### "Excellent cloud productivity suite"

January 5, 2021

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been excellent

Pros

Microsoft 365 has all of the features any SME or enterprise needs for productivity, security and management.

Cons

Microsoft 365 can sometimes be seen as expensive, but when features are correctly described, the benefit outways the cost

### "Next (mandatory) stop for Microsoft users is not so bad"

September 14, 2020

5.0

O365 provides users the usual suite of Office applications in a new package that allows integrations between apps using MS Flow and centralized cloud storage thru MS OneDrive.

Pros

Office 365 is Microsoft's offering in the new marketplace standard of subscription-based products--gone are the days of buying indefinite licenses to the Office suite of tools. Bringing with it a host of new ways to integrate Office's apps, O365 is ambitious in its functionality while remaining reminiscent of how Microsoft pushed users from legacy Windows versions to Windows 10.

Cons

Many of the same issues users experienced with Office 2013 will unfortunately continue to haunt them in O365, namely integration issues between apps and authentication issues when a corporate network or VPN is involved.

### "platform assessment"

August 31, 2023

4.0

It is a super product but the only bad thing is that sometimes the licenses are very expensive but if I have access to the worldwide level of the tools and from any platform, I have access to it.

Pros

I can access on any mobile device and be able to edit my files or review them. Anywhere in the world I can use it

Cons

When working online, it is difficult to update the document and it loads super slow when you are updating it.

### "Very helpful"

February 9, 2021

5.0

I have used it successfully for the past few years. I have always used Microsoft products so this was an easy decision.

Pros

I love the ease of use for this product. It is extremely easy to save your files to your Onedrive and quickly bring it up when you want to use them.

Cons

I think the price can be a little pricey. It is not terribly expensive, but when you compare this product with the Google Suite which is free, that aspect stands out.

### "Easy to use filing system"

May 6, 2019

5.0

There are so many different helpful features that I will never even be able to use. Occasionally, someone will begin working with a different app in 365 and it will be of significant benefit for others in the organization to begin using that feature. It is nice that as we grow and change that we can explore different aspects of 365 to meet our needs. It is pretty straightforward to use in specific ways after someone shows you how.

Pros

I love the fact that I can complete a document or an experiment on any equipment computer at any time and then just upload it to Office 365 to be able to access it anywhere. It greatly assists in my ability to collaborate and to find files from several years ago. This also is great because then any of my colleagues are able to also view the uploaded files and to share their data in a convenient location as well. Another unintended outcome of using this to store files is that it allows me to change my current computer quickly and easily.

Cons

I am not sure if it is because of the version that I am using or how I am using the software, but it would be very easy for someone to delete a file off of our storage and for us to never notice that it was gone. So, I believe that more tractability would be a great benefit to me.

### "Reliability at its finest"

February 7, 2021

5.0

Other than its busy interface, Microsoft 365 has been a lifesaver, at least for me. It is easily accessible and it is so universal it could serve you, in some level, even better than the MS Office Outlook installed in your PC/laptop.

Pros

It maybe an exaggeration on my end, but Microsoft 365 online storage has saved me from potential mishaps. Particularly when our IT accidentally deletes a huge chunk of my emails from a certain period of time in MS Office Outlook. Everything is stored and accessible in the MS 365.

Cons

I just wish its interface is as user-friendly as the MS Office Outlook installed in my laptop. There's just so much going on and the settings can get you lost especially if you don't always use it.

### "Impossible to override"

October 12, 2020

5.0

I only use this program to work and share the work with others. You can do collaborative work thousands of miles away, it doesn't bother you in the least. It's the same functionality. Maybe not as powerful as the drive itself, but it is the reference in terms of office software.

Pros

I got used to working with it. Since my high school years, of course with the advanced version. On the professional side, I think we work more on Office than other similar licenses.

Cons

I find the software interesting, but when I see other similar products offered for free, I look for it, but for the moment I haven't found out what makes you still have to pay for it. I would have expected a price decrease since the arrival of the competition.

### "Microsoft 365 - Don't run your business without it"

February 19, 2021

5.0

Amazing product. Great customer support. Unlimited space. What's not to like?

Pros

Microsoft365 is the smart way to work. Making the tools you need to get your job done more simply, effectively, and securely. Office 365 includes the full, installed versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. All of your files are automatically backed up in the cloud and you can access your files from any computer with an internet connection.

Cons

Much cheaper when you buy family plan. This means it is favorable and geared towards companies more than solopreneurs.

### "Office 365 review"

April 12, 2019

5.0

Overall, my experience has been good. I have had Office 365 for years now and have not encountered any issues with the apps themselves.

Pros

I like that Office gives many different applications such as Word, Notebook, Webmail, and Xcel and has plenty of data that you can store on each of those in the Cloud if you choose to. I also think that each of the applications are very user friendly and when there is an update, it is easy to navigate.

Cons

I dislike that you have to now purchase a subscription if you wish to keep using it. It is frequent that it is offered through different institutions, so it is not often a big deal, but if you are purchasing it separate it can become expensive fast. It also doesn't translate to online applications such as google docs because the formatting will get messed up.

### "Microsoft 365 is a must have"

October 30, 2023

Incredible. I will always advocate for Microsoft 365 because of the ease of use and ease of management and administration.

Pros

Outlook, Excel, Teams and OneDrive are absolutely vital and easy to use and manage. Can’t imagine supporting any other office software. I

Cons

Wish it had the option to log in as a user for administrators. It would help to resolve a lot of issues and help manage.

### "Microsoft 365 "

Very good.

Pros

Microsoft Office Suite is what our organization has always used, so it was quite seamless to transition to 365.

Cons

There are times when an updated document is not accessible for a period of time for other users.

Reason for choosing Microsoft 365

Recommendation by our IT person. Already familiar with office Suite.

Cons

### "All you need in one platform"

November 17, 2020

5.0

Overall it is great! I love that anyone in the organization can collaborate on Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint online, similar to Google docs, slides, and sheets.

Pros

All the Microsoft products you need in one platform. This is huge for businesses to save money with Microsoft 365 for business to roll out these important products across the organization. Users can use all the products they need at a fraction of the cost as it would cost for organizations to get each user all products separately.

Cons

Setting up outlook on a mac can be somewhat of a tedious process, but once it is set up, you should be good to go. So just one time installation issues, but once solved it is smooth sailing.

### "Office 365 is the best option period"

October 29, 2021

5.0

Pros

The price is very accesible for all the features provided, easy deployment, document collaboration works amazing. Integration with onedrive in windows is very powerful

Cons

Integration with onedrive in MacOs is not the best, managing large quantities of files gives some errors from time to time, a lot regarding the file name. An option for linux is still missing... why?

### "Features Abound; Innovation Lacking"

March 2, 2021

5.0

Since most of our users were comfortable with the Office environment and workflow, it made sense to move our work to the cloud with M365 instead of trying to integrate new, more innovative, collaboration tools.

Pros

Microsoft 365 takes the Windows and Office products most users know well and translates them to to the cloud. This cloud based approach adds some administrative features that are powerful, but sometimes clunky.

Cons

Roll-out proved difficult, as existing licenses for some Microsoft products do not correspond to licenses to use Microsoft 365, and applying upgrades to current installs of Windows was needlessly tedious.

### "Office in the cloud"

September 28, 2021

4.0

Overall I think the tradeoffs of having a perpetual ongoing cost vs a set license stuck at a certain version makes M365 worth it.

Pros

This subscriptions offers the whole suite of programs to get your work done. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I love that I can use the cloud versions when on the go and the desktop variant when I'm at home base.

Cons

Some of the programs available in the suite could use some more work and explanation of there function.

### "Office 365, final word for office productivity tools."

February 17, 2019

4.0

in overall office 365 is the future, it gives more security and anywhere access, modern business looking for these options all the time. it’s easier for administration.

Pros

The key advantage than using a desktop-based version is, access data anywhere any time. keeping multiple copies, so data resiliency is better than older generation versions. office productivity will increase since all office products are using with same account and we can share information across these applications. link with share point will provide more security and flexibility for data.

Cons

it might be an issue of user, since they use office products for such a long time, it’s hard them to adopt changes in web version. it will be better if they can use same keyboard shortcuts in web browsers so they don’t feel much difference.

No meu uso diário as ferramentas providenciadas pelo microsoft 365, facilitam e ajudam no funcionamento e fluidez da informação na minha empresa.

Cons

### "This is literally the best thing Microsoft has done in the last 10 years!"

February 8, 2018

5.0

Pros

Cloud based Office Apps is the best. If I have an issue, I can contact support...like having my own IT Help Desk for a very inexpensive monthly subscription. What's even better. They keep integrating and adding new tools and services for free AND they upgrade continuously. Way better than on-premise, out-of-date software model in the old days! I love for one price I get the Office Suite+ SharePoint+Skype+Teams+etc!

Cons

The Admin Control Panel is not as user friendly as it could be. It's a bit dated. Some of the services overlap and can be confusing like Teams, Yammer, SP. Similar functionality in a # of areas, but technically different. I think some features that are really useful could be easier to use/setup like Public Folders and Shared Inboxes in Outlook.

### "Office 365 , for the Daily Worker"

December 5, 2019

5.0

We do alot of work utilizing microsoft office. 365 has also integrated the older Skydrive (Now Onedrive) and made life easy for saving directly to the cloud, and not needing to remember to save in a special location.

Pros

Office 365 is one of the most ingenuous things microsoft has ever invented. having all of the apps for Microsoft office in one package, and online too, makes it super simple to modify docs on Computers, tablets, and phones. the new Ui is super nice and fluid, and makes everything come together nicely for long time, and novice users.

Cons

I have no complaints regarding, the only mention i can make is the subscription costs vs standard ownership are a bit more than prior years versions, but the ease of upgrades due to the "Always the latest Version" mindset microsoft has, saves money over time.

### "Complete Productivity Program"

October 10, 2020

I have Microsoft 365 on all my computers. I used it almost everyday.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is a complete productivity program. You get to install on up to 5 computers (Windows or Apple). You get cloud storage and and all the products you need to be successful in the office.

Cons

This is a subscription service. You do not own the software and much keep paying to use. This isn't a big negative.
