Office 365 is helping use as we using the Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Skype & Microsoft Team we are using it on daily utility. Integrity among these all is also the best thing of Office 365.

Pros

Office 365 is a bundle of variety of application provided by Microsoft. It is a great tool when your already using the multiple software application already. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Skype & Microsoft Team bundle make it complete enterprise ready solution. It also support over Windows devices, Mac, iOS & android platform. A lot of space come with the Office 365 subscription. Collaboration of all these tool at a single place and it's integrity make it more strong. Best thing about Office 365 is it have all variant for about to the requirement, So can a user can buy a subscription of it own choice.

Cons

Office 365 bundle is having a lot many option for a Subscriber to choose the plan but sometime you don't need some service but as a package it coming to you. Mobile client is in improving stage a lot many option is still adding in it.

Business Premium helps keep my business on track and makes life easy by being able to access all my information across all my devices.

Pros

I have used Office 365 Home for years and just recently migrated to Office 365 Business Premium. This is perfect for my real estate business. All the tools are included that I need to run my business. I especially like the Outlook Customer Manager included in this package which helps me focus and keep track of all my clients and leads. I love how the To-do list interacts with all the components of Office to help keep me on track.

Cons

I don't like the Outlook mobile app. I have many folders in outlook. While it copied all my email folders, there is no way to tell which folders received new emails. I would have to click on each folder and sub-folder to be able to see if there is a new email. I would like to see a way to look at all the new emails in one place, similar to the desktop version which allows me to see all unread mail.

In a time of uncertainty, we were sent to work from home due to Covid-19 in March of 2020. We used 365 on our desktops in the office, but I had my files on the server at the time. I easily moved them, and I have not looked back since that day. Sharing files is easy - I don't have to email them to coworkers. I can also see when they use the link I provided to view a document, so I don't contact them before they have a chance to view it. This has been a lifesaver!

Pros

I ove having the ability to work from anywhere. With 365 I am not tethered to a desktop. I can work on my phone or tablet as easily as my laptop without having to be in the office.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot think of anything that I do not like about this. I have had few issues. I could say, not having a reason to not have an answer or always being connected, but I view that as a plus, so....

### "Great for Managing Your Business"

It is a process to switch from localized storage of files to completely online. Most of our staff loved it almost immediately, others took a while to warm up to using all of its functions. I will say, it has so many options we don't even take advantage of that I'm sure a larger operation would!

Pros

Our office, especially now, has staff members who work remotely. Prior to using this product, we had a shared drive only at the office which was inaccessible when working offsite. Sharepoint solved that issue immediately and we love it! You can see when someone edits something, set up alarms to notify you of activity, etc.

Cons

There were some things that seemed each user should be able to update (like their own contact info, etc), but that had to be set up by the administrator.

We were using OpenOffice previously and suffered through it until we could get our Microsoft grant. It immediately made a huge difference in our productivity, collaboration, and file management.

Pros

All the features are important and useful. The ability to communicate and track information has been very important to our starting up and operating.

Cons

It has been an extremely steep learning curve. There is a lot that we want to use but don't have the time to fully learn it and I have a technology degree! I find myself spending at least two hours out of my day trying to learn new IT tasks for our new non-profit because the rest of the staff have zero knowledge or desire. Our budget is not where we can hire a dedicated IT tech.

I use it for everything at work. I manage a small business and we use office every day. I actually have two office programs (word and excel) open on my computer right now as we speak... I really enjoy how simple and concise some of the programs are.

Pros

This is the most versatile program there for doing anything from making a document, creating signs for your business. Office 365 has so many products under one program that you won't need any other programs to create what you need to run your business. You have Word, Excel, powerpoint, onenote, and more... I love to use powerpoint for presentations. It's not only affective, but everyone pays attention when I use it vs. any other standard presentation... The best part? Everyone can use OFFICE 365. Kids use it in school, teachers use it, heck even fast food restaurants use OFFICE 365. I also like that they have a monthly plan that covers all of their programs... That way you always have the most up to date software and you don't have to worry about re downloading or buying new licenses. I don't think I will ever use another program.

Cons

The only thing about this program is that in order to use some of the features, you may need to read up on or ask a buddy how to work them. For example, excel is a GREAT program, you can take any data you have and make it into an easy to understand report, however, if you are not familiar with HOW to use excel, you will struggle. They even have college classes for it. Most of the programs, however, are super easy to learn how to use like word, and powerpoint… Those programs you can just kind of play around with and figure out how to use them...

### "Weigh Your Options Between 365 and the Current Edition First"

Office 365 has allowed us to install Office on 5 of our computers for less than the cost of even one permanent download. I know Google Suite has similar apps, but Office is still the go-to. You will always have the most up-to-date apps, but prepare for the yearly subscription which can add up.

Pros

I love that I can download Office 365 on all of my devices (or multiple company computers). Office 365 is easy to just log in to my Microsoft account and download from there rather than carrying a disc/product download card.

Cons

You pay a yearly subscription which is typically 2/3rds of the cost of a permanent edition of Office. 90% of users only use 10% of the features and Office 365's big push is that you will always have the most updated version of Office. Because of this, you will get updated features that you may not even use. Many users would probably be ok with the current year's version for the life of their computer. If you're looking for some basic cloud storage, OneDrive is great, but I don't have use for it and my Google Drive holds enough of my cloud-based stuff.

I use it successfully on a daily basis to receive reply and store emails. I also used to set up meetings for multiple bosses

Pros

I like the email functionality of this software . I like that I am able to easily sort my emails that the way it set up is easy to see my emails and then I can change my view so that I can see them in a way I would like to see them

Cons

Setting up appointments on the software is difficult and that's putting it lightly . First of all you have to be in your own calendar or when you set up an appointment or a meeting then it gives you an error saying that because you're not in the correct calendar it won't track replies to your meeting request . That is a big pain is going to limit you to that then you should be able to select the proper calendar at the beginning when you first set up a meeting at the end after you've already typed in all the information. There's nowhere that you can save a meeting and go back in and adjusted like you can email draft . This function would make it much easier to set up meetings

I have used this tool in two places, on in my university where an Office 365 account is provided by the university which I can say that very nice option for the students. Moreover, in our family company we have installed theses product in order to complete daily tasks and communications with our customers.

Pros

This tool is very great for the company since, it has a lot of sub-products which are used in all the office environments daily. The beneficial part of this tool is that it gives a bundle with all the office products with very reasonable price, where all the products can be used for daily office tasks, or for mailing services, instant messaging or file storage. With all the bundles the tools brings a lot of advantages for the company.

Cons

Since my computer is not that much powerful, I have used online version which is available which is not that much as good as the offline ones. Moreover, the bundle does not include one of the best products from Microsoft, such as Microsoft Project and Visio, which is very great tools that could be better if included in the bundle.

Pros

I like Word and Excel more than any other word processor or spreadsheet.

Cons

In the Era of free Gmail accounts, Outlook is mostly a legacy product

Pros

This software is so easy to use. I remember learning how to use it in elementary school and many of the concepts are the same but have just improved. It does not have a learning curve and is easily implementable.

Cons

Not as customizable in formatting as some of the other options out there but this is hardly a con as it always does what it is supposed to do

Overall Office 365 does give immediately and constant access to all of your most used business tools right at the time that you need them. It enables you to join meetings from where ever you are, make edits to documents in a timely manner and lets you put your hands on the things you need essentially right when you need them. As a stopgap solution to working when you're not physically at your desk I think it works quite well.

Pros

The most compelling part of this software is how easy it is to use on the go. Basically I can sign onto my Office account using my browser as long as there is a connection and that enables me to get to my email, my calendar and also any other associated apps, such as Skype for business.

Cons

The online versions of the apps are not always the easiest to navigate. Not all of the features are available and working on a excel doc using the cloud software can be annoying and not as precise as you would like. The online version of all of the apps just work slightly differently from their desktop based versions so going back and forth, while serviceable, can sometimes be awkward.

Pros

I like being able to access the different features of Microsoft Office online. We have had some server issues for remote team members but I have been able to access my Outlook emails from this internet version.

Before Office 365 we were wrestling with how to provide our users with the means to securely share documents outside of our company. Many users resorted to various personal cloud providers, leaving the security and administration outside of our control. Now, with the integrated OneDrive, we have a standard method for all users to easily & securely share their docs.

Pros

For those that have used Microsoft Office for years, this is a natural next step in product evolution. All of the desktop software is still familiar, and most users won't even realize they're using cloud-integrated software. But those who aren't afraid to expand their horizons will discover mobile apps and online version of the software that can greatly expand access to their documents from virtually anywhere, and increase their productivity.

Cons

Not all features found in the desktop software are available online, nor in the mobile apps. This has improved over time, but there's still a ways to go - especially with some of the advanced features in Excel. But for basic documents, most users will get along just fine.

Overall, Office 365 is a stable workhorse software suite that has several great products. While it's a good product it could benefit from a UX update and revised pricing model to be more competitive with Google Workspace.

Pros

When we started using Office 365, it was because many of our clients were using the software already and we wanted to be able to easily hand off files to them. Over time we started utilizing other products in the software suite that made out day to day operations easier, such as Outlook and Teams. This helped productivity and communications companywide.

Cons

The UX of Office 365 still feels like a legacy product that hasn't be updated. Products like Word and Excel are bloated programs that could be streamlined to run more efficiently. Overall the pricing of Office 365 is quite a bit more expensive than similar products from Apple and Google.

The product is great. It has transformed many lives globally as it has helped them to grow their businesses from one level to another. This product enable people to communicate and share information with anyone at whichever location.

Pros

This is a mother of many products that are really essential for the development of every business. It consists of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other useful products that are used on daily basis in operating an enterprise. The products allows us to do our work simply without many struggles like writing and doing complex calculations. Since the product was launched, it has helped many business people to grow their level of business from local to international level. This product allows them to market their products to any region regardless of their physical location via email marketing.

Cons

The cost of the product is not affordable by everyone. I hope one day the developers will re-look on the pricing and lower it to a standard rate, to enable any young person out there to use the product in their struggling businesses.

I have had Office 365 for about 5 years and I enjoy using it as my main office software tool. Everyone in the house has adapted to it so life is good! I recommend Office 365 for consumer use for the student, small business person and as a primary technology communication tool for the household.

Pros

I love Office 365. As a consumer, having access to cloud based software makes optimum efficiency easily achievable. First of all, Office 365 is affordable to all consumers for personal or business use. Secondly, you can download the software into your device saving a drive to the store. Third, it gives you better choices in customizing the software suite to your needs because it can be purchased as a desktop or online version. Most importantly, its cloud based which makes it accessible to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for downloads, updates and technical communications. What more can you ask for in a "must have" tool that increases productivity, accessibility and affords success.

Cons

What I like least is that once you download you then have to pull information on line to learn how to use it. There is no tangible manual so, until you are comfortable using it you have to continually refer back for more information. Also, the risk of vulnerability to online security threats. For the most part, the Microsoft reputation does give me some comfort in knowing that they will always have the most updated security and software applications.

I have been using the outlook 365, sharepoint, yammer and one drive in office 365 from years now. and it have always made my life so easy. for all the business that want to make there employed life easy and need to integrate different MS apps at one place, i guess office 365 is the way to go.

Pros

With all the microsoft apps integrated in office 365 it makes it awesome to and so easy to use every thing in one space. I primary use outlook 365, sharepoint, yammer and one drive. I have occasionally used word, ppt and excel as well and office 365 makes it so easy and helpful to keep everything together. The best part is that you don't have to create multiple logins and you don't have to remember all passwords. Office 365 manages that well for you with one login. Its also secure and its secure authentication mechanism is keeps your credentials safe.

Cons

Office 365 Subscription cost is heavy and might make you to look for alternative. Also if i need to login two different office 365 accounts on same computer, some times i feel annoyed of the logout and login process.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is one of the best cloud-based systems I have ever used. I have access to all Microsoft office products at my fingertips. I can recover documents, access all my e-mails and files easily and remotely from any device, and sync my e-mails with my calendar. Teams is my go-to for communication and meetings with my team. I can share documents with others easily.

Cons

Unfortunately, it depends heavily on internet access.

Pros

Microsoft 365 incorporates several useful features into one service, and you certainly get your money's worth out of it. I enjoy the ease of access with the Admin portal to oversee every aspect of what's offered. From access to apps like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to email management with Outlook, and other beneficial tools such as Azure, you get it all, and everything works seamlessly with each other.

Cons

Microsoft is constantly improving the programs offered in its software, so I have no complaints.
