The functions and features that are available is something I use daily. Pros Word is an excellent tool that I have open and use daily. The features and tools that it has available are prefect for using on a day to day basis. Cons I find that Word is easy to switch over the other tools but sometimes limited to move to Excel. Pros I love that you can creat documents for any kind of project for school or work, invoicing or just creat art work. Cons The only thing i don't like is that there isnt very many updates to this program. Sometimes new fonts or inserts would be nice . So easy to create a variety of documents, seamlessly. Cons Sometimes the formatting is changes and warps the document, which can be frustrating. Other than that, I don't have any issues. The navigation is simple, and the shared interface between authors and editors from other departments simplifies it even more. Cons Customer support is slow to respond to formatting problems, and coauthoring very large documents occasionally results in delays. It's obviously the most well known, but the functionality that it has is top notch. Cons The only thing I can think of is that i wish it were easier to transfer projects from excel over to word. Open the app and you're ready to go. Many choices to make the page look good. Plenty of great templates. Easy to use. Cons It is my complaint against anything that is Microsoft. So many extras for so simple of a program. It tries to be what Publisher is without using Publisher. It can create beautiful pages, but sometimes the options are so vast and, therefore, difficult to find. It's the original word processor that has grown a ton since it was released. Cons The thing I dislike the most is the ease of use. The templates are a great starting point for most projects. Cons Inserting images and adjusting the formatting feels a little clumsy. I prefer to use Pages when I'm creating a document with digital images. I’d recommend this to anyone. Pros It’s a great tool for editing documents and sharing them with others. Very simple layout and easy to learn and use. Cons I wish it allowed more non-text items like emojis. For work, I help write scripts which sometimes include emojis, and Word doesn’t have a very wide variety.
