### "Great Tool For Increasing Productivity "

March 26, 2021

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft 365 is good except for some minor lackings. Although Microsoft Office has come a long way, I think still they have miles to go. There is no denying it will give you a great productivity boost by simplifying your life.

Pros

No doubt, office 365 is one of the most useful tools or packages in the modern business world. Being an entrepreneur in the writing industry, I believe, this tool helped me a lot. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, One Note, or One Drive, you name it. Microsoft 365 has everything to help you out. I can’t think a single day without using Microsoft 365 applications. In fact, I am writing this review on Microsoft word. Another exciting feature of this application of this software is it will help you to collaborate with your team members seamlessly. Because it can be used as cloud-based, you can access your data or information literally from anywhere in the world.

Cons

First of all, Microsoft 365 is a little bit expensive for small offices. However, if you can utilize all of its capacities, in the long run, you will never regret it. They can improve the PowerPoint interface. We always love simplicity. I think they are some room for development when it comes to their mobile app. Besides, I face minor bugs sometimes which should also be considered carefully.

### "Office 365 is a product package that covers all the collaboration needs of an office"

May 11, 2020

5.0

Office 365 has a suite of programs that we use daily at our company, such as OneDrive, which is a program that allow us to store our information in the cloud, so that we do not occupy our disk space. We also use Microsoft Teams to conduct video conferences with our customers and suppliers. On the other hand, we also use tools such as Word or Excel on a daily basis.

Pros

Office 365 is a suite of Microsoft Office products. What I like most about this software without a doubt is the storage space offered by its OneDrive tool, which allows us to easily save and share files. It is also essential for us to have software like Microsoft Teams, since we can hold meetings and video conferences. To finish, I would like to highlight that all products have applications for mobile devices.

Cons

You will surely find that the price of Office 365 is really high, which is why I think that small companies do not have the budget to pay for their subscription. I would like them to implement a version aimed at small companies with a more affordable cost.

### "very good software "

June 10, 2023

4.0

very good and helpful software, I recommend everyone to use it, they developed it always and I loved this feature.

Pros

You can find every app you need from email sending to presentation or online meeting for your co-workers, so it is very helpful in our simple life, also it is approximately easy to use a little complicated but you can find anything you want from the question mark in the corner they can help you with your questions.

Cons

it is not for free, when I was a student I have to buy it if I want the full software.

### "Still relevant despite competing alternatives."

December 4, 2019

5.0

Over the years, Office 365 has generally been getting better and better. I've had issues along the way, no doubt (like when they first made OneNote free and the Windows 10 app was... less good than it is now, it conflicted with older versions of the rest of the suite. Now, features like being able to sign in and access content from multiple Microsoft / OneDrive accounts and the new tidied up ribbon bar makes it more user friendly.

Pros

I love its tight integration with OneDrive (and the 1TB of storage it includes), Teams, the suite of tools that are included in the subscription and that they made OneNote free so I can share notes with non-Office 365 subscribing individuals.

Cons

I dislike the subscription model but it makes more sense when you see the rate at which features are being added and consider the value of the OneDrive storage, which would be a subscription with any other provider as well.

### "Desktop experience superior to mobile app"

October 7, 2021

4.0

Pros

It's a classic workhorse. Emails and calendars integrated in one place, easy to schedule and collaborate with others within the organization. The Cortana daily updates are sometimes helpful.

Cons

365 is less helpful for collaborating and scheduling with others outside the organization. The mobile app is not intuitive to find menus (especially quiet hours), and I wish signatures were synced across devices.

### "Office 365 is the cloud-based version of the classic Office suite, which can be used also on prem"

March 8, 2018

5.0

State of the art Office suite, which needs no presentation since it is the undiscussed market leader. in the 365 flavor we found the benefit of the user-based license model, which is the best fit for our business needs in times of multi-device per user.

Pros

We introduced Office 365 to replace Office 2013 mainly for licensing reasons. In fact Office 365 offers a user-based licensing model which is - for business like ours and in the era of multi-device experience - a must in terms of costs. Since each user consumes 'office' on more devices (pc, smartphone, notebook), this licensing model covers them all with one license. The software itself is the classic-high quality office suite we all have gotten to know over the years and it gets better from each release to the next one. highly recommended. Alternatives barely exist.

Cons

In order to set it up the way we wanted it (on prem), it is necessary to integrate active directory with azure , in order to have licenses activated. This is easier said than done, and needs some good consultant in order to have it done smoothly and without much hassle. the Azure integration works, and is quite stable, although I have already been in some hairy situations when troubleshooting certain user accounts which were not properly synched. Complexity is just round the corner.

### "Great for keeping productive"

October 12, 2022

5.0

Pros

I love the ease of productivity by keeping everything in one place. I can easily move jobs from one program to another because of how well it all works together

Cons

Sometimes there can be too many options for me. I don't need all of the random "Apps" that are offered, but I just ignore what I don't need. I'm sure some people love them.

### "The importance of Microsoft 365"

December 14, 2020

5.0

I get benefited from the software to help me out in managing my personal data and equipping me to get more business opportunities.

Pros

The full pack of this software service brings all resources that we need to manage almost all kinds of information to our personal and professional life. From math and statistics to text and design, the office pack includes software for handle os sorts of data. Currently, the features of each software are easy to even let us get started learning by ourselves on a basic level cause' it helps us out with the inboard helping tools. One other great feature is the cloud service for easily managing files online and offline at any time with huge storage for data. The software also provides access to an online video chat service and tools to help business management get fast and secure results.

Cons

One thing I would suggest to get improved is the help center for users to include real-time customer service attendance cause' sometimes one small issue becomes challenging to get solved.

### "Have used Microsoft Office since it rolled out as an option. "

October 24, 2021

4.0

Pros

All the programs included. The ability to use the programs knowing that the programs are always the most current upgrade.

Cons

The only thing i can think of would be for the programs to be able to read other brands programs. For example an excel program can be opened on a MAC, but a MAC spreadsheet does not appear readable by Excel.

### "Microsoft 365 has helped us collaborate easily with a remote team"

February 17, 2021

5.0

Microsoft 365 has helped us collaborate easily and transform digitally across various processes in our business.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is reliable and always online. We have seldom faced an outage and if there was one, it was only for a subset of features.

Cons

### "Having my Documents available online all the time is well worth the cost of the Subscription"

March 15, 2021

5.0

I use Excel and Word daily to organize my thoughts, keep accurate records of financial and other matters, and keep the most recent versions available for printing out. Having other products, such as PowerPoint available when I need it has helped me when clients submit content created in it (I have used client PowerPoint Presentations to generate elements for videos thatI've edited for them).

Pros

I like having all the Microsoft Products in the latest versions available to me whenever I need them.

Cons

There is a an annual fee which I sometimes forget about so when I get charged, although they do notify me, it comes as an unpleasant annual "surprise".

### "Microsoft Office 365 is my document-management center...period."

July 10, 2018

5.0

I don't want to have to use 7 different apps to create a presentation, and I don't want to have to mess around under the hood during the day. Office 365 just works! Combine that with cloud access, and cross-device access, and there is no doubt that Office 365 is the next evolution in office document management

Pros

MS Office has always been kid on the block with the most toys, and Office 365 just continues on with that. If you have a need for a task, Office365 has you covered. My daily workload might consist of opening a Word document to start outlining my thoughts. Excel keeps my numeric facts just that, factual. And once I start to see I need a breakdown of a given scenario, Visio has the tools for me. What I end up with is a nicely wrapped up bucket from which I can create a presentation.

Cons

Microsoft has always had a bad rap, MS Office was no different, and Office 365 no different still. Yet in all of this, Windows and Office still wear the crown. So if you're a sensitive kind, that may be the only Con.

Cons

### "Doing away with time-intensive installations"

October 10, 2022

5.0

Pros

What stands out to me after using Microsoft 365 is the fact that I had done away with time-consuming installations (e.g. remember that time you have to look for installers for MS products like Excel). It's practically revolutionary in the sense that you can use it in any computer with internet access.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to get used to at first but I gather such us always the case with every software you are using for the first time.

### "Microsoft 365 - Best suite of office / productivity applications"

July 1, 2020

5.0

Me and my collaborators are loving the software it fulfills everything that was promised.

Pros

This subscription service will replace Office 365 and bring new applications and features for end users and businesses. One of the new apps is Microsoft Family Safety, which allows subscribers to a subscription to share their location in real time and notifications that warn them when subscribers are leaving home, work, school, or anywhere else. Microsoft Teams is also part of it. It is a communication application in general, with group chat, video calls and file sharing and task lists. In the case of Word, there is an “Editor” mode, which brings much more efficient features than the spell check used in the old versions of Office. The Editor memorizes the most used words, corrects words and phrases. This editor helps to give more understanding to the text. PowerPoint, on the other hand, has a feature that improves presentations with a voice tone monitor and suggestions to improve the lecture. In the case of Excel it has a feature that helps users to organize their personal finances. The app syncs with bank accounts, credit cards, imports transactions and generates data and warnings about changes in fee amounts, among others.

Cons

I have no negative points to highlight. So far everything has worked perfectly. I never had to use their support.

### "Office 365 is the one stop shop of enterprise solution!"

December 28, 2018

5.0

Overall, Office 365 is great because you can use your account to at least 3 or 4 devices. All you need to do is to sign in your work email and password every time it asks you. It is hard to manage if you have a lot of licenses and vendor relationship for each software you have in your firm so for someone who wants it to be orderly, Office 365 is the best one for you!

Pros

What I like about Office 365 is that it is a one stop shop solution for every office need a big or small firm has. It has the Microsoft office products, and you don't need to install it one by one because all you need to do is to access your account at office.com, it also have SharePoint which is like DropBox and Microsoft Team which is like Skype but more professional and is well suited for office communication.

Cons

What I least like about the software is the pricing because it is very expensive per user, but that is fine since the services they offer is perfect and everything a start up or a large firm's starting software are already embedded in it.

### "Innovative Subscription"

January 14, 2021

5.0

It's a matter of weighing the newest tech versus settling for whatever purchase you've made for a standard version. For me, the subscription makes a lot of sense since I like to stay up to date.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is a great way to stay updated on the newest features in the newest versions of what Microsoft Office has to offer. I love being able to subscribe to this, rather than paying for a brand new version every time one is released.

Cons

The only negative part to subscribing takes effect if you would rather stick to a one-time purchase that you're okay holding onto. If you're okay settling with an outdated version while the new ones are released, it defeats the purpose of the subscription.
