Pros What I like most is all the templates you can choose from depending on what you need. You can also put graphs, photos, hyperlinks and signature stamps in your documents. You you can also save the document in a pdf format. Cons When you download a document and open it in a later version of Microsoft Word the document is misconstrued with the fonts, spacing and alignments. Pros Microsoft started it all. It was the first advanced word processor that was used and made and such a high capacity. The tools and features are easy to use and understand. Everyone on our team knows and uses word by learning it since elementary school. It's simple yet very powerful. Cons The cost of word is not necessarily expensive. However, when google docs works very well and is technically free, it's hard to keep paying for it. However, do still keep a PC or two in our office to be equipped with Word.
