### "Outlook - The planning tool for everyone"

March 6, 2026

5.0

Overall I have had a positive experience with outlook using it everyday for multiple years using the system to plan my weeks.

Pros

Microsoft outlook is a very effective tool, the calendar feature is brilliant to keep track of meetings and planning.

Cons

My least favourite part of outlook is the constant changes to the interface and design of the system.

### "Reliable Email & Calendar Tool for Daily Productivity"

February 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Microsoft Outlook has been positive. It helps me manage emails, meetings, and tasks in one place, which improves productivity. The calendar and reminders are especially useful for scheduling and follow-ups. After a short learning curve, the folders and rules make inbox management easy. Sometimes it feels slow, but for professional or academic communication it works reliably.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook makes email management very organized with folders and rules. The calendar and meeting scheduling are very helpful for daily work. Search works well, integration with Microsoft 365 apps is smooth, and offline access lets me read and draft emails anytime.

Cons

The interface feels a bit heavy and sometimes slow, especially on older systems. Initial setup and account syncing can be confusing. Search occasionally misses recent emails, and too many settings/options make it less beginner-friendly compared to simpler email apps.

### "Microsoft Outlook"

June 3, 2025

5.0

Pros

Outlook is very easy to navigate and is very user friendly. There are many tools to help your email be drafted and sent exactly how you want it to be. It's nice that it also has the calendar so you can keep your email and schedule all in once place. It makes it very convenient when you are making arrangements with people to set up meetings.

Cons

I don't really have any issues with Microsoft Outlook. The only small issue I have is that the mobile app sometimes doesn't make it as easy to move emails into which folder I'd like them in as easy, but not a huge issue.

I had Outlook for 8 years, Mostly I'm easy to catch up with outlook upgrades but, some i have to look up for a video on how to do particular things

Pros

Very good for commercial use(office use), I see most of the offices and organisations use Outlook for their usage

Cons

Bit expensive compared to other service providers such as google and other providers. Upgrades were not user friendly as well

### "A good tool that could become great if only... "

September 1, 2025

3.0

I've relied on Outlook as my go, to email and calendar tool, for years using it weekly. Generally it gets the job done. I frequently find myself thinking it could use a refresh. Something a bit modern and lightweight would be a nice change.

Pros

Outlook is a choice, for managing emails and calendars. It reliably delivers notifications and updates. Once you've got everything set up it runs smoothly. One of the advantages is how well it integrates with Microsoft tools making it a convenient option if you're already invested in the Office suite.

Cons

The interface hasn't really kept pace with Google Workspace. It looks a bit old fashioned by comparison. When it comes to integrating with tools results are inconsistent. Trying to use it with Teams, for instance can be clumsy and frustrating at times. Overall the experience just isn't as seamless and user friendly, as what you'd find with Google.

### "Good for Scheduling"

December 8, 2025

4.0

I generally like the system as it can help me stay organized. I have to double check times when it's made to ensure the right time zone. I don't like the constant log-in identification but that is how Microsoft operates.

Pros

I like how the calendar integrates with all of my word. Microsoft does a good job streamlining my important information from emails into the calendar system so I don't miss a thing.

Cons

There are times when the time zones do not work well. There are times I have to go back and fix the meeting times because the time zones won't shift.

### "Outlook is far superior!"

January 4, 2026

5.0

I have used outlook for many years. It is my go to email program, i have tried other programs but always find myself back with outlook.

Pros

I love the convenience of having everything located within the one program. It gives me access to my calendar and my meetings in Teams.

Cons

I personally do not like the new layout of outlook. I like the out layout from 2016. It may be something i have to get used to using.

### "outlook review"

June 14, 2025

5.0

It is of course a good experience overall, hovewer. I think some new improvements need to be made, even in the new outlook, to actually being able to modify more the way emails themselfs are shown. A more productive way. for the email text, but more on the foloders view. I think it should exist a view way of folders where you can actually see multiple folders list, rather than just a single view per tab.

Pros

in general its the forever application I have used since I have worked, but I think compare to google email, outlook is far better.

Cons

I was an active programer for VBA codes, in old outlook. so moving to the new version of outlook has not been easy for me, beacuse I already have many VBA codes, to autome and facilitate my job.

### "Reliable Email and Calendar Hub for Daily Work"

August 12, 2025

5.0

Outlook remains a workhorse for professional communication and scheduling. It’s not the flashiest email client, but its stability, integration with Microsoft 365, and comprehensive feature set make it hard to beat for business use.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook is dependable and feature-rich, making it easy to manage emails, calendars, and contacts in one place. The calendar integration is seamless, and tools like rules, folders, and search help keep inboxes organized. I especially value the cross-platform syncing between desktop, web, and mobile apps.

Cons

It can feel heavy and slow at times, especially with large inboxes, and some advanced features are buried in menus that aren’t always intuitive.

### "My outlook for today looks sunny and productive. And my emails in outlook keep it that way"

April 29, 2025

5.0

I have have ups and downs with all software and outlook is not different. back in the day when the folders could not hold so much, each time there is some special feature added and it starts to act differently. yeah those things may get to be used as you start to discover them, but i fyou are like me and do hundreds of very importatnt emails daily, i need to produce. In my businesss you dont text from your phone, you dont even talk on the phone , you email something back and fouth and keeping your work life seperate from texting y our friends is what you do . I dont use my phone cause that silly littlle keyboard. its fine for a few emails and to read things but when i get to my desk in my office with my huge monitors and a full size keyboard , we are communicating with the world and i use outlook to most of that coordinating , submittal of projects. setting up meetings and confirming . it keeps my contacts . There may be something different that good. It seems to me that Aol you got my mail was pretty good in the day.Now its all about outlook, its fast and its shows my head exactly the same format it always had so the GUI is productions. and production is money

Pros

OUtlook has got a good name and a long track record in the email business. It is open to accept any email addresses , with all the types of systems you can actually purchase from a hoster. They have Mobil version and many hosters will even give you a version copy of it when you use there email system. Proobably the best part is its familiarity and layouts everyone has used. so ou can hit the ground running and not search everywhere for the simple features. By no means does it only have simple features. Syncing with home email or Mobil phone is awesome and you feel like your in the same box each time picking up your email as if you are still at you office pc or you home office. practically in mid email you jump devices and its seamless.

Cons

There have been instances when your pst folder goes corrupt and outlooks seems like it wont open, or if a folder got to full . Alot of the problems over the years have been worked out and technically outlooks has so many interaction features and points it can seem more complicated then it really is , but those abilities to have it interact with so many other software programs and have custom setup are really part of its greatness. I hate the most when they try change the look of the overall classic look. Of of course they are always trying to make it look better and whatever. They usually have a button that you can still use the same old classic version as it was so many years ago. Thats its true power its got that familiarity that i fyou have used it , your producing right away when its installed.

Overall even with the small issues I will continue to use outlook as it is consistent for email management

Pros

I like that I am able to find any email that I have been sent or that I sent myself when searching through my emails.

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't always work with the mobile version as a lot of times I will be away from my desk and needing to find an email.

Microsoft Outlook allows me to easily keep track of all the emails I receive. Easy to flag and separate incoming emails into the right places so I don't miss any deals.

Pros

I like the desktop app of Microsoft Outlook. Ability to create personal folders and rules in the app is very easy!

Cons

The mobile app is much slower than my desktop app, often experiencing major delays in receiving emails on my phone compared to the desk top.

### "Outlook: The New Necessity"

January 15, 2026

5.0

As a professional, the experience with Outlook is 9/10 for me. It's easy to operate, easy to collaborate with outlook. it's a go to tool for email exchange in the modern-day profession.

Pros

Outlook seems more professional and it is easy to use in professionally. Many companies are using outlook as their main line of email chain and our company is one of them. Even small things like setting up a meeting are so easy, letting others know that you are busy are handy tools that outlook has.

Cons

If you are a beginner and you have been using, say Gmail as a primary email platform, Outlook will feel so complex to say the least. The user interface looks vague for a beginner.

### "Widely used Email and Performance. "

September 9, 2025

4.0

Although it certainly is not without issues, my overall experience has been good with Microsoft Outlook because I am able to use a professional address and it integrates with all of the other Microsoft Applications.

Pros

I like that Microsoft Outlook is widely used. Outlook allows you to have a professional email tailored to your companies ip brand or company name.

Cons

Outlook has the most crashes and bugs out of my entire Microsoft Suite. It lags at times, as well to the point that it needs to be restarted.

### "Does what it says on the tin"

July 16, 2025

4.0

Outlook is very fine to use, but I have described Microsoft products as perfecting their software a couple of decades ago, and not feeling the need to update it much. The software overall hasn't changed much, which is brilliant, however I feel there could be some fantastic new changes implemented, if only Mac users weren't barred from these features.

Pros

It's customisable, easy to use and doesn't complicate anything. It does what it says on the tin, and doesn't disappoint, and it isn't frustrating to use. You never hear anyone complaining of working with Outlook.

Cons

Being a Microsoft product, it isn't well suited for Macs, but we are dependant on it, well as other Microsoft products such as Excel. There are features that PC users have access to that Mac users don't.

### "Good for Email but Customizing is a Pain"

February 23, 2026

4.0

Overall, Outlook has been reliable for managing email and my schedule. I use it daily and it helps keep me organized for work. It has its issues when it comes to personalization, but it still gets the job done.

Pros

I like that Outlook keeps my email and calendar together so I can stay organized. It helps me stay on top of meetings, reminders, and deadlines without jumping between apps. The search feature is helpful and makes it easy to find old emails when I need them.

Cons

It does not sync my picture in my email signature correctly and it is not user friendly when it comes to personalizing signatures and layouts. Making small changes that should be simple ends up taking more time than it should.

### "Outlook is User Friendly "

June 30, 2025

4.0

Pros

I love how easy it is to link Microsoft products to emails for easy communication. Emails have a lot of formatting options and personalization routes. I have found that most generations of employees are fluent in it.

Cons

The calendar does not always integrate with other programs. I need to manually add meetings with Zoom links, Teams invites, etc, and this takes time. Google Calendar is more fluid when it comes to adding to the calendar.

### "Acceptable tool as part of Microsoft tools"

August 21, 2025

4.0

Acceptable tool, specially as it comes as part of Microsoft tools package and is sort of inevitable for when a company is using the other tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Pros

It goes smoothly and easily hand to hand with other Microsoft tools that are used daily, specially teams. Also really like the feature where it allows the add-ons.

Cons

Not the best UI and I find it difficult to navigate or perform certain changes, specially in the calendar section. Also, sometimes has sync issues with TEAMS and does not properly get updated.
