### "Microsoft Office 365: A complete bundle of productive tools."

December 24, 2019

5.0

Microsoft Office 365 subscription we can work anywhere from any device on our cloud work space.

Pros

Microsoft Office 365 comes with the bundle of Microsoft products. The best thing it come with the 1TB cloud storage. Personal document can be easily store under the Vault. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook can also be accessible from the web from any device. The Office 365 help in working on same document as a co-author. 50 GB email space is more than enough to store the emails, tasks, notes, contacts and attachments. Version controlling has be improved to tack the changes in document or spreadsheet.

Cons

Microsoft Office 365, bundle looks expensive if you don't use all feature. It should also come-up with basic subscription where it should look more cost effective by trimming some services.

### "Microsoft Office - Just Keeps Getting Better and Better"

January 29, 2019

5.0

Let's be honest - you don't have much of a choice with regard to using Office for work, but with the integration of the new 365 features, including saving projects online to the cloud, as well as new layout mechanisms, Office is always cooking up something new. While I'm not crazy about SAAS models, at least 365 lets everyone stay up to date on updates and we don't have to worry about different versions of documents and Powerpoints on each other's computers not working.

Pros

When I first started using Powerpoint in 365, I was blown away by the new layout design options. They work really slick, and while still not a replacement for a professional designer, makes any Powerpoint I work on that much more slick. For Excel, it's easier to work with large swaths of data and delete duplicate cells, and be able to sort. It also makes it easy to create macros to do work - we do all of our fitness assessments in Excel, and through a macro save it on the server, and print 2 copies for patients. So easy! Finally Word: simple to use and just keeps getting more features and fonts.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is the idea of software as a service (SAAS). Monthly payments are a pain in the butt, especially when looking at adding it on 10-20 workstations on a smaller business. But purchasing the software outright can be costly as well. We went with 365 for ease of use, and long-term sustainability. No more unnecessary and costly software downtime or upgrades.

### "Excellent software for office work"

October 23, 2020

5.0

I've been using Office 365 since school, for schoolwork, and today I use it to work and do some academic work. It always served me very well. The package is very complete, it has several tools, a pity many do not know how to use all of them.

Pros

It is a very good, complete package that meets practically every area that someone needs to work or study. I've been using Office 365 for a long time, and it has helped me a lot since everyday tasks as important jobs. Extremely important for offices, as it has everything these environments need. It is very good to see the evolution of this software over the years.

Cons

Some programs, such as OneDrive sometimes fail, causing a lot of discomfort. Another thing, many people do not use all the programs in the package, but end up having to pay a high price for all of them. Perhaps it would be interesting to create packages with fewer programs but with lower prices.

### "Tools For The Job"

February 3, 2019

4.0

I enjoy the program and find that a lot of professionals use it so sharing materials and documents is not a problem. The only thing that really gets me, I would like to pay a 1-time fee to have a life time subscription. I do not like the annual renewal fees. You should be able to purchase the program like in the old days.

Pros

With office 635 I can pretty much know that one of the programs will be able to work with the medium I am using for my work needs. Publisher allows me to manipulate files and creates documents that only have restrictions of my imagination. Word has great templates that help me build the official documents I need. Excel has really nice features and easy to use formulas to help me stay organized.

Cons

You do have to learn where all the features are or have access to the internet to be able to access libraries of templates. It can get a bit confusing because the menus hide on you. I believe you can customize your tabs to what you would like to stay visible. Again, that will require the learning of how to do so.

### "Tired of having to get the latest version of Microsoft Office?"

February 26, 2020

5.0

Keeping up with the changes made to Microsoft Office was never a priority. I happily kept my copy of office 2007 for almost a decade. The switch to Office 365 came via a trial and I have been using it ever since. The new look feel and integrated features of all the Office Suite makes life for me very easy. As a Lecturer I as often have to create slides and documents and in work I use spreadsheets and databases. I have definitely seen an improvement in my productivity switching to Office 365.

Pros

Office 365 is a subscription service and with this means full support and software updates. The ability to always have the most current version of Microsoft Office is definitely worth the subscription. The ease of use improvements that come with each new version of Office means that your constantly experience improves.

Cons

The bundling with One Drive can be a problem if you use other cloud storage solutions. There are addons provided for Dropbox and Google Drive integration but they are limited and One Drive is Microsoft's flagship cloud service so its going to be everywhere.

### "Microsoft 365- equally good for personal and business purpose. "

May 24, 2021

5.0

Microsoft 365 helps us in every way. It makes business as well as personal commitments easy. There are a lot of features on that I can work without internet facility. It's more than email service. I am very much satisfied with Microsoft 365.

Pros

I thought its only Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, and word, but it's more than these applications. It's a complete business platform with a huge storage capacity. I have been using this platform for a long time, but still not able to discover Microsoft excel completely, other features are also exceptional. I think we can't run our system smoothly without this package, and it is improving day by day. Its support and help system is awesome, which helps you with a very minor requirement.

Cons

Microsoft provided each and everything in this package, which made its features more complex and complicated and require complete training. A free version for each feature is not available. If you did not install or upgrade MS word with proper keys, it always pops up every time to use a verified version. Despite this, I did not find anything bad on this platform.

### "Office 365 keeps getting better"

September 12, 2018

5.0

Office 365 gives me the professional image I desire. And, I think it gives me an edge over the competition.

Pros

I've been a Microsoft user for three decades and I've seen a lot of changes but this new update with Office 365 is my favorite ever. The entire suite just keeps getting better. Everything plays well together in seamless transitions from Office 365 online to my desktop applications. They just upgraded my premium account OneDrive to 1 TB. And, in October, 6 people will be able to use the applications and each person can have the software installed on up to 5 devices. That's an incredible service at a low monthly price. Especially now that I'm a freelancer, I appreciate the affordability of this excellent professional product.

Cons

With the last update, it tripped me up just a little because I thought I lost my desktop applications in the update but it was an error on my part - I had not completed the setup. Maybe it was me or maybe the instructions could have been clearer.

### "Simple and Easy - makes sense!"

June 8, 2023

5.0

The fact that we can sign in and use Share Point makes things so much easier. It is also helpful for our staff to be across the board on formatting etc to stick with our branding. We are grateful for an easy program.

Pros

Having a family licence is very handy, and it isn't much more to upgrade per year. The fact that you can save to the cloud, there's no worry on losing a document, your drive crashing, losing the flash drive etc. Office suite is so accessible through 365, it is a no-brainer to use it. Being accessible on all platforms, operating systems etc as apps is extremely beneficial.

Cons

The new Outlook does not transfer your personal folders - which is annoying as I would like to use the upgraded features.

### "Microsoft Office Plus Tons of Storage? Yes!"

October 9, 2020

5.0

Overall my experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive. I love being able to use all the latest Office features. This is so much better than buying a version and soon being left behind.

Pros

I love that Microsoft 365 gives me the use of the latest versions of all Microsoft Office apps. As an author, I mainly use it for Microsoft Word, but I also use Excel to manage my mailing list, keep my budgets, and more. I also love that it comes with 1 tb of cloud storage on One Drive. I actually decided to upgrade that to 2 tb, but the price for the use of the software and the cloud storage is phenomenal.

Cons

The one thing I would like fixed is the fact that on my Chromebook, One Drive is read only. I haven't found a solution for this. I'd like to be able to edit my documents on my Chromebook as well as my PC, and I can't do it directly from One Drive.

Reason for choosing Microsoft 365

I use Google Drive as well, but mostly for my day job rather than my own business.

### "Easy to setup and migrate to"

September 28, 2020

4.0

Definitely easy to switch to and improved our delivery and management. Over time has paid for itself by replacing DropBox.

Pros

Was good to migrate to from our previous email software. Improved delivery and the management of the email which was the reason we changed to it. It also came with benefits of other software included in one easy price.

Cons

Sharing of what was available, because we self implemented we didn't have anyone pointing out that we could save money by getting rid of DropBox and switching to OneDrive.

### "Microsoft 365 is more than you'll need at an unbeatable price."

February 25, 2021

Experience has been great. I love this software and don't know what I'd do without it.

Pros

The price! To get access to all that this suite has to offer at this yearly subscription price is everything I could ask for. The best for an unbelievable and fair price.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything that I don't like about the software. There is of course learning curve but you'd expect that on any product.

Fantastic.

Pros

It is completely free when you are a student. It is impırtant to care about students.

Cons

When you buy a subscription we cannot use excel or word directly. We need to buy them seperately. At least it is like that in the student edition.

### "Office 365 Cloud Based is the best way to go! "

May 2, 2019

4.0

Office 365 is integrated into everything we do at work, and having the ability to have everything synced and able to get on different devices is so great!

Pros

Within the last couple years we switched the agency over to Office 365. Office 365 is cloud based and it makes it great for so many reasons. We have 3rd party authorization with it, which always feels secure and being able to login from my laptop away from the office and use it on my phone as well has been so great! It is nice also nice because it is cloud based it is also updated monthly with the latest features and security updates. Our IT has pointed this out and said that they think it is the best option for us, which is so great! The ability to work anywhere as long as you have internet connection is so great! I can get my email or files for my phone which is great!

Cons

If you don't have a lot of storage on your phone, then you don't get the full benefit because you can't use the apps without them downloaded on your phone.

### "An inclusive package"

December 19, 2018

4.0

All in all, a wonderful business tool that makes communication amongst larger staffs very streamline-able.

Pros

The fact that all major Microsoft apps (Word, PowerPoint), OneDrive, AND e-mail are all in one is absolutely baffling to me. The old Microsoft Office used to be a pretty time-consuming and groan-inducing install on any computer. Now, it's fairly simple to just download and install each individual program which is incredible especially if you switch computers fairly often. Did I mention how much is included?

Cons

It can be a bit complicated to navigate at first. Creating groups for e-mails is somewhat confusing as well as the CONSTANT updates that are sent out. While this is nice to an extent, the fact that it tries to so often, stops the app from opening, and forces you to restart is incredibly frustrating while attempting to create an efficient workflow. It stops you in your tracks. Not to mention the apps and their updates tend to get larger and larger in file size.

### "Great bang for your buck."

May 22, 2024

4.0

Overall, Microsoft 365 is a great resource to get things done and be productive. It works great and is easy to learn.

Pros

The free version is great for getting things done and the pro version is great at an affordable price. It is nice to be able to use the suite of tools that we all have known since we started using a computer. What I like best is that it auto saves your work.

Cons

What I like least is the ads in the email that make you think that it is an email. I understand having ads support a free service but don't have the links where the emails are.
