Pros I love how you can set up rules for emails in Outlook. This keeps my inbox sorted all the time, and I always know what emails I need to respond to first, making my work very efficient. It helps me search for an email quickly and have important contacts on top of my list. I also love getting reminded before a meeting so I could do a quick preparation for it before jumping in. Cons In addition to the desktop version, I also use the Outlook iOS app and I am not very impressed with it. It crashes sometimes and it is also slow so I mostly do not prefer and would not recommend it. Another thing that I do not like is if you have lost an email, retrieving it is very difficult.
