It keeps employees organized and is very easy to use! Pros I like the ease of use. It is very intuitive and required almost no training to learn how to use it. I love that I can set up meetings with others in my organization and that I get alerts before the meetings. It keeps me very organized. Also, it is great how it is able to connect with WebEx for screen share meetings. Cons I like the search function least about the software. When I’m trying to find a specific email, I am not able to search with a key word and it takes me a long time to find the email I am looking for. I wish the system was more intuitive. It is really great that when you can run rules as not every email needs to be read. Its really great that nothing has really changed in the updates its the one product that you know works great every time. Cons Would be really great if the Rules management could be simplified for older users who I have only realised that this can be done. May 18, 2018 5.0 Pros Great features. Easily customizable to the way you do your work and use email. Allows me to easily filter incoming mail into different folders. The product is quite stable. Great search capability for finding emails that you've filed away. Cons You have do a little maintenance, especially when your storage file (e.g. PST file) gets really big. Only an issue if you get a lot of email and you file them away for future use. But this is pretty simple using their maintenance utility. Cons Email search function not as powerful as Gmail's. It's an "ok" email app for me and I use it because my work uses it. I think it could still be improved. Pros Pretty much deliver what the desktop version does and sometimes gets the messages first compared to its desktop version. It's fast and convenient and push services is ok too. Cons Message search feature is quite a nightmare and very inefficient. Most of the time. it won't give you the exact item you are looking for despite the correct keywords.
