January 20, 2025 5.0 Love the cloud storage over 1T per family member on the personal accounts. I also like that I can feel good about my files being stored safely and available on all my devices Pros I use M365 for work and also for personal use with a home based business. I love how easy and intuitive the apps are and how well the apps "speak" to one another for an integrated experience. Cons The one app I have trouble with is Power Automate. December 11, 2024 3.0 I really like having access to so many apps from wherever I am and not having to worry that my work won't be there the next time I need to access it from a different device. Pros The ability to work from anywhere; on my PC at home, laptop away, PC at work, or cellphone, and my work will all be where I put it wherever I am next. I also have really come to appreciate the effortless way you can share documents with someone else and they will be updated in real time. It was always so hard to keep track of the latest versions when two or more people are working from the same document. Cons That I have to "Open in desktop" so many times to have the ability to do more within a document/spreadsheet. It is great to have integral available built-in integration with other Microsoft tools, while security measures make it a must-have for our communication. Having the possibility of keeping brand identity intact on all the templates while enabling the customization process to be very fast has boosted the efficiency of the employees. Pros From workflow integration to business and productivity suites, using Microsoft is absolutely seamless. Real-time selves of many services and the common access to cloud-based mail templates facilitate the work of the team on the email designs. The use of design advice by artificial intelligence, as well as the brand kit feature, helps make all communications uniform and employs less time in designing. Cons The email template designer can make use of better, more modern, and even fully responsive designs. The most problematic issue with using email templates is the absence of A/B testing options that are embedded directly into email clients.
