### "Outlook is Fine....I guess..."

November 22, 2025

3.0

It hasn't been great. The only reason we have yet to change our provider is the time off-line we would need to make the shift. While, there is value in the cost of the product - it has very little real value.

Pros

Outlook is functionally easy to navigate simple tasks, and it integrates well with the majority of the Microsoft Suite. Collaboration is nice and easy within a team.

Cons

It is clunky compared to other providers. It does not integrate externally well. Worst of all, customer service is a 0/10. A paid email provider should not have so many hoops to jump to navigate major business issues.

### "Comprehensive but a little slow"

August 14, 2025

4.0

Pros

It has a comprehensive feature set and is accessible from many different devices. It also has a good spam filter.

Cons

It can feel a little slow at times; it doesn't have a great set of keyboard shortcuts and they aren't easy to find and memorize.

### "Microsoft Outlook"

December 26, 2025

5.0

Great experience and features, ease of use, ability to sign in on multiple devices. Customer support is available as needed

Pros

Ease and efficiency of using outlook on multiple platforms without having sign in issues/good security features

Cons

I do not have any cons with Microsoft outlook itself but since I have to enter something, here I am.

### "Does what it says on the tin"

July 16, 2025

4.0

Outlook is very fine to use, but I have described Microsoft products as perfecting their software a couple of decades ago, and not feeling the need to update it much. The software overall hasn't changed much, which is brilliant, however I feel there could be some fantastic new changes implemented, if only Mac users weren't barred from these features.

Pros

It's customisable, easy to use and doesn't complicate anything. It does what it says on the tin, and doesn't disappoint, and it isn't frustrating to use. You never hear anyone complaining of working with Outlook.

Cons

Being a Microsoft product, it isn't well suited for Macs, but we are dependant on it, well as other Microsoft products such as Excel. There are features that PC users have access to that Mac users don't.

### "Outlook is the best for dedicated email "

January 15, 2026

4.0

I use Outlook at different job sites across the province and it feels familiar and seems to be faster and is easier to log in and just access messages than Gmail

Pros

Microsoft Outlook is the original, least expensive and the best email. Gmail is more popular, but for simple work email you can’t beat Outlook. Best for work collaboration

Cons

Gmail is better for personal use because it connects to all the other Google products. Outlook is mostly on its own

### "Microsoft Outlook allows for ease of communication and keeps users organized."

December 4, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook is positive. It is straightforward to use, and keeps me organized.

Pros

I like using Microsoft Outlook because it integrates well with my workplace, and allows for easy and fast communication with colleagues as well as individuals outside of the workplace. Furthermore, the ability to integrate my calendar with my email keeps me organized and on track.

Cons

There is nothing that stands out as an obvious Con when using this platform, and I don't recall struggling with it.

### "Outlook Vs. Gmail "

August 9, 2025

3.0

Pros

I can see it has been through some improvements throughout the years, which is great! Still, I prefer Google mail (sorry).

Cons

It’s glitchy sometimes and even though I have folders for different mailings, it still doesn’t make my life as easier as Google does.

### "Email and Calendar Tool for Daily Use"

December 2, 2025

5.0

Overall, Outlook has been a reliable tool for managing my daily communication and schedule. It’s not perfect, but it provides a solid, professional set of features that help keep my work organized. I use it every day and it consistently gets the job done.

Pros

I like how smoothly Outlook combines email, calendar, and tasks in one place. It keeps my workflow organized and helps me stay on track every day.

Cons

Sometimes Outlook feels a bit heavy, especially when loading large inboxes or switching between accounts. Syncing can also take longer than expected on slower connections.

### "Outlook is always open at work"

September 15, 2025

5.0

Outlook is a daily essential, and is good for organizing emails and scheduling meetings. However, alternative emails would also probably be fine

Pros

Outlooks is an integral part of daily business. While there are a variety of email options, I prefer outlook for business

Cons

I don’t love that Outlook is part off the pay for package with Microsoft because there are free email alternatives

### "Great for communication"

December 11, 2025

4.0

Overall Outlook has been great to use. Emailing is quick and easy and it's a great way for our team to stay in touch and communicate effectively.

Pros

Outlook is great for collaborating with our teams at work. The calendar is easy to use and really helps us organize all of our meetings and events.

Cons

I dislike the new updates to Outlook. The old layout was much easier to use and now things are more complicated to find.

### "Microsoft Outlook helps keep me on task"

Microsoft Outlook helps keep me on task through its important emails, calendar, and frequent reminders.

Cons

### "Provides hotmails"

December 10, 2025

5.0

Overall for better use, purchase Microsoft 365 and not use the free version. You’ll benefit from a clear interface and manage email, and documents.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook isn’t just an alternative to Gmail but also a part of Microsoft's ecosystem to manage business. It doesn’t require a Hotmail or Outlook address to create an account, and it works for other ecosystem apps.

Cons

It's not very easy to use the free version because there are many trash ads that are very annoying to me. I find Gmail can keep its interface clear and intuitive but Outlook free is just a 10-year-old blog.

### "My outlook review"

December 21, 2025

3.0

Overall, I don’t hate the software it just didn’t meet my needs fully. It may be a bit more useful for someone else. So, still try it.

Pros

I like that I was able to use this software to keep up with my emails. If I’m not mistaken it was already on the device.

Cons

Unfortunately, this software didn’t really work for me in the long run. I found another software met my expectations, a bit better as it pertains to features of the software app and also the ability to use email and organize them.

### "No More Spam!!!"

December 9, 2025

5.0

I love Microsoft all together. I find it easier to use than google. Plus it is very user friendly. I will always choose Microsoft.

Pros

I really like the spam filtering. It is so hard to go through emails today with all the spam that is sent out.

Cons

When I was using it there was no AI interface. That would make it more helpful if it had AI to help write emails.

### "Acceptable tool as part of Microsoft tools"

August 21, 2025

4.0

Acceptable tool, specially as it comes as part of Microsoft tools package and is sort of inevitable for when a company is using the other tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Pros

It goes smoothly and easily hand to hand with other Microsoft tools that are used daily, specially teams. Also really like the feature where it allows the add-ons.

Cons

Not the best UI and I find it difficult to navigate or perform certain changes, specially in the calendar section. Also, sometimes has sync issues with TEAMS and does not properly get updated.

### "MS Outlook for inbox management"

August 18, 2025

4.0

Pros

High organization with folder systems which allows effective inbox management. Flexible inbox views. Extensive customization options.

Cons

Messaged being archived after 2 years and removed from original folders, causing complications during search. Delays in receiving messages on laptop compared to cell phone. Not being able to attach files if the message isn't "popped out".

### "Outstanding Organization"

December 24, 2025

5.0

Overall I like to utilize the calendar for my scheduling and reminders. I love the options on how I'm able to differentiate my availability during the times set on my calendar.

Pros

I love the organization and display details with the contacts. Overall, it keeps me organized to provide outstanding attentiveness to my clients and providers

Cons

My least interest about outlook is the view that is presented. I think it should include various variations of ways to have the mail sorted.

### "Microsoft Outlook at Work"

December 18, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been positive. I do enjoy that you can check emails on your computer and mobile device very easily. I'm usually working away from my computer at times, so it's very helpful.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook has been the primary email provider for our organization. I've been learning how to be more efficient and customizable in outlook, so I do really enjoy that aspect of it.

Cons

I hate how sometimes emails do not get notified to me, or they go into the wrong folder at times. I've been trying to be better at pinning certain items, and it'll get unpinned at times.

### "Outlook is User Friendly "

June 30, 2025

4.0

Pros

I love how easy it is to link Microsoft products to emails for easy communication. Emails have a lot of formatting options and personalization routes. I have found that most generations of employees are fluent in it.

Cons

The calendar does not always integrate with other programs. I need to manually add meetings with Zoom links, Teams invites, etc, and this takes time. Google Calendar is more fluid when it comes to adding to the calendar.

### "Best email platform there is"

July 22, 2025

5.0

Overall I have a great experience with Outlook classic. I like that users get total flexibility in setting up how the home panel looks and organizing email folders.

Pros

Outlook has the best email tool that far surpasses any other platform, including Gmail. Perfect mix of functionality, user-friendly, and accessible.

Cons

Absolutely hate New Outlook. I firmly believe in "if it's not broke don't fix it" and it could not be more true for the updated version. Advanced features that were previously accessible are now buried or removed from the ribbon completely. For example, I found myself spending over 10 minutes trying to google where Global Contacts went in New Outlook. The classic version is the superior product.

### "Outlook is very useful for calendar-email synchronization"

September 7, 2025

4.0

Pros

I enjoy the integration with calendar and email so that I can sync the two within a single click. This is especially helpful at the start of a quarter when project planning gets kicked off.

Cons

When accepting email invites, I believe the default choice should not remove the email from your inbox but rather just leave it on read.

### "Outlook Review "

April 30, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook is that it is a powerful, enterprise-grade workhorse that occasionally struggles under its own weight. It is the ultimate "everything tool" for a structured professional life, though it lacks the agility of its newer competitors.

Pros

The thing I appreciate most about Microsoft Outlook is its seamless integration of email, calendar, and task management into a single workspace. It functions as a centralized hub for productivity rather than just a communication tool.

Cons

The most frustrating aspect of Microsoft Outlook is its clunky and resource-heavy interface, which can feel overwhelming compared to more modern, streamlined email clients.

### "Outlook Outstanding"

February 25, 2026

5.0

I think the integrated calendar is superior. Like the shared mailboxes and the ease of the full-featured desktop.

Pros

Powerful email, love how it helps to organize my workday and keeps me on task. It has robust, integrated tools as well.

Cons

Sometimes it feels a little slow, cluttered and complicated as compared to gmail. It's a bit less intuitive.
