I love that I can connect to other calendars, it keeps track of all my appointments and I can access all my other Microsoft applications! Cons Microsoft Outlook doesn't really have any cons. Well organized and can customize various aspects of your inbox (colour scheme, etc.) Decent at filtering spam emails (though not perfect), and generally, happy with overall functioning of Microsoft Outlook as an email provider. Cons Storage has been an issue. Though I understand that I have too much content, Microsoft could offer more solutions for inbox cleanup, have some way to detect duplicate emails, and have other methods to resolve this kind of issue before users opt for Gmail, which offers significantly more storage. Pros It helps you create tasks per email and send them to the Task Manager app, which allows you to distribute and categorize your work. Cons It misses some tools for project management. It is nice to use and look at, but when it comes to consistency and function, it feels like a half baked product. Pros (new outlook) has a nice look and feel, with a fair amount of customization and freedom in configuration. Cons How broken it is, shared mailboxes are horrendous. on-prem shared mailboxes do not move to new outlook properly, they become inaccessible. Cons Sometimes it can be next to impossible to find specific items in Microsoft Outlook, but I honestly feel as though that's user error.
