Cons Leider ist der Support sehr schlecht, bei 80% der Probleme die wir mit Microsoft hatten, haben wir eine Lösung vor Microsoft gefunden, und der 1st Level Support ist nur dafür da die Reaktionszeiten der SLAs zu garantieren und einem zu sagen, dass man bitte Logs sammeln soll. Pros It's either I'm just used to using outlook, or it really is the best out there. For starters, the email customization and formatting options are NOT limited. And two, it can be used even for gmail, yahoo domains of needed. Cons It can be hard to get used to if you are new to it (migrating from gmail) but no issues overall. I like how easy it is to categorize emails in Microsoft Outlook. It's pretty handy to be able to reach my calendar through it directly. The updates are very smooth as well. The web version and the app version are both good, but on the phone, filtering is not as easy as the web one. Pros Microsoft Outlook is probably the best email tool out there. University of Ottawa switched from Gmail to Microsoft Outlook about one or two years ago. I like the features that Microsoft Outlook separates all incoming emails into "Focused" and "Other" categories. Of course, it also has main inbox, junk, spam, deleted, etc., but the main two categories make me check me emails easier. Cons I do not have many complaints about Microsoft Outlook. Overall, it does a good jobs and meets my requirements, but it is not very friendly to a beginner user. For instance, I have no idea how the recall function works and where it is located. Also, I find sometimes Microsoft Outlook is slow in terms of searching and sending emails. I don't enjoy much that sometimes it takes a long time to send an email. Maybe it is my internet's problems. La cosa che più trovo comoda è la funzione del calendario, dove poter inserire promemoria e organizzarsi il lavoro. Grazie a questa funzione riesco a tenere sotto controllo le scadenze e completare i lavori con puntualità senza dimenticarmi nulla. Quando si hanno diversi compiti da svolgere con altrettante scadenze è un salvezza. Cons Nel mio lavoro spesso ho bisogno di ricercare documenti che arrivano in una cassetta postale condivisa. Con questo programma la ricerca è praticamente impossibile. Non ti trova le mail e si blocca, l'unica soluzione è chiudere il programma e riaprire. Cons En mi empresa trabajamos con este software para el envío y recibo de correos corporativos. Probablemente el encargado de escoger con qué programas trabajamos tenga motivos positivos suficientes para usar éste, pero personalmente no veo razón ninguna para usarlo ya que es poco intuitivo en todas sus funciones, muy lioso porque tiene muchas opciones que son de poca utilidad, el buscador de correos es nefasto y es más lento que otros. I just prefer to not have to have things like grammarly to help me with better writing if possible. Pros It does everything that you expect an email client to do. You can organize your emails, manual or automatically using "rules" to have the most focused attention. Has some smart checking on spelling, missing attachment, etc. It's meeting scheduler is also nice. There are also a ton of official or unofficial plugin (free or paid) or integrations that you can do with your other software like grammarly etc. Cons Sometimes it can hang or be not responsive. The "Send/receive error" without much guidance on why and how to fix it is also not great, you only know about it when someone asked you if you saw their email only to realize your outlook wasn't able to sync. Cons If you delete any emails with calendar invites, the events will also disappear on your calendar unfortunately. Additionally sometimes emails are formatted incorrectly and don’t display attachments in an easy way.
