My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive. It provides reliable tools for communication, document creation, data management, and collaboration. The combination of desktop applications and cloud features makes it useful for both personal and business productivity.

Pros

Microsoft 365 provides a complete set of productivity tools in one place, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and cloud storage. I like the seamless integration between applications, easy file sharing, and the ability to work across multiple devices.

Cons

The subscription model can become expensive over time, and some features can take time to learn. Managing updates, account settings, and licensing can also occasionally be confusing.

Microsoft 365 has become a necessity in most K-12 ISD’s and for good reason. Not only are all the applications used by everyone worldwide, it simplifies the overall procedures of keeping clients on the same version and end user training.

Pros

Microsoft 365 provides an excellent cost to value, especially when it comes to K-12. With almost no setup and a little training, users can quickly begin utilizing the products.

Cons

The Microsoft 365 administrative interface is cumbersome and complex. There is a lot of room to grow making the admin experience easier and better streamlined.

Overall the experience has been great. Being able to manage everything through a website has been delightful.

Pros

Using Microsoft 365 is very easy since it is in a centralized location. Then navigating through the centralized location is fairly simple since it is labeled quite well.

Cons

The least that I like about Microsoft 365 is the amount of different licenses there are. Sometimes it gets frustrating when you need multiple licenses to do one function.

Incentivized review: software users are invited to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive for their time and effort. All incentivized reviews are subject to our verification process prior to publication.

My overall experience has been highly positive, as the platform is an indispensable part of my daily operational workflow. When managing heavy civil engineering projects, the ability to rely on robust file sharing ensures the entire team is looking at the most current data. Whether I am structuring databases, managing massive amounts of project emails, or coordinating with the field, the suite handles the heavy lifting reliably and bridges the gap between complex data management and everyday corporate communication.

Pros

Microsoft 365 offers exceptional value for money given the sheer depth of tools it provides for a fast-paced commercial construction environment. The email management capabilities in Outlook are outstanding; utilizing custom keyword rules, maintaining intricate folder hierarchies, and writing custom VBA scripts to automate replies with attachments has completely streamlined my daily correspondence. Furthermore, the document management and file sharing features allow me to seamlessly maintain complex cost-modeling data in Excel and ensure those pipelines stay synced and up-to-date across our teams and external databases.

Cons

While the suite is incredibly powerful, the ease of use can decline sharply when you dive into its more advanced capabilities. There is a steep learning curve required to build and troubleshoot custom macros or complex Excel data pipelines. Additionally, file conversion and integration with third-party technical drawing or PDF software can sometimes feel a bit clunky. Finally, while customer support is available, they sometimes struggle to provide immediate, escalated solutions for highly specific, technical workflow issues, which means you often have to rely on self-troubleshooting.

Good for my business and artistic practices. Too many hassles like everything Microsoft and Apple have unleashed on the world without choice.

Pros

Gets the basics done for creating my work documents and for writing my essays and especially my novels.

Cons

HOW in heck could Microsoft cut my access off after their July 2026 upgrade without sending me some prompt of what was about to occur? Took me three days to restore. Customer service was so busy with other admittedly confused users like I am to answer the call.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been excellent. It provides a complete suite of tools that support communication, collaboration, document creation, and file management in one ecosystem. The applications are dependable, easy to use, and integrate seamlessly with one another, making day-to-day work more efficient. It's a valuable solution for businesses of all sizes and continues to improve with regular updates and new features.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly it brings everything together in one platform. The integration between Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and other applications makes collaboration and document management simple and efficient. It's reliable, easy to use, and accessible from virtually anywhere, allowing our team to stay productive whether we're in the office or working remotely. The regular updates and cloud-based features also help keep everything secure and up to date.

Cons

One downside of Microsoft 365 is that some features and settings can be difficult to find because they are spread across multiple apps and admin portals. Occasional updates may also change the interface or move features, requiring users to adjust. Additionally, syncing issues with OneDrive or SharePoint can happen from time to time, though they are usually resolved quickly.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive, with the suite's robust tools and seamless integration making it an essential part of my daily workflow. While there have been some minor hiccups, I've found the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, earning it a solid 4-star rating from me.

Pros

We've found Microsoft 365 pretty solid for our team's daily tasks. The integration with Office apps is seamless, and we've been able to collaborate more efficiently. It's taken some time to get used to, but overall it's worked well enough.

Cons

One thing we've found a bit annoying is the occasional glitch with the online version of Excel. It's not a huge deal, but it's happened enough to be noticeable. We've also struggled with the learning curve for some of the more advanced features.

It has been great, I am able to bounce around from excel to outlook to word and have all my documents save in one place. Also can have multiple people working on same docs at once

Pros

Microsoft 365 is great especially since you can have all of the Microsoft tools in one place. Our business does everything with Microsoft so it helps a lot!

Cons

Overall it has been good, I guess the only factor would be you need an internet connection but thats pretty much all cloud based systems

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been positive. It provides a comprehensive set of productivity tools that work well together, making it easy to create documents, manage email, collaborate with others, and store files securely in the cloud. While the subscription cost and occasional sync or interface issues can be drawbacks, the reliability, cross-device access, and collaboration features make it a valuable productivity suite.

Pros

What I liked most about Microsoft 365 was how well the apps work together. Being able to seamlessly use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive across devices made it easy to stay productive. The real-time collaboration features and automatic cloud syncing were especially useful for working with others and accessing files from anywhere.

Cons

Occasional performance issues and cloud sync delays can interrupt workflow, and some updates change the interface in ways that take time to get used to.

The support has been good and answers questions that I have. I wish it was easier to make a pdf to word or vice versa.

Pros

I like the ability to use the programs online. It is really helpful when i need to access something on my phone to look up or if on a different computer. I like being able to have all my spreadsheets and documents in the same place. It is easy to use and share files between other people by adding their email.

Cons

I don't like the price. I wish you could buy it one time and not have to pay for a subscription. Most everything is pretty good though.
