that are very useful for my daily e-mail management and organization. It's one of the best productivity tools you can have

Pros

Outlook is excellent for e-mail management. For me, who receives a lot of e-mail, it makes sorting and tidying easier. Sorting by color, sorting by folder according to contacts or certain criteria, sorting by contact group, chat conversation to follow up on the conversation according to the contact, and so on. It's packed with options and functionality. I like its calendar, which allows me to have an agenda directly in my mailbox. I also like the fact that I can schedule meetings directly from there, and send reminders directly to my contacts. Outlook is really great

Cons

PC software is difficult to configure. You need a professional to do it

Pros

I have been using Microsoft Outlook for many years to manage my various email addresses. I am a Microsoft customer with the complete Office 365 package. Microsoft Outlook has several advantages and some drawbacks. Among the advantages, I definitely appreciate the ability to easily share the calendar with other collaborators and colleagues who work in different companies than mine. This is crucial for the work I do, and it can be effectively managed through Microsoft Outlook. I greatly appreciate the calendar function and the ability to install extensions like Grammarly or Quillbot for the English language. I also make frequent use of rules to organize folders.

Cons

One of the limitations of Outlook is its heaviness and lack of fluidity. I often encounter synchronization issues, and drafts of emails with attachments are automatically created even though I have simply created and sent them immediately. This is a problem that I have noticed other people experiencing years ago as well. Nevertheless, overall, I continue to use Outlook because it is convenient to manage multiple email addresses from a single mail client.

I use the whole suite Microsoft Office for many years.

The experience has been great!

Pros

The features I like the most about this software are the way meeting invites getting automatically sent to recently deleted folders and if needed could be retrieved. These emails are not being sent to the actual "inbox" folder and this is a great feature as the inbox folder could only contain important emails. I even like the way I can see people's calendars for setting up meetings and if needed conversing with them. I even like the way folders could be created and emails could be managed with the help of these.

Cons

The least I like about this software is it getting closed suddenly and also a message or a pop-up not being shown to the email sender after being sent successfully as sent/still sending etc. They were 2 instances when I sent important emails and I thought they went but the next day I realized that they actually haven't. Both the times I immediately closed my system after sending my emails-probably I might have checked if they successfully went or not by probably waiting a minute or more and checking if the email successfully went through or not.

I like most about outlook is its versatility. Its UI is very easy to understand. It also offers integration of other Microsoft tool. Its mail search option is very fast and the most helpful feature for me is the mail sorting as per folder. It is also available on mobile phone which helps to stay connected.

Cons

I have faced synchronization issues few times. And it has lots of feature which make it bit difficult to use.
