### "MS365 - Unmatched value for your buck"

April 13, 2026

5.0

Fantastic experience. I love it and can't see myself every using any other system. The value you get for the cost is unmatched.

Pros

MS365 is amazing for business. Having all of the programs that I use on a daily basis (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), integrated into one package that I can access and update through one administrator section is so easy to use. MS also has one of thee best customer support services I have ever experienced. You submit a ticket and within minutes you have some responding to your inquiry or calling you. The representatives spend whatever time is needed to get you the answer you need and will follow up repeatedly to ensure your issue has been fully resolved. Shockingly good customer service for such a large company. Also, the value you get for your money is unparalleled. The cost is minimal to get so many programs all in one account.

Cons

If I had one complaint it would be the somewhat difficulty of deleting an account. Sometimes I have turnover in my company and I have to delete and start employee email accounts. I wish there was an easier way to complete the deleting process and that once you delete a user, its deleted. But you actually have to delete the license as well, but sometimes its an annual subscription so you can't delete it without assistance. But customer support has always helped me get around that, but it takes time to create a ticket and have calls, etc.

### "Reliable business platform for collaboration and document management"

May 11, 2026

4.0

Overall, Microsoft 365 has been reliable for our daily operations and document management. It’s flexible and suitable for both office administration and project collaboration. We use it heavily for spreadsheets, document creation, email communication, and cloud storage. The integration between applications saves time and helps teams work more efficiently.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is having everything in one ecosystem. We mainly use Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive across office and project work, and the collaboration between users works well. OneDrive syncing is useful for sharing project documents between team members, especially when multiple people need access to updated files. The desktop applications are still stronger than most browser-based alternatives for advanced work.

Cons

The main downside is that licensing and administration can become confusing at times, especially when managing multiple users and permissions. OneDrive syncing occasionally causes duplicate or conflicted files if several users are editing documents at the same time. Some updates also change settings unexpectedly.

Switched from

[Dropbox Business](https://www.capterra.com/p/143068/Dropbox-Business/)[Google Workspace](https://www.capterra.com/p/247901/Google-Workspace/)

We preferred Microsoft 365 mainly because the desktop applications are more powerful for advanced spreadsheets, documents, and business administration tasks. The integration with OneDrive and Teams also worked well for internal collaboration and file management.

### "365 Days a Year Isn't Enough for Microsoft 365"

March 3, 2026

4.0

I log-in every morning, and from there, open all my necessary files. I primarily use the browser versions of OneDrive, and about 50% of the time use the browser version for everything besides Outlook. It's easy to manage, easy to navigate, and easy to see what documents, images, videos, etc. have been shared with you, as well as what you have to do for the day.

Pros

I love the connected nature of Microsoft 365. The ability to log in to one portal, and access everything from Word to OneDrive has been immensely helpful. It's allowed for much easier file sharing through Teams, email management through Outlook, document management through Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. It's been a good value for the cost, partially due to how easy it is to use and learn/teach.

Cons

I don't love the browser-based version, as I prefer Desktop applications, as I find they are more feature rich. Image and video management could be improved slightly, as sometimes, very large files seem to get compressed.

### "The best office suite tool on the market!"

April 17, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive. It remains the #1 office productivity suite on the market for a reason, offering a robust and dependable set of tools that support day-to-day business operations. Despite some cost concerns at scale, the value it provides in terms of efficiency, collaboration, and professionalism makes it a worthwhile investment for running and growing a small business.

Pros

I have been using the Microsoft 365 product suite for my small business for 3 years now. It brings together the core tools I rely on every day. Using Outlook for managing emails, Word for writing proposals, and Excel for tracking expenses allows me to keep everything organized within one ecosystem. The familiarity and reliability of these applications make it easy to stay productive without needing to learn new platforms, and the cloud integration ensures I can access my work from anywhere. For a small business , it provides a professional, all-in-one solution that covers most business needs.

Cons

What I dislike is primarily related to pricing as the business grows. While Microsoft 365 can be very affordable for a small number of users, the costs can add up quickly as you scale and need more licenses or higher-tier plans. Additionally, there can occasionally be feature overlap or confusion between different apps and plans, which can make it harder to determine exactly what you need. For small businesses trying to stay lean, this can become a consideration over time.

### "Still not polished enough, but great value for money"

March 2, 2026

4.0

I started using Office when Office didn't exist. Separate programs, like Word, in the DOS era. It grew, consolidated into a bunch of separate programs that talked with OLE (God save us!). Nowadays, the experience across the suite is much smoother, but there are a lot of rough edges to fix. For example, PowerQuery is a nice addition, but it needs to be polished a lot so the integration with Excel is better. Things like everyday work while moving the cursor are a pain if you are not accustomed to (try to move the cursor to edit a formula and you'll get mixed results). Microsoft needs to continue optimizing the interface, removing old features that no one uses, maybe using a plugin system, and consolidating the interface. Outlook is a good example of what Microsoft needs to do (create a new Outlook from scratch), but using the wrong way (removing useful features). As of today, if you switch from Classic to New Outlook, you'll miss lots of features, and you'll feel like a Guinea pig because Microsoft uses you to do the testing, adding or removing features. We are now everyday beta testers without that name.

Pros

Impressive feature set, from simple to very complex, with an excellent value for the money. Good integration with new technologies, like cloud for file storage and file sharing, and a variety of systems to use it (Mac, Windows, Web, Android)

Cons

When a bug appears, it takes a lot of time to get fixed. Some implementations are very old and should be removed. Some features need proper implementation in newer systems. UI is a mixed bag of new and old technologies.

Alternatives considered

[Google Workspace](https://www.capterra.com/p/247901/Google-Workspace/)

Reason for choosing Microsoft 365

Still the preferred choice for compatibility, general usage, etc. Also the features available on Office are far superior to what Google has to offer.

### "Good product for business use"

May 8, 2026

4.0

The product is robust, offers customers low to mid-level protection and will assist with day-to-day tasks, but may require some additional relearning and very occasional outages.

Pros

Product is pretty reliable, the options for SharePoint and OneDrive to share files helps many people in todays business world and spam filtering in email is usually enough for most people. While the value for the money has been decreasing over the years, its still pretty decent. All-in-all, the product is still the best option for business customers and what I recommend, despite a few shortfalls.

Cons

Ease of use is ok, they are constantly changing things just to move them. Sometimes its due to added features and others times it's just in a different location, including the Admin Center. If you ever need to open a support ticket, your chances of connecting with someone who can help are next to zero and the product is constantly under attack because of how popular it is in the business world. I'd like to see more enhanced protection offerings for the price that is paid monthly given I deal with hacks for clients on a daily basis, what they are doing is clearly not enough.

### "Microsoft 365"

May 14, 2026

4.0

Overall, Microsoft 365 feels worth it if you want a reliable, feature-rich suite that covers most office and email needs in one subscription. Its mix of collaboration tools, cloud access, and strong Outlook features makes it especially appealing for professionals and teams.

Pros

What I liked most about Microsoft 365 is how complete it feels: it brings email, document creation, cloud storage, collaboration, and file sharing into one platform.

Cons

Microsoft 365 is powerful and convenient, but the subscription cost, learning curve, and occasional complexity can be drawbacks.

### "Microsoft 365 - Product with great finesse."

May 13, 2026

4.0

Overall experience has been great because of smooth UI/UX and support. Also, there is great flexibility in access levels for each of the documents.

Pros

Microsoft 365 as a whole ecosystem of data and knowledge sharing tool helped our organization to streamline the ease of operations and enabled us to be away from any kind of wrongful scams. It also helped us in document management with greater ease and efficiency. While the customer support is fantastic and on time resolutions are great to operate in a connected environment of business. Outlook is one specific product which has been integrated with all other products of the ecosystem to function smoothly. The product is great value for money and ease of use.

Cons

The time of implementation and strategic importance of data migration should be told beforehand to each vertical of the organization before actual implementation. Also, the training can be improved a lot by dedicating people per team to train.

### "Market Standard Application Bundle"

April 1, 2026

5.0

Perfect office application bundle that will work for companies of any size - a single user or enterprise organization with hundreds of thousands of users. Desktop apps are a market standard and I can't see how anyone can compete with Outlook or Excel

Pros

Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365) is a bundle that includes multiple desktop/cloud apps such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote - The biggest pro for me is ease of use - if you are a regular user that uses a Windows Home version or if you are an enterprise company with thousands of users, MS 365 is the best choice for everyone - MS 365 is available in both desktop and cloud variants. Both would have their advantage and disadvantage, but for the better experience I use Desktop - MS 365 includes Outlook. In my opinion Outlook is the best email application on the market, I can't think of anything else that could compete even closely. - Word is a perfect word processing app, Excel is one of the most powerful office applications on the market. Creating and managing documents without these apps is impossible today. Same as Outlook, these apps are standard office apps on the market and anyone can compete even closely. - All the applications allow you to collaborate and share files with other users. You can work with someone on the same Excel spreadsheet or Word file, the other user just needs to have a license for MS 365 apps on their device if they want to do it in desktop version. - File conversion is easy. If you have a doc file it's easy to convert it to a different format.

Cons

\- Microsoft 365 is quite pricey if you need desktop versions of apps - As always, Microsoft support is a hit-or-miss, so if something is not working correctly - good luck - Microsoft is a bit shady about MS 365 right now trying to include Copilot for a higher price. Not everyone need it and you need to check what you pay for

### "Great business solution but tough implementation and ongoing administration"

April 9, 2026

4.0

Overall very good solution for a business that needs to cover services such as email, calendar, file storage/sharing, chat, video conferencing, etc. From an implementation and administration perspective, a dedicated IT person or team is needed as its not as straightforward as GWS and needs to be configured correctly initially to set a good foundation as the business scales up.

Pros

Really like how there is a web application as well as the desktop application (windows and macOS) for most of the commonly used services (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc. Reporting analytics is good and able to get a lot of information across all applications. Very well supported and integrates with almost every 3rd party application out there. The M365 suite of apps covers alot of services and for the price, is a great solution for any size business.

Cons

There are way too many "admin portals" to manage everything within the M365 organization. There are also way too many places where the same setting technically lives and its confusing which is current and/or takes priority when enabled and/or does the change here take effect everywhere else or not. Admin portal (m365 and Intune portal) can be slow and sometimes the blades either don't open or open up blank. Licensing structure is crazy confusing. Sharepoint can be confusing if not structured correctly from the start.

### "Power and Versatility, but it Comes at a Cost "

March 31, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been a mix of strong functionality and some practical drawbacks. On the positive side, it stands out for its seamless integration of tools which are all accessible across devices through the cloud. The real-time collaboration feature is especially valuable, allowing teams to work on the same document simultaneously with automatic saving via OneDrive. Security and regular updates provide peace of mind for its users. The user-friendly interface, along with advanced capabilities, making it a versatile option for both personal and professional use. On the other hand, there are some drawbacks to consider. The cost and commitment to subscriptions and licenses can be quite expensive, especially for individuals or small teams who may not require the full range of features. These expenses can accumulate over time, putting this program at a disadvantage compared to alternatives that offer similar features for free. Moreover, while the tools are powerful, some features can be unnecessarily complex for basic tasks, potentially making the platform less accessible to users with simpler needs.

Pros

Microsoft 365 stands out for its seamless integration of powerful tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, all accessible across devices through the cloud. One of the best features that I appreciate is real-time collaboration, allowing multiple users to work on the same document simultaneously with automatic saving via OneDrive. It also offers strong security and regular updates, ensuring files and data stay protected. Additionally, its user-friendly interface and deep functionality, like advanced Excel analytics or AI-powered suggestions in Word, make it suitable for both personal and professional use.

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft 365 is its pricing. Compared to other programs that can be accessed for free, the price can be a bit expensive for this suite of programs, especially for individuals or small teams who may not need all of its features. While the tools are powerful, the subscription model can feel like a commitment, and costs can add up over time. Additionally, some users may find certain features overly complex if they only need basic functionality, making it feel like more than what’s necessary for simple tasks.

### "Microsoft 365: soluzione completa"

April 9, 2026

4.0

### "Their AutoSave Feature is a Must"

February 25, 2026

4.0

I have used Microsoft 365 for school and for work, and thankfully both work and school has paid for the software so it was one less thing for me to worry about. Overall, it has been positive and I'm continuing to use all their different programs for work and my university classes.

Pros

I like the different programs that Microsoft 365 offers. It's great for work, especially when it comes to their autosave feature. I don't know how many times their autosave feature has saved me honestly. Additionally, they are pretty great on storage.

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft 365 is how limited the access can be, especially because it's a paid software so it tends to get very pricey and sometimes formats converted to other formats tend to get weird.

My experience is everyday use. I work in HR so I'm constantly creating and editing documents, reusing old templates to fit todays needs.

Pros

I like how all my documents are already saved so I never have to be in fear of losing something. I like the picture preview of the last 6+ documents created for fast and easy retrieval. File sharing is a breeze.

Cons

I can't think of anything I disliked. It was easy, fast and convenient. I do wish I were able to delete some documents, as it literally saved everything.

### "Industry standard for companies with a reason, but can get better"

December 18, 2025

4.0

I am happy with what M365 offers and I am looking forward to seeing Copilot’s integration with M365 apps growing, but would like to see some long-term bugs being fixed and to provide better instructions for admins, especially when introducing new features

Pros

It’s an industry standard for work and collaboration both with internal and external resources/people. I appreciate all the efforts Microsoft put into connecting tools with each other, and the way SharePoint serves as an overarching platform for file share and documentation. Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals). Outlook is really on a good level, and their spam filters work nicely, as well as the “Other emails” tab. Sometimes bugs can occur, but knowing that you can always relay on their web version. M365 is easy to use when you don’t have big requirements, but even if you have, there’s just so much resources and support really wants to help. Good value for the money overall, and I am looking forward to seeing how M365 will evolve with Copilot and PowerAutomate features

Cons

I didn’t give highest score as I really see how much M365 can become, and I’m sad it’s still not there, and how sometimes some basic issues aren’t resolved with new updates, like in SharePoint (searchable columns with metadata fields), or with Excel files that contain macros and in which multiple people collaborate simultaneously. I just see how better it could and probably will become, but for some things it’s hard to wait to be resolved.

### "Reliable and Smooth"

April 2, 2026

5.0

Microsoft 365 is an easy-to-use and practical tool for everyday work. It brings together all neccessary apps you need is in one place. I love how simple it is to share files and collaborate with others in real time, whether for work or school. Overall, Microsoft 365 is reliable, efficient, and helps you stay organized and make daily tasks smoother and convenient to manage.

Pros

I like how all the apps work seamlessly together. The fact that it offers all of the tools needed for day to day task for any line of work is amazing.

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft 365 is frequent and buggy updates when they do occur. They tend to launch incomplete updates that causes performance issues that need to be patch with another update within the next couple of days

### "Wide ranges of application - only with Microsoft 365 "

February 8, 2026

5.0

My overall experience using Microsoft 365 is very good. It provides wide range of application which can be used daily for professional or academic tasks. This tool is very efficient for sending out mails, document creations, communication, collaboration and storing data. Highly recommend to every student for their study purposes.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is one of the most important software. It includes multiple apps like word, outlook, excel, power point and one drive. Everything is covered in just one subscription and i love all the features it provides. This applications are great for students as it has high storage capacity and features. Microsoft 365 is very easy to use, cheap and not much use of customer support.

Cons

I have to login multiple times in day in Microsoft 365 which is little frustrating. However, it is great for privacy and security.

### "Great and most dominate product of its kind at this time"

November 20, 2025

4.0

We use it daily at work for everything from emails to timelines, meetings, and projects. I prefer it over Google and Apple products because they are just more user-friendly, and you have the freedom to customize your projects how you see fit. All of the apps read into each other, so if one does not fit your problem at hand, you can easily move all of your work and data to another one. Example from Word to Excel and even Pdf.

Pros

Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel. The real-time collaboration with my team on projects that cuts down on multiple meetings a day. Makes work more productive.

Cons

The price is a bit pricy on the higher end. It sucks that you cannot just open a Word document on a computer that does not have Microsoft 365 downloaded on.

### "My Adventure with Microsoft"

November 19, 2025

5.0

My overall experiance with Microsoft 365 has been fantastic. Whatever, I need to do gets done, if I gave any issues then the Customer Support is my go-to option and is great. Overall, I am super happy with my experience.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how efficient and simple it is yet can also go into very technical things. For me, it was very easy to use and easy to manage. My emails were easy to manage and so are documents easy to manage. I use 365 for various things, one of the many is File Sharing. Being able to share documents swiftly is one of the biggest factors for Microsoft. I also believe for its value, it is a great package.

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft 365 is the spam filtering, for me it has not been well and I get quite a few of spam emails. I believe Microsoft will be able to update and fix this issue soon.

### "Reliable Features, Unreliable Platform"

July 18, 2025

3.0

Microsoft 365 has all the core tools needed to support a modern workplace, but the experience is frustrating due to frequent service disruptions. As a global admin, I spend too much time monitoring outages, managing user complaints, and sending out incident communications. It's a capable platform, but the instability undermines its strengths.

Pros

The tools are powerful when they work. Integration between Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive creates a cohesive ecosystem. Admin controls via PowerShell are extensive, and security features like Conditional Access and MFA are strong. Documentation is thorough, and automation options are robust.

Cons

Stability is the biggest issue. Services go down or become degraded far too often. Users constantly report problems with things not loading or syncing. Admin portals are slow and sometimes inaccessible when needed most. Enterprise level digital signature management support is basically nonexistent unless you integrate a third-party solution. Email marketing is completely unsupported.

### "Microsoft 365 Review"

November 12, 2025

5.0

Ms 365 has made our team more productive and efficient since we can all utilise the apps we need on our day to day basis in one platform. Ms 365 has everything our team needs, from emailing platform, calendar scheduling, document creation and management, collaboration, note taking, content management, the list goes on and on. This is a perfect platform and it can be used by any team in any organisation since it fits perfectly with almost every use case, with a few exceptions, but it’s a perfect tool for most organisations and I love using it. It’s easy to use and in most cases, teams don’t require extensive training to figure out their way around Ms 365, but if they need to, it’s a well documented platform and it’s easy to find answers to questions and the support is also good.

Pros

Talk about an all in one solution, Ms 365 is exactly that. Microsoft 365 brings together all the essential Apps and platforms within the same solution. Think about Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point, Ms Teams, Outlook, Ms Teams, OneNote etc, the list goes on and on. You can do everything without Ms 365, from sending emails, creating meetings, having meetings virtually, manage documents, manage appointments, and you can easily collaborate with your different teams. The data flow is just perfect if you’re a Microsoft user, and this makes life 10x easier as you don’t have to jump across different platforms from different vendors, you have everything you need in one place

Cons

There is nothing I have found to be a con in regards to Ms 365. It’s perfect and has made our team more productive and efficient

### "New to MS 365 Review - Industrial Setting"

April 2, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive, especially in managing daily tasks and team collaboration. It provides a reliable and structured environment where communication, document management, and data analysis all work together seamlessly. The ability to access files across devices and collaborate in real time has made workflows more efficient and organized. While it can take some time to fully explore its features, it remains a powerful and dependable platform for both routine work and larger projects.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is its comprehensive suite of tools that support productivity across different tasks and workflows. The seamless integration between applications like Outlook, Excel, and Teams makes collaboration and communication very efficient. Its cloud capabilities allow for secure access to files from anywhere, which is essential for flexibility and remote work. Additionally, the platform offers strong security features and reliability, making it a dependable solution for both day-to-day operations and larger projects.

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft 365 is that its wide range of features can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when navigating between apps with different interfaces. There are moments when updates or syncing delays can interrupt workflow, particularly with shared files. It can also require a bit of a learning curve to fully take advantage of its more advanced capabilities. While powerful, it occasionally feels more complex than necessary for straightforward tasks.

### "Great Services! Needs more 3rd party integrations. "

April 8, 2026

5.0

Pros

Microsoft 365 is an amazing platform, a great value for the money, the customer support from 3rd party vendors can be exceptional. File-sharing and document management is extremely easy via SharePoint when necessary. Managing emails is simple and very productive.

Cons

It seems that Google WorkSpace is a high competitor. Many companies and third party vendors/services utilize them for SSO. That is something that we would prefer to be within the secure tenant of M365.

### "All You Need when You're On the Go"

November 24, 2025

4.0

Overall positive, I like have access to my files and documents on the go. Being able to know for sure that everything will be there on whatever device I use is great comfort. I wish some smaller details were polished, but overall it's a good service.

Pros

I like that it is native to our tech stack and that works very well between phone, tablet, and laptop. I enjoy having the ability to access my files on the go and ensure that they are up to date and work properly. I also like that I can quickly and securely share files with members of my team.

Cons

It's hard to tell what is what service in Microsoft because there are so many programs that intersect. I don't always love the formatting changes that happen when I open documents in a desktop versus in its native app. A lot can change, which can be frustrating.

Reason for choosing Microsoft 365

Hardware choices solidified the software choice, but it could go either way.

### "The good and the bad of Microsoft 365"

February 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience is good; I can reset passwords if the user forgets them, and it's easy to manage and install on workstations.

Pros

What I liked most was that it is compatible with Windows and Mac, as well as the management of licenses, creation, modification and deletion of users.

Cons

The Authenticator application crashes a lot; it suddenly stops sending notifications, and I have to reset the MFA parameters so that users can configure their account.

Reason for choosing Microsoft 365

Because of its security features, easy license management, and compatibility with different operating systems.
