### "All-in-One Tool That Supports My Work, Learning, and Daily Life"

July 3, 2026

5.0

PowerPoint has been a useful part of both my professional and personal life. It has helped me organize ideas, study more effectively, create presentations that look professional, and even support my wife during an important stage of her career. It's easy to use, reliable, and packed with features that save time. I use it regularly and would confidently recommend it to anyone who wants to create professional presentations without a complicated learning process.

Pros

Microsoft 365 has been very useful for both my professional and personal needs. I use it regularly for email, file storage, document creation, and sharing files with others. The biggest advantage is that everything is connected in one place, so it saves a lot of time and keeps my work organized. I use it for work-related tasks at The Brick, where I manage training documents, emails, and product information. I also used Microsoft tools while completing professional courses and learning new skills, including organizing notes and study materials. One of the most helpful features is file sharing and cloud access through OneDrive. I can access my documents from anywhere, whether I’m on my phone or laptop. This has been especially useful when coordinating tasks at work or quickly accessing files on the go. It has also been helpful in my personal life. My wife and I often use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint together for organizing information, planning, and keeping records in a structured way. The document tools make it easy to manage everything in one ecosystem.

Cons

Sometimes the subscription cost feels a bit high compared to basic alternatives. Also, the mobile apps are good for viewing and light editing, but for heavier work, the desktop version is much more efficient.

### "M 365 Review"

May 29, 2026

4.0

Pros

Dashboard is very very simple and easy to use. Entra ID havig P2 licenses is very important that have access to all the security and Conditional access policies. Security features in this and exchange admin centre specifically to email related excellent and very easy to deploy. In the Entra portal and Security admin the default security score based on existing configured policies is very helpful and then suggestions how we can implement more and make the secure score more.

Cons

Support services now gets weak. Whenever you face an issue then you need to first reach out to the partner now from whom licenses are purchased. If issue is not resolved by the partner team then on your behalf they will raise a ticket to Microsoft which can take a lot of time now.

### "Powerful Tools, but Often Complicated"

June 11, 2026

3.0

Overall, Microsoft 365 is an incredibly capable productivity suite that offers virtually every tool a business could need. However, that depth comes with a tradeoff.

Pros

Microsoft 365 includes a comprehensive set of applications that cover just about every business need. The integration between tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive is a major strength.

Cons

Many parts of Microsoft 365 feel more complicated than they need to be. The interface can be inconsistent between applications, and some areas still show their age from a UI perspective. The sheer number of features and settings can also make simple tasks harder to find and accomplish than they should be.

### "Good product for business use"

May 8, 2026

4.0

The product is robust, offers customers low to mid-level protection and will assist with day-to-day tasks, but may require some additional relearning and very occasional outages.

Pros

Product is pretty reliable, the options for SharePoint and OneDrive to share files helps many people in todays business world and spam filtering in email is usually enough for most people. While the value for the money has been decreasing over the years, its still pretty decent. All-in-all, the product is still the best option for business customers and what I recommend, despite a few shortfalls.

Cons

Ease of use is ok, they are constantly changing things just to move them. Sometimes its due to added features and others times it's just in a different location, including the Admin Center. If you ever need to open a support ticket, your chances of connecting with someone who can help are next to zero and the product is constantly under attack because of how popular it is in the business world. I'd like to see more enhanced protection offerings for the price that is paid monthly given I deal with hacks for clients on a daily basis, what they are doing is clearly not enough.

July 24, 2026

5.0

It has been great, I am able to bounce around from excel to outlook to word and have all my documents save in one place. Also can have multiple people working on same docs at once

Pros

Microsoft 365 is great especially since you can have all of the Microsoft tools in one place. Our business does everything with Microsoft so it helps a lot!

Cons

### "Reliable, Easy to Use, and Great for Collaboration"

July 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been excellent. It provides a complete suite of tools that support communication, collaboration, document creation, and file management in one ecosystem. The applications are dependable, easy to use, and integrate seamlessly with one another, making day-to-day work more efficient. It's a valuable solution for businesses of all sizes and continues to improve with regular updates and new features.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly it brings everything together in one platform. The integration between Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and other applications makes collaboration and document management simple and efficient. It's reliable, easy to use, and accessible from virtually anywhere, allowing our team to stay productive whether we're in the office or working remotely. The regular updates and cloud-based features also help keep everything secure and up to date.

Cons

One downside of Microsoft 365 is that some features and settings can be difficult to find because they are spread across multiple apps and admin portals. Occasional updates may also change the interface or move features, requiring users to adjust. Additionally, syncing issues with OneDrive or SharePoint can happen from time to time, though they are usually resolved quickly.

### " Microsoft 365 works great for everyone"

July 5, 2026

5.0

I have been using different Microsoft software for some time, and having everything together in one suite works well.

Pros

Microsoft 365 works really well as an all-in-one solution for any organisation. There are so many differents softwares to use as part of this suite that work so well together. This makes it a lot easier to have anyone working in a similar manner and have each software integrate with each other easily.

Cons

Microsoft 365 has a lot of software that works well together, but you need to ensure that you know what you are doing and have everything set up correctly.

### "Subscription vs the Old Software purchase..is it worth it?"

July 16, 2026

4.0

I have decades of experience with MSFT 365 and the original Excel, Word, etc. But, it is better in the sense that you can access your files from any computer with an internet connection, so that is better.

Pros

I like the 1TB of backup space that it provides, that is pretty generous. And the ability to access my Excel and Word projects online, from any computer, makes is very easy to use

Cons

Old school we could outright purchase the software and own it for life...with the monthly subscription, well, you have to pay forever...sort of a put-off.

Pros

We love that it gives us access to Microsoft Word and Excel which we use for our business for receipts and spreadsheets for recievables.

Cons

### "Microsoft 365 review"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Microsoft 365 has been a solid move for us overall. We switched to get away from managing individual Microsoft licenses, which had become a real headache. Having everything bundled under one subscription has made things much easier to manage and more predictable from a cost and admin standpoint.

Pros

Simplified licensing compared to standalone Microsoft products, all the core tools we use are in one place (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Works well across devices and supports remote work Strong collaboration tools, especially for email, meetings, and shared documents. Regular updates without having to manage version upgrades

Cons

Setup and configuration can be more complex than expected, especially around security and permissions. Some features change frequently, which can be frustrating for users. Costs can add up as you add users or higher‑tier licenses Not everything is intuitive, particularly for non‑technical users

We switched to Microsoft 365 because managing individual Microsoft licenses was time‑consuming and difficult to keep up with. Microsoft 365 simplified licensing, made costs more predictable, and bundled the tools we already use into one platform.

### "Microsoft 365 - Product with great finesse."

May 13, 2026

4.0

Overall experience has been great because of smooth UI/UX and support. Also, there is great flexibility in access levels for each of the documents.

Pros

Microsoft 365 as a whole ecosystem of data and knowledge sharing tool helped our organization to streamline the ease of operations and enabled us to be away from any kind of wrongful scams. It also helped us in document management with greater ease and efficiency. While the customer support is fantastic and on time resolutions are great to operate in a connected environment of business. Outlook is one specific product which has been integrated with all other products of the ecosystem to function smoothly. The product is great value for money and ease of use.

Cons

The time of implementation and strategic importance of data migration should be told beforehand to each vertical of the organization before actual implementation. Also, the training can be improved a lot by dedicating people per team to train.

### "Solid suite, but the value depends on how deep you go"

May 22, 2026

4.0

On the whole, Microsoft 365 delivers on its promises. All information stays structured and available to access wherever I may be working from. You have to learn how to make use of all of its features, but after getting past that learning period, you'll find yourself comfortable using it. I would suggest it for most companies as long as you're willing to stick with its ecosystem.

Pros

The integration between apps like Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook is genuinely seamless. Everything just talks to each other without a lot of setup headaches. OneDrive syncing has been reliable for the most part, and being able to access files from any device has been a real quality-of-life improvement. It's hard to imagine going back to managing everything locally.

Cons

However, the prices seem to be slightly intimidating when using them per person in case of a bigger team since they accumulate very quickly. Certain capabilities may be hidden in menus or can be used exclusively by the users of higher-paid versions, which is somewhat disappointing for those who expect the full range of functionality. Occasionally occurring mandatory upgrades interrupted my work.

### "The best office suite tool on the market!"

April 17, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive. It remains the #1 office productivity suite on the market for a reason, offering a robust and dependable set of tools that support day-to-day business operations. Despite some cost concerns at scale, the value it provides in terms of efficiency, collaboration, and professionalism makes it a worthwhile investment for running and growing a small business.

Pros

I have been using the Microsoft 365 product suite for my small business for 3 years now. It brings together the core tools I rely on every day. Using Outlook for managing emails, Word for writing proposals, and Excel for tracking expenses allows me to keep everything organized within one ecosystem. The familiarity and reliability of these applications make it easy to stay productive without needing to learn new platforms, and the cloud integration ensures I can access my work from anywhere. For a small business , it provides a professional, all-in-one solution that covers most business needs.

Cons

What I dislike is primarily related to pricing as the business grows. While Microsoft 365 can be very affordable for a small number of users, the costs can add up quickly as you scale and need more licenses or higher-tier plans. Additionally, there can occasionally be feature overlap or confusion between different apps and plans, which can make it harder to determine exactly what you need. For small businesses trying to stay lean, this can become a consideration over time.

### "Comprehensive Productivity Suite That Works Well Across Teams"

April 18, 2026

4.0

I have been using Microsoft 365 for a while and am very satisfied with it overall. It brings together the most important productivity tools in one place, which makes daily work much easier and more organized. I especially value the seamless integration between Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, because it allows me to move between tasks without interruption. The cloud-based access and collaboration features are also a major advantage, particularly when working across different devices or with other team members.

Pros

Microsoft 365 offers an excellent combination of familiar applications, strong collaboration features, and reliable cloud access. It is easy to share files, co-edit documents in real time, and keep work synchronized across devices. The wide range of included apps makes it a very versatile solution for both personal productivity and professional use, and the ecosystem works especially well for teams already using Microsoft products.

Cons

One drawback is that Microsoft 365 can feel a little complex at first, especially for users who only need basic office functions. The subscription model also means ongoing costs, which may be a concern for smaller businesses or individual users. In some cases, the number of features and settings can feel overwhelming, and a stable internet connection is important to get the best experience from the cloud-based services.

### "Great business solution but tough implementation and ongoing administration"

April 9, 2026

4.0

Overall very good solution for a business that needs to cover services such as email, calendar, file storage/sharing, chat, video conferencing, etc. From an implementation and administration perspective, a dedicated IT person or team is needed as its not as straightforward as GWS and needs to be configured correctly initially to set a good foundation as the business scales up.

Pros

Really like how there is a web application as well as the desktop application (windows and macOS) for most of the commonly used services (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc. Reporting analytics is good and able to get a lot of information across all applications. Very well supported and integrates with almost every 3rd party application out there. The M365 suite of apps covers alot of services and for the price, is a great solution for any size business.

Cons

There are way too many "admin portals" to manage everything within the M365 organization. There are also way too many places where the same setting technically lives and its confusing which is current and/or takes priority when enabled and/or does the change here take effect everywhere else or not. Admin portal (m365 and Intune portal) can be slow and sometimes the blades either don't open or open up blank. Licensing structure is crazy confusing. Sharepoint can be confusing if not structured correctly from the start.

### "Their AutoSave Feature is a Must"

February 25, 2026

4.0

I have used Microsoft 365 for school and for work, and thankfully both work and school has paid for the software so it was one less thing for me to worry about. Overall, it has been positive and I'm continuing to use all their different programs for work and my university classes.

Pros

I like the different programs that Microsoft 365 offers. It's great for work, especially when it comes to their autosave feature. I don't know how many times their autosave feature has saved me honestly. Additionally, they are pretty great on storage.

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft 365 is how limited the access can be, especially because it's a paid software so it tends to get very pricey and sometimes formats converted to other formats tend to get weird.

### "Wide ranges of application - only with Microsoft 365 "

February 8, 2026

5.0

My overall experience using Microsoft 365 is very good. It provides wide range of application which can be used daily for professional or academic tasks. This tool is very efficient for sending out mails, document creations, communication, collaboration and storing data. Highly recommend to every student for their study purposes.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is one of the most important software. It includes multiple apps like word, outlook, excel, power point and one drive. Everything is covered in just one subscription and i love all the features it provides. This applications are great for students as it has high storage capacity and features. Microsoft 365 is very easy to use, cheap and not much use of customer support.

Cons

I have to login multiple times in day in Microsoft 365 which is little frustrating. However, it is great for privacy and security.

### "While necessary to our school but not the best thing to be around."

May 25, 2026

5.0

Our school is fully dependent on the use of Microsoft 365, and we have always had to balance storage and price. Teachers practice well following first practice. The platform is used to manage our day to day activities from attendance to parent contact. Although not happy about the annual increases in prices, the change is too disruptive now.

Pros

Outlook shared Calendars are used to help coordinate the parent-teacher conferences by grade level. Teachers can easily access lesson plans from home using OneDrive. Teams came into existence during the time of remote learning as teachers can share worksheets, videos, etc. with students. The admin center makes it easy for me to administer new hires. Time is saved in the creation of newsletters with Integration between Word and PowerPoint.

Cons

With all of the student project videos, storage is really a problem. There are instances when email attachments do not get synced well between devices. Licensing fees become expensive pretty quickly on our money, we're paying for things that many teachers won't touch.

### "Good for Professionals!"

June 24, 2025

4.0

Microsoft 365 is a good product for people who require more than one of the Microsoft 365 apps. If a person only requires the simple Microsoft apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and do not want advanced features of these applications, they can be accessed for free on the web or on the mobile app. But if these apps are required in a professional work Microsoft 365 offers the subscription, it is monthly or yearly subscription instead of outright buying the Office apps.

Pros

Microsoft 365 apps have a lot of good features. One of my favorite features is the cloud access, it autosaves my work and syncs it, which allows me to access from different devices seamlessly. Common Office apps also have better features, which get continuous upgrades and updates without having to but new Office versions. The newly introduced AI features are also very useful, for Word this means grammar suggestions, for excel is data analysis tools and so on. On the web Microsoft 365 allows collaboration for free, but on the desktop apps it requires the subscription, but if you work with in a professional manner, it is a no brainer. Power Automate and Copilot are also great additions that can be huge time savers if you know how to use them in a efficient way. Teams and Outlook are also lifesavers. I also use Onenote on a daily basis, it is not the best app, could be improved in multiple ways, but is the best of the rest. The Microsoft 365 mobile application is also great, it has great UI/UX design for most of the mobile apps. It is great to be able to access work in an emergency and quickly work on it even if you don't have access to a computer. Although it is not always easy to use the apps on a smaller screen.

Cons

The biggest problem with Microsoft 365 apps is that Microsoft does not listen to customer reviews and feedback. OneNote is the best example, Microsoft changed the UI for the OneNote for windows app, on the store it had a sleek new UI/UX design, but when users installed the application they realized it was not the application they were promised, instead of adding features, important features were either changed or removed making the new app worse or useless for power users. Compatibility is also hit or miss for the Microsoft 365 apps for users on MacOs, this has been an issue for a long time, but maybe Microsoft is just choosing to ignore it, since it does not actually seem to be a very hard thing to solve. The naming schemes have improved over the years but could be better still for the confusing new names for the legacy and the 365 apps, the difference is not always apparent and very hard to figure out. Files are not always inter-compatible and cause bugs and issues frequently.

### "The Jack of all Trades--All in One Package"

November 25, 2025

4.0

Overall M365 is a great software to use if you can afford the price tag. Its free accounts or trial is very limited to show what M365 can do. But with a paid account, document management, file sharing, and just all the tools and applications available are really nice to have and use in one place

Pros

What's nice about microsoft 365 is that it's an all in one package where it literally has every tool, application, and program available to meet the needs of multiple users. Microsoft 365 has things that I didn't think I needed until I needed it and I discovered M365 had its available with my account. The way M365 meets the needs of its customers is amazing especially with all the different applications and programs it has.

Cons

I'd say what I like least about M365 is that it can get slow and clunky, and it doesn't happen often but when it does it can be quite annoying. I also don't like how M365 sometimes forces things on you such as their use of copilot because that isn't a tool that I use. I understand why they push it, but I would like to have the option to not see the things I don't need or are currently not using.

### "Commonly Used Platform"

March 18, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been positive. It’s reliable for daily work and team collaboration, though some tools overlap and can be confusing at times.

Pros

I like Microsoft 365 to operate the daily all in one productivity suite in the workplace. It covers email, documentation, data analysis, meetings, and file storage in one ecosystem. Not only that it provides excellent for communication and collaboration ideal for remote work, vendor communication and inspection follow ups. Files are auto-sync with One Drive. It provides strong security and access control to keep documents in safe place through controlling user access, file permissions, and device logins.

Cons

As a paid subscription service, Microsoft 365 can become costly as user numbers grow or when advanced security and storage upgrades are required. In addition, the overlap among multiple tools may lead to confusion and inefficiencies without strong governance and clearly defined internal processes.

Overall, it has been a great tool for keeping our team organized and on the same page as well as keeping all our own organization methods stored in one place.

Pros

Being able to run a company through one system that all employees have access to. This allows us to store and share documents, have a company schedule and shared calendars, communicate with each other and have business emails. Absolutely love Teams and all its features, and the annual price is low compared to competitors, especially with all it includes.

Cons

Can get a bit confusing for older users, especially with constant updates. Especially updates to outlook that change the look and usage of our emails and calendars. These updates are not something that can be undone or opted out of without reverting to an old classic mode.
