### "More comfortable with desktop versions"

February 6, 2021

4.0

Using it for the past several years at work when I'm out of the office or assisting those who don't have the desktop version I find myself inadequate

Pros

I like the ability to use this at home and on the go and when I emergently need to get to my email no matter where I am

Cons

The ease of access I find trouble with. Features that I'm accustomed to having on hand are either hard to find or none existant. I find I need to open up many tabs on my phone to access everything and syncing one to the next is cumbersome.

### "365 es 100% completo"

February 28, 2021

5.0

### "Office 365 Best in Class"

January 24, 2017

5.0

I was using Office 365 for Small business at my company and still have an Office 365 Home subscription. The small business package comes with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. SharePoint Online has a decent interface, and can be used by non-technical users to share information and documents easily. I was disappointed in the restrictions in the Small Business edition for setting up automated procedures, but if you are willing to pay a higher subscription that won't be a problem. Integration with OneDrive for business gives you access to your documents from all your devices. Exchange Online works great. Provisioning mailboxes, setting up mailing list and groups can all be done in an admin interface. Last but not least, and what makes office best in class is its desktop applications. Their online and mobile counterparts are good and getting less buggy and more powerful with every update, but that's still not what Office is known for and competitors like Google Apps have similarly productive tools. Office desktop applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint are simply the best applications of their kind. Feature rich without getting in your way. Friendly for beginners, and powerful tools for the advanced. There is a reason why many job descriptions ask for experience with Office.

Pros

Easy to use and powerful applications. Email and cloud-like storage. Office desktop applications are best in class.

Cons

There are some limitations depending on which subscription you have. Besides the desktop applications, everything else can be done well enough if not better by a competitor like Google apps.

### "Office 365, A Solution to today's IT Industry"

December 12, 2020

5.0

I love Office 365, its been a relieve from the traditional Microsoft Office Applications - Online storage and security made me fall in love with Office 365.

Pros

I like the fact that we dont have to move around with CD/DVDs containing the software. All you need is a paid Microsoft Account that you can use to login and download/install software. It has the entire Microsoft Office Suite of Applications online. I also noticed 5TB of storage space, this made my day. I dont even have to keep using flash drives to store my data anymore since there's enough cloud storage space available. Even when I dont have my laptop with me, I can login online and access my files and applications....Office 365 is really fun to own.

Cons

Being in Africa, to enjoy Office 365, one would need access to Internet; this doesnt come affordable in our continent.

### "Excelente sistema de integração"

September 27, 2022

Experiência muito satisfatória.

Pros

### "The most complete office tools package"

April 26, 2022

5.0

The best possible, Microsoft Teams has proven itself has the most complete and reliable meeting tool, during the pandemic it is one of the most softwares used. Therefore, all the collaboration tools, cloud functionalities, Sharepoint integration, PowerApps, it is pretty complete.

Pros

The cloud features, OneDrive, the integration with Sharepoint, and powerful tools like Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft Flow and Microsoft PowerApps, it is the most complete office tools package of the market.

Cons

Perhaps the price would not be so inviting to small business, and the other tools apart from the basic Office Suit, need to be purchased apart or with an signature upgrade.

Reason for choosing Microsoft 365

It is the most complete solution, has the best support, Microsoft will not leave you alone.

### "La migliora piattaforma di produttività aziendale"

October 22, 2022

5.0

Pros

### "Microsoft 365 - The best of Microsoft's Product Suite for one price"

October 16, 2018

3.0

Pros

Microsoft 365 is the complete office suite for businesses and individuals, we have been using it for almost a year now because we felt that G Suite was not entirely complete for our requirements. 1) Group communication tool options. Between Skype and Teams and Yammer, we are able to handle internal communication better than we would have in G Suite. Teams in particular is a real gem. Yammer is like an internal office social network (that is outside of normal social media networks), it works really good for us. Its great to know there is an option for just the Essentials including Group Communication if you do not need the Office apps. 2) Outlook on the Web is helpful especially combined with Microsoft Exchange features, making email more secure. Microsoft is a leader in email management. 3) The 1TB storage option for each user feels like a lot but with sharing of documents and other files, it actually helps to have that storage size for most of our users. 4) Web access to all Microsoft Office suite products is great, you do not have to install software unless you want to, being able to have web based access to Microsoft Office apps.

Cons

Office 365 costs a bit more if you have a smaller team and pay for the Premium version which includes Group communication tools, compared to other options out there. Even though there is web access, apps like Excel and Outlook on the Web is not always the fast and load slower than their office counterparts.

### "All of things in one hand ,complete software package"

October 11, 2018

5.0

Office 365 is better Enterprice software Edition to get the different solution with high Confidence.

Pros

It's the wide software package with a different kind of solution to the Users.in there are oneDrive to save most useable things in the cloud, word to create very powerful meaning documents and better output, Powerpoint will get high-quality Presentation slides for the Users and Excel is gain accurate graphs, calculation, tables and more also skype functionality best. In other hands,s we can share our documents with each other very easily and also we can chat with them, notification System is very unbelivble and very useful for us.Finally We have to say is, Office 365 is better Enterpice Software which can offers different kinf of soloution to diiferent kinf of needs ,Let's try it andd get better user-expericanse from it and solove your problems today not tommorru.

Cons

There are few things to say about Office as cons, sometimes if we use the word their lot of learning curve so beginners have to take much time to familiar to that software after that it will be easy to handle. In Onedrive some time files may be crashed and also have to better internet connection to handle it. In that time It must have grammar checking method and auto correct it will be more efficient to very busy person, existing method must be improved .

### "fantastic example for digital convergence"

September 2, 2018

4.0

I have been using this for almost from the start of my higher educataion. Very user friendly and because it can be used from the mobile phone it self it has been very useful at emergency times where i have to quickly check on a document or a presentation.

Pros

As been a uni student for many years this has been a very useful software for almost all my needs. Well, the world cannot live without MS Word, Power point, excel and all other microsoft office softwares. Could also be used in smartphones and tablets so therefore its always at our finger tips. Alos, the ability to communicate and collaborate in real tme is very useful. Really worth for price. Well i have been getting the software for free from my universities but if not i would have purchesed it.

Cons

Updates tales a bit time and in my MAC you have to close the software in order to run the updates. Sometime it is bit of a trouble. in Office 365 visio and project should have been inckuded as well. It would have been a perfect software combination in one package.

### "Many uses"

September 22, 2018

4.0

It's great if you have one account. It's hard to use and glitchy if you're forced to use more than one account from the same ISP and computer.

Pros

I use Office 365 and it's many features both personally and professionally. I'm a freelance writer, as such I use WORD daily during the creation of books. The track changes and comments features are great and the tool ribbon is customizable. Overall for personal use it's an amazing product I can't say enough good things about.

Cons

I also use 365 via my employer. This creates an issue if I have to access both my personal account and work related account from the same computer, my home computer. Outlook especially won't allow me to stay signed into my own email while checking my work email and it seriously messes with my computer. I get around this by accessing my work email only on my phone, for some reason I don't have the same issues. I have an Android phone. I have been locked out of both accounts while trying to access them from my home computer.

### "A great way to keep your office software updated."

September 10, 2018

5.0

My overall experience with Office 365 has been an extraordinarily positive one. I find that their price is fair and the product is exceptional. I use some piece of Office 365 daily and I rely on it to make sure that I can create and view the documents that are imperative to the day to day operations of my office.

Pros

I appreciate the overall quality of the included products in the office 365 software. I appreciate that I always have the latest updates to the software and the latest features. Office 365 is also able to be installed on several computers which is great if you are running more than one machine in your office. I like that instead of buying several pieces of software, this suite has everything you need to keep productivity high.

Cons

The only negative aspect of a subscription based model is just that...you are paying for a subscription and will be charged yearly for the service. This is not exactly a negative aspect but a trade off for keeping the software updated and packed with the newest features and functions.

### "MS 365 - The defacto product "

August 17, 2023

5.0

Great.

Pros

This suite is the defacto doument management and collaboration platform I've been using for, ... ever. I love how MS has perfected the current suite of applications, the package has been renovated but still retains its familiarity that I'm used to.

Cons

Although the package has had huge improvements, there remains some room for improvement in terms of sharing and collaboration, particularly when it comes to integration with Teams.

### "All of my work things in one place"

September 28, 2021

5.0

Overall this is a great back up solution if you don't have access to your computer. However, it's only valuable if you teach your team to use it, and to save everything to their onedrive vs. their desktop. If they don't save their documents, etc within the Microsoft system, then this won't be as useful. However it does give you full access to your email, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Pros

The most helpful part about this software is that I can access my work files from ANYWHERE. If my work computer isn't working or I'm working mobile, I just have to login as if it is a separate website, and I can access all of my files as if I were on my own computer.

Cons

I'm used to having each piece of software as a separate app on my computer. And unfortunately Microsoft365 apps and the individual computer apps do have small functionality differences it. The layout and feel is just slightly different so it's a bit difficult to learn how to do everything.

### "The world still need's Microsoft"

May 8, 2019

5.0

Microsoft suffers from success so a lot of people have given up on it outside of academia, but in the corporate world, it still has a lot of value as an essential skill set. If you want to work in the corporate world I highly recommend that you get intermediate skills with the office suite.

Pros

1.) The amount for support for Microsoft suite products is both profoundly big, and also accessible to non-technical users. It's true that you can find other software for cheaper but not with the same amount of support. 2.) There are a lot of things "power users" can do for both corporate and at home while it may take some time it will never be a waste of time to learn this suite." 3') These cloud extensions allow you to never lose your documentation OneNote is the best note-taking tool on the market.

Cons

The price may be a bit much to get newer people who can use cheaper alternatives, I agree that Google docs can do the basics at no cost, and has a better user interface if you want to make some form of documentation pretty for free.

### "The Microsoft Office family of programs are esentials "

June 6, 2019

5.0

My job would be a nightmare if I didn't have: Word, Publisher, and Excel. and just the fact I can pick it up on my other devices is great. Microsoft Office 365 is priced well below what getting a full suite of similar programs would cost. Publisher is the best WooHoo!!

Pros

\- Microsoft Office programs are some of, if not the most intuitive programs for running an office. - Microsoft Publisher alone is one of the most powerful publishing programs out there today. - The ability to finish something on my laptop that I started on my work PC with just a couple clicks is amazing. - The cost to have all these programs together on all my devices would cost a small fortune anywhere else.

Cons

\- If you don't have office 365 you keep getting advertisements for it. (one of my PCs I don't use it on gets a notification to try it for free on start-up all the time.) - Microsoft support, like any tech companies support, is typically foreign from the United States and therefor they usually have an accent that can be difficult to understand sometimes. It doesn't mean they know any less, it just means you may have to ask them to speak a little slower.

### "Microsoft Office 365: A complete bundle of productive tools."

December 24, 2019

5.0

Microsoft Office 365 subscription we can work anywhere from any device on our cloud work space.

Pros

Microsoft Office 365 comes with the bundle of Microsoft products. The best thing it come with the 1TB cloud storage. Personal document can be easily store under the Vault. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook can also be accessible from the web from any device. The Office 365 help in working on same document as a co-author. 50 GB email space is more than enough to store the emails, tasks, notes, contacts and attachments. Version controlling has be improved to tack the changes in document or spreadsheet.

Cons

Microsoft Office 365, bundle looks expensive if you don't use all feature. It should also come-up with basic subscription where it should look more cost effective by trimming some services.

### "Microsoft Office - Just Keeps Getting Better and Better"

January 29, 2019

5.0

Let's be honest - you don't have much of a choice with regard to using Office for work, but with the integration of the new 365 features, including saving projects online to the cloud, as well as new layout mechanisms, Office is always cooking up something new. While I'm not crazy about SAAS models, at least 365 lets everyone stay up to date on updates and we don't have to worry about different versions of documents and Powerpoints on each other's computers not working.

Pros

When I first started using Powerpoint in 365, I was blown away by the new layout design options. They work really slick, and while still not a replacement for a professional designer, makes any Powerpoint I work on that much more slick. For Excel, it's easier to work with large swaths of data and delete duplicate cells, and be able to sort. It also makes it easy to create macros to do work - we do all of our fitness assessments in Excel, and through a macro save it on the server, and print 2 copies for patients. So easy! Finally Word: simple to use and just keeps getting more features and fonts.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the idea of software as a service (SAAS). Monthly payments are a pain in the butt, especially when looking at adding it on 10-20 workstations on a smaller business. But purchasing the software outright can be costly as well. We went with 365 for ease of use, and long-term sustainability. No more unnecessary and costly software downtime or upgrades.

### "Excellent software for office work"

October 23, 2020

5.0

I've been using Office 365 since school, for schoolwork, and today I use it to work and do some academic work. It always served me very well. The package is very complete, it has several tools, a pity many do not know how to use all of them.

Pros

It is a very good, complete package that meets practically every area that someone needs to work or study. I've been using Office 365 for a long time, and it has helped me a lot since everyday tasks as important jobs. Extremely important for offices, as it has everything these environments need. It is very good to see the evolution of this software over the years.

Cons

Some programs, such as OneDrive sometimes fail, causing a lot of discomfort. Another thing, many people do not use all the programs in the package, but end up having to pay a high price for all of them. Perhaps it would be interesting to create packages with fewer programs but with lower prices.

### "Tools For The Job"

February 3, 2019

4.0

I enjoy the program and find that a lot of professionals use it so sharing materials and documents is not a problem. The only thing that really gets me, I would like to pay a 1-time fee to have a life time subscription. I do not like the annual renewal fees. You should be able to purchase the program like in the old days.

Pros

With office 635 I can pretty much know that one of the programs will be able to work with the medium I am using for my work needs. Publisher allows me to manipulate files and creates documents that only have restrictions of my imagination. Word has great templates that help me build the official documents I need. Excel has really nice features and easy to use formulas to help me stay organized.

Cons

You do have to learn where all the features are or have access to the internet to be able to access libraries of templates. It can get a bit confusing because the menus hide on you. I believe you can customize your tabs to what you would like to stay visible. Again, that will require the learning of how to do so.

### "Tired of having to get the latest version of Microsoft Office?"

February 26, 2020

5.0

Keeping up with the changes made to Microsoft Office was never a priority. I happily kept my copy of office 2007 for almost a decade. The switch to Office 365 came via a trial and I have been using it ever since. The new look feel and integrated features of all the Office Suite makes life for me very easy. As a Lecturer I as often have to create slides and documents and in work I use spreadsheets and databases. I have definitely seen an improvement in my productivity switching to Office 365.

Pros

Office 365 is a subscription service and with this means full support and software updates. The ability to always have the most current version of Microsoft Office is definitely worth the subscription. The ease of use improvements that come with each new version of Office means that your constantly experience improves.

Cons

The bundling with One Drive can be a problem if you use other cloud storage solutions. There are addons provided for Dropbox and Google Drive integration but they are limited and One Drive is Microsoft's flagship cloud service so its going to be everywhere.

### "Microsoft 365- equally good for personal and business purpose. "

May 24, 2021

5.0

Microsoft 365 helps us in every way. It makes business as well as personal commitments easy. There are a lot of features on that I can work without internet facility. It's more than email service. I am very much satisfied with Microsoft 365.

Pros

I thought its only Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, and word, but it's more than these applications. It's a complete business platform with a huge storage capacity. I have been using this platform for a long time, but still not able to discover Microsoft excel completely, other features are also exceptional. I think we can't run our system smoothly without this package, and it is improving day by day. Its support and help system is awesome, which helps you with a very minor requirement.

Cons

Microsoft provided each and everything in this package, which made its features more complex and complicated and require complete training. A free version for each feature is not available. If you did not install or upgrade MS word with proper keys, it always pops up every time to use a verified version. Despite this, I did not find anything bad on this platform.
