I’ve been using Microsoft 365 for a couple of years, and the real win is the Teams integration with Planner. I can pull a project plan into a meeting chat, assign tasks, and see progress live while we discuss. It keeps everyone on the same page without switching apps.

Pros

The real-time co-authoring in Word and Excel makes sprint planning docs update instantly, saving us a half-hour each day. The Teams integration for quick calls feels natural and keeps context in one place, pretty solid.

Cons

The licensing cost feels high for a small team; the admin console is a bit cluttered and the help centre is slow to load. Also the new update added a weird delay when saving large files, kind of annoying.

For a company our size with multiple departments needing coordination, this platform handles the daily chaos of executive support work. The cost makes sense when you calculate how much time you save not chasing people down for calendar conflicts or losing document versions. I'd recommend it to any admin team managing cross-departmental workflows.

Pros

Managing schedules for seven executives used to mean endless email chains confirming meeting times. Outlook's shared calendar view lets me see everyone's availability at once, book conference rooms through Teams integration, and send invites that actually sync properly. OneDrive means I can access board meeting minutes from my phone when executives call asking for last quarter's numbers during their commute.

Cons

SharePoint permissions get messy when you're coordinating between departments, I've had to walk three managers through access requests this month alone. The search function in Outlook occasionally misses attachments I know exist, which wastes time when you're trying to dig up a vendor contract from six months ago.

I use it every day for communication, document management, meetings, file sharing, and working with spreadsheets. Having Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, and Word integrated into the same environment makes it much easier to manage my day-to-day work. The ability to collaborate on documents and access files from different devices is particularly useful.

Pros

Microsoft 365 brings many of the tools I use every day into one platform. Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, and Word all work well together, making it easy to communicate with clients and coworkers, manage documents, collaborate on files, and stay organized. Being able to access files and work across different devices is also very convenient.

Cons

There are so many different features and applications that it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when trying to find where a particular file or function is located.

Pros

This is a suite that I find particularly useful for everyday work, as it brings together several tools we need in one solution. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive make communication, document sharing and collaboration between teams easier.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Microsoft 365 is the integration between the different tools. Outlook makes communication easier, Teams helps with communication within teams, and OneDrive makes document sharing simple. For a consulting company with several people working on different projects, having everything in one place helps reduce unnecessary tasks and makes it easier to find the information we need.

Cons

The number of apps and features available can sometimes make everything a little difficult to manage. Managing subscriptions and licences

Pros

Vielfältige Funktionen, alles übersichtlich gestaltet und einheitlich. Viele Funktionen. Direkt in die Mails übertragbar.

Cons

Microsoft 365 makes our office run much smoother. Between Teams communication, Excel spreadsheet, office to office communication, Sharepoint, OneDrive..we use it all! It keeps our office organized and everyone on the same page.

Pros

Microsoft 365 allows document creation, wide spread team communication, great file storage, spreadsheets all in one easy to access location! One of my favorite capabilities is Copilot!

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about Microsoft 365. It makes my life easier on a daily basis! If I had to choose a con it would be having to pay a monthly subscription, but even that is very competitive pricing.

Relatively stable especially for Microsoft products. If there is an issue it is probably with a plugin.

Pros

Solid set of apps for business use. Most companies could not get by without this business-standard suite.

Cons

Interface can be complicated. Microsoft keeps changing the name which gets super annoying. Just call it Office please.
