It is extremely straightforward to use. Perfect for those who primarily use Microsoft. Cons I don't like how you can't upload a pdf to an email signature. I've been using outlook for decades at this point that it's constantly being updated. I'm using the mobile version of outlook over apple mail and we've since mandated the use on all mobile devices because of all the security features and additional functionality. Pros Outlook is the benchmark that everyone uses. Thats largely because they use office in general and it's available, but it also has all the features a business user could need. The multiple way to access via the desktop, web and mobile just make it that much better. Cons The desktop version still has a bit of a clunkly interface and is missing some features that the web version has. They really need to consolidate the two versions and update the UI. I think it's the best email client, you can manage all your emails is a very smart way; the interface is clean and intuitive. You can create your own folders and add rules to them to organize the messages. There are a lot of addons for Outlook for a useful integration with most used (third party) programs. The calendar will help you to schedule your appointments, meetings and task to do. If you need information you will easily find the answer on internet. It's worth the price! As an executive assistant, I am able to automatically forward many messages from my boss to me so that I can handle them without his knowledge of the request even coming in. I also have many other emails that are informational only automatically sort into folders so I don't have to clog up my inbox with messages and can focus on what actually needs my attention. Cons I am hoping Outlook/Microsoft in general start to implement more collaborative tools in the near future to imitate what Google is doing. One of the most important things Outlook has to offer is the integration with Microsoft teams and Microsoft 365.
