### "Office is ALL you need"

November 8, 2019

5.0

I use the office suite on a daily basis. Almost every single day I use the word processing suite and excel for spreadhseets. I recently started my own company and Access really helps me control and design my website. Its a one stop shop for anyone who has business needs.

Pros

I love how Microsoft Office has ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you need. Its amazing for me as a paralegal and when I have to draft documents and spreadsheets. Its great for me as a student for powerpoint presentations. Its awesome for me as a writer who wants to start writing a book. The different programs and their ease of use make this suite set the best. Theres nothing like it.

Cons

There isnt much I dont like about the program. Sometimes the toolbars and such can be confusing but only because as I get older its harder to understand..

### "Ms-365"

The online feature is a cool one, no need to buy bulk license. All works can be done easily online with good collaborations with the team members.

Pros

The package is very user friendly since many of users are having basic fundamental of same office suite software.

Cons

It requires a good speed of internet in order to load and experience the fluid design and features of all the office 365 packages.Even the mobile device or tablet must be the flag ship model to process the applications.

### "Implementation nightmares"

September 24, 2021

4.0

Overall a BAD experience. Had someone get a new laptop. Got the info to download the software. It requires that you log in to your Outlook account to begin use. We do not and have NEVER used Outlook. He did crate an account years ago as was required to get the software to work but has never used. In order to recover the account you have to provide info like some email addresses you send email to. Since he has never used it, he has none. Because he can't provide one, MS refuses to even accept the form for help. Then when he restarted his computer, MS demanded that same Outlook password to open his computer. So now, he is locked out of his computer as well with no way to recover his password. MS has stolen the use of our hardware on top of not allowing him access to the software. DO NOT USE, go with google software.

Pros

The product works fine once you get it up and running.

Cons

ZERO customer support, over reaching access control and impossible implementation.

Reason for choosing Microsoft 365

It worked fine until this issue. It is costing me money every day they refuse to provide me any support. I will NEVER renew with them.

### "The ONLY Software you need for your business! VERY RECOMMENDED1"

January 17, 2023

5.0

Overall, Office 365 has met all of my professional needs while working for my company for more than 2 years. Everything is accessible from a single platform including my calendar, presentations, documents, and many more. It has made my life a lot easier. Highly recommended!

Pros

One of the most important pros of Microsoft office 365 is location freedom. Because it is a cloud platform, I can access my spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and calendar from anywhere. In addition, this software keeps developing to give the maximum to its users at a very fair price.

Cons

It has many features, so you might get lost when first using the platform. BUT you will get used to it after a while.

### "Convenient cloud-based Office tools with constant improvements and new features."

November 30, 2017

4.0

Office 365, the way our campus is licensed for Microsoft products, began as a free benefit to offer faculty and students, kudos to Microsoft. Cloud-based storage for personal files makes it convenient to utilize Office 365 for home as well as work, while also providing cloud-based resiliency for files, instead of relying on multiple places to store files and software.

Pros

Most, if not all of their Office suite software available online with the option to install locally on your personal computer. It's very convenient to have your cloud-based documents available anywhere you go. If you have an internet connection and a web browser, you can get to work with your documents. Constant improvements and rollouts are being made to the Office 365 experience, which continues to add value to your experience with the product.

Cons

There is constant improvement and change, and this can sometimes be concerning for certain products rolled out, as they will sometimes be retired, for reasons best known by the vendor. However, staple products like Excel and Word won't be disappearing, this is more of a concern for newer/lesser-known products, and it is unlikely that they will remove products without notice. Another side-effect of constant improvements is user interfaces may change or be completely overhauled. When this happens, previously available features may not be included in the newer interfaces, or may be rolled out at a later time. This can be frustrating for users who are used to a certain interface.

### "Office 365 for everyday use"

May 13, 2019

4.0

Overall my experience was very good as I found it easy to use, just those details mentioned above if corrected would be able to give five stars.

Pros

What I most use in Office 365 is Microsoft word, Power Point, Excel and Skype. What I like about using word as a translator is that it is compatible for example with Nuance Power PDF which allows me to edit documents easily. Formatting even after exporting a document from another tool keeps intact. I like that there are many options to format the text, you can personalize colors, fonts, etc. I use Excel to keep record of all the projects I perform and Skype to communicate with my clients and all of them work very well.

Cons

For example for making tables within word and adding text boxes I find it more difficult than other Word software, I need to right click on the table to be able to add or deleted a column/cell and it would be really easier if there would be an option up or below the document I am working with so I do not need to be clicking a lot of times to format the tables. The same applies to text boxes, I need to click on format text box to be able to set a transparent border and when I need to create multiple text boxes it takes too long to do it. Concerning Skype before buying Mictosoft Office 365 Skype I had Skype as a separate software and its features were better than the one within the suite. Separate contacts per category, be able to block a contact, everything was easier to find.

### "Great for those transitioning from Software to the Microsoft Cloud Approach"

August 15, 2019

4.0

I like the classic Excel and Word and Outlook. I think most people do. However, I want to have access to those thigns when Im at another PC, a public computer, away from my office, or any other remote situation. This is a perfect, fit, because its a hybrid of both worlds.

Pros

Its able to be called/accessed from ANYWHERE in the World. So you can work from the beach or any hotel room, cell phone, or your regular office. Its also very well updated. Like weekly, for some reason. I guess thats just how they do it now, no more yearly updates, its an iterative approach instead. The nicest feature is that we can use the classic SOFTWARE look and feel on our PCs, while also having access to this cloud stuff. The Software is a nicer classic look and feel.

Cons

Using the Software (that we have Cloud Access for as well) instead of the Cloud option when both are available can be a bit confusing. You will click on a shortcut for an Excel file, and it will default to the Internet version, which is less fun to use and a bit more glitchy... The files are stored on your OneDrive, and can integrate with the Software OR Cloud version however, so its not a big deal.

Reason for choosing Microsoft 365

Familiarity, easy transition, could have Software and Cloud option with Microsoft.

### "A complete suite of effective office tools for your company"

December 30, 2018

5.0

A must-have for any office or information management related work.

Pros

I can't see any business operating without this. We use Office 365 in our workplace and it is critical to everything that we do. Besides using your popular Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and others, it comes packaged with Skype for Business and Outlook which our office uses exclusively for secure communications on the intranet. All the Microsoft products link and work together seamlessly and there is a product for basically any kind of office need you have. There are file storage and information collaboration tools, communications tools, management planning tools, ways to present data in any form you like, ways to store data on the cloud, and many more. It is very intuitive and user-friendly. A must-have for any personal or business use.

Cons

Not many people have anything negative to say about MS Office as it's such a great piece of software. I guess one issue I've been struggling with is the integration between Skype for Business and our Outlook Exchange server. It is supposed to save all your chat history on the Email exchange server but I haven't gotten it to work even after providing my Outlook login information to Skype that would supposedly link the two. However, I think this may be more of an IT problem with how things are set up in our office, rather than MS Office itself, because I'm not the only one who experiences this issue.

### "How Can You Run A Business and Not Use It"

February 10, 2021

5.0

It is good but a little expensive. It is a necessary cost if you want to run your business.

Pros

Everyone uses Microsoft and with 365 it includes all the tools you need to run your business effectively.

Cons

I use the newer version for my fulltime job and the older versions for my consulting business due to the yearly subscription fees.

### "Office 365 continues evolving into a great platform"

December 31, 2019

4.0

Office 365 meets most of our needs for communication, data processing, collaboration and many other small scale tasks.

Pros

Office 365 offers a truly wide range of apps that meets most needs of organizations of varying sizes. The non-profit licensing model that we use is extremely cost-efficient. The product is constantly improved with regular updates/upgrades freeing up IT admins of the struggles to maintain the software. Office 365 is an effective one-stop shop for most common apps used in offices (Exchange, Office, SP, etc).

Cons

Certain apps of the Office 365 such as SharePoint, Exchange online, OneDrive have recently become a little less reliable. Service outages are somewhat regular than it used to be. Hopefully, MS will be taking steps to ensure the highest availability for a SaaS like Office 365.

### "Full kit that integrates very nicely with other software"

October 18, 2022

5.0

I am a translator, I work with text in different languages - Microsoft 365 allows me to do this with a single package.

Pros

The capability to use it in different languages and not loose effectiveness.

Cons

The dictation feature in word could be improved by having a way to teach it words in other languages - like the name of cities or food products, sometimes it makes the same mistake over and over again

### "One of the best document tool for office"

March 26, 2019

5.0

We can use the complete package for our office work. We can use word to create documents. Excel is an excellent software to manage data. Outlook can be configured to use our official email account and power point is the best tool as I said it earlier.

Pros

When it comes to office files, then Office 365 comes to every mind. It is a complete package for any organisation to create office related files. One can choose application from within the package that suits their need. One of the productive ways to complete office documentation is done by Office 365. Among the features, the best one is the customized ribbon and integration of one drive which allows to save data on cloud. The power point has very good collection of templates which makes the presentation very beautiful. All in all it is the best product for an organisation.

Cons

One thing which is not liked by me about this software is that it comes with licences. it is not approachable by all. We have to buy the complete package and its quite costly when we only use a part of this package. But there is no comparison of this software.

### "Microsoft 365.. Your all in one Office. "

June 11, 2021

5.0

Office 365 keeps users data secure platform like other Microsoft products. I like how a user can quickly customise it to meet his requirements. I can work with it from anywhere and that don't even need my own PC. I like it's throughout constancy. Like in my previous Office experience, I get exactly what I require. Inshort it is a perfect platform to get use every office tool.

Pros

Microsoft 365 gives you ease of access, no matter where you are. On a single platform, you get access to Microsoft Exchange, along with apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, as well as additional communication and work tools like Skype, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Forms, and SharePoint. Apart from these, it has a very responsive and smart customer support service.

Cons

The major flaw with this software is its lack of compatibility with operating systems other than Microsoft Windows. Using it on Mac or Linux, you often encounter common issuess like Onedrive stops synchronising because of the difference in names of the files. Although updates for mac OS and Office 365 have been released, the issue still isn't completely resolved.

Cons

N/A I would say it can be better if the desktop app can be improved to enable folder organisation, without the need to visit the web version.

### "Microsoft is way far an amazing app"

January 17, 2023

This app solve a lot of problems one cannot manage with a personal based system in place. The technology is it is specially designed to assist with things a human mind cannot keep tract of all the time .It is very useful especially in scheduling plans and showing up or pitching any idea right on time. I will keep on using it, I have been enjoying every aspect of it really.

Pros

I like the fact that it helps one manage the time, set proper plans with full time slots and reminders. which is the best thing one could need about being actual and organized. The ability to access cloud is the best feature as it helps you access your data anywhere in around the world.

Cons

I honestly love its features and how it operates , i wouldn't change a thing on it.

### "Microsoft 365 brief Review "

September 30, 2021

5.0

After using this software for so long now, I can say my overall experience has been great.

Pros

Purchasing the Microsoft 365 package was one of my best work-based purchases. With its modern software designs for each of its various tools such as Excel and Word, it gives the user a hands-on experience of modern-day technology. The Microsoft 365 software is fast, very user-friendly, and is compacted with many useful tutorials for its various tools. It is great for collaborations, document sharing, document management, word, excel, database, brochure, and presentation developments.

Cons

The downside is that this software cannot be bought one time. It is only available for subscriptions which requires a monthly payment. Secondly, though updates are important, this software is updated very regularly. For the average user, it might be a bit difficult to adapt to every update it sends out.

### "Bringing Ease for the Business World"

October 30, 2019

5.0

365 has proven to be useful over the years. Most of the business organizations prefer Office 365 for their everyday work. There are some rivals to it, if you are thinking to switch your software, like One Drive, Skype for Business, or exchange online tops the list.

Pros

Easy Collaboration: Employees can work anytime, from anywhere as long as they have an internet connection. Many companies with employees traveling frequently find this useful. Just like that, they can collaborate individually or with one another easily as all of them uses the same software, updates, and features. Security: This feature lets only those in command use the personal information of the company. No one else can use the information without their permission. Plans for everyone: Office 365 offers different plans for each individual. There are 3 different plans for private enterprises. You can assign each person to a particular plan so you don’t pay any extra money.

Cons

Up with the Updates: Sometimes it becomes hard to keep up with the updates. Office 365 updates occur far too many times and they happen automatically, so you cannot go back to the older version. Although it is not hard to keep up with the updates it could be less easy if you use programs like Delve and Yammer. You are bound to pay the fee monthly or annually, regardless of what version you are using, or even if you are using it or not. If you want to get rid of the charges, then we suggest to unsubscribe it immediately.

### "Not Perfect, but a solid offering from Microsoft"

December 15, 2020

4.0

Overall, has reduced the headache of managing on prem email and document storage servers. As a general rule, uptime is pretty decent, and allows users to use the apps they are familiar with in a more cloud compatible way.

Pros

I love the ease of use for setting up a new organization, and there are lots of ways different apps can be integrated into the system. Onedrive actually works fairly well for the most part, and having the files on demand feature saves a lot of space on a users local hard drive.

Cons

Sharepoint is an overlycomplicated system that requires a deep knowledge of to use effectively. The admin panel is, frankly, subpar. To often, you make a change in one place but you can't see the change right away, you need to go somewhere else to see it. It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

### "THE BEST office suite out there...period."

November 6, 2018

5.0

Utilizing Excel on almost a daily basis, I've leveraged its strength and semi-automated many tasks that used to be much more manual in nature. I like the simple subscription model and the ability to use it on most computers. Overall nothing can beat Office 365 when it comes to features and flexibility.

Pros

As a working professional and a small business owner, I need the right tools to maximize the efficiency of my working day - this is where Office 365 comes in. My favorite part of Office 365 is that it is a cloud-based subscription model so you get the most up-to-date software and features for Excel, Word, etc. and don't have to worry about having to buy an update every couple years or so. Excel is still the most utilized in my working day and it seemingly keeps improving with every update - more features and expanded capabilities allow me to do my best job.

Cons

There are not many features I do not like, but I wish there was a way to customize your subscription so that you could pick your software a-la-carte as most of the times, I do not use every single software that is in Office 365.

### "Microsoft 365 Review"

October 15, 2022

A wonderful program that provides many advantages at work and facilitates communication between different departments and data sharing

Pros

Microsoft 365 makes it very smooth to work at home and also to get admission to all your documents and emails. It has definitely amazing taking part gear and cloud storage.

Cons

Very tough to work without a net connection. In a few instances, we've got complaints that some functions like having access to password-blanketed documents and macros limitations. Having files withinside the cloud will increase the safety hazard of having the whole thing in a single place
