Overall, Microsoft 365 is an incredibly capable productivity suite that offers virtually every tool a business could need. However, that depth comes with a tradeoff.

Pros

Microsoft 365 includes a comprehensive set of applications that cover just about every business need. The integration between tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive is a major strength.

Cons

Many parts of Microsoft 365 feel more complicated than they need to be. The interface can be inconsistent between applications, and some areas still show their age from a UI perspective. The sheer number of features and settings can also make simple tasks harder to find and accomplish than they should be.

Overall, I enjoy using Microsoft 365 as it has many tools and integration between them all. General use of the tools are relatively straight forward, you can use it simply or as complex as you want. It allows for a lot of customization in terms of work. Even though there are many features to help different needs and wants, it can be overwhelming to new users to go through and learn them.

Pros

Microsoft 365 has been a solid solution for both work and personal use. What I like most is having everything in one place whether it is email, file storage, document creation, and/or collaboration tools. Outlook makes managing emails and calendars incredibly easy and customizable, while OneDrive simplifies file sharing and access across devices. The integration between Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint helps keep work organized and makes document management much more efficient. It also does a good job handling images and videos through cloud storage and syncing. There is a bit of a learning curve because of how many features are available. That said, customer support and online resources are pretty helpful when issues come up. Overall, Microsoft 365 offers great value for money and has always been an essential part of my daily workflow.

Cons

Subscription costs can be expensive as well as the features being too overwhelming for new users. I still don't use all the features available but having so many features also makes it very customizable to different needs/business needs.

My overall experience has been pretty good I use it daily for multiple things as well as using it for storage.

Pros

I like that I can manage my documents photos and videos all in one place as well as being able to file share with whoever I need to.

Cons

I don't like that there is only so much space to store things before you have to pay monthly as well as email management is not that great.

Overall, I use Microsoft 365 daily, and I know most of my colleagues do as well. It is jam packed with functionality. Although there is a learning curve with the resources, once you learn to navigate, it really can assist with just about any project or need.

Pros

We use Microsoft 365 across our organization and find the full suite of products integral to our daily business. The centralized access to all products makes it easy to navigate between Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint, etc., all from one screen. I am easily able to move between platforms and export whatever I am working in. Each resource within 365 has significant use and a lot of functionality packed into it.

Cons

Microsoft is not the cheapest option out there, and it can be complicated to learn because of all of the features.

Overall, our experience with MS365 has been very positive. It has transformed communication internally for us, with the day-to-day running of the non-profit organisation, particularly amongst Board members and long-term volunteers. We learned fairly quickly that like most enterprise platforms, you need to manage it properly, have the right IT people on-hand for older members, and with that complexity, unnecessary costs can creep in.

Pros

The biggest advantage for us is that MS 365 gives us access to enterprise-level tools and infrastructure at charity pricing, while making communication, collaboration and day-to-day running of our organisation (especially amongst the Board members) much easier, because everything works together.

Cons

While the charity pricing is excellent, 365 can become more complex than expected (especially for older members of our Board), and unless carefully managed, smaller charities can end up paying for services they don't fully use while creating extra administration overhead for the more techie volunteers in IT and admin roles.

Good for our smaller Marketing team. While it has its quirks, it's efficient for handling e-mail, collaboration and perhaps the storage of files. The value for money is fairly good, particularly if you consider the toolset all in one. Most of the times in need, customers receive support from the support team, this helps to complete the reliability of the platform within our daily tasks.

Pros

Microsoft 365 has been a key part of how we run our agency. The Outlook-based email management is streamlined and dependable, important when running efforts and communicating with customers. OneDrive allows you to quickly share files, and brand assets for client projects can be stored easily. I also appreciate how Word and Excel work well together for campaign planning and reporting, it all seems to fit together.

Cons

It's hard to manage shared folders in OneDrive, especially if more than one team member needs access to those folders at the same time. Plus, these updates can sometimes disrupt workflows, causing frustration. For image management and video management, it will do the job, but it won't be best practice with high-resolution media files for ads or social posts.

Overall, Microsoft 365 has been a reliable platform for email, file sharing, and day-to-day productivity. It works well for both users and admins, but the admin side could be easier to navigate.

Pros

Microsoft 365 makes it easy to access email, files, Teams, and Office apps from one place. The cloud storage and collaboration tools are very helpful, especially when working across multiple devices.

Cons

Some admin settings can be hard to find, and troubleshooting issues can take longer than expected because there are so many different portals and menus.

Pros

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is all of the apps and everything is accessible online as well as copilot

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft 365 is there is a learning curb for some applications but nothing that is too hard to complete

Pros

An oldie, but a goodie! I love and trust Microsoft 365! It's a fantastic value for what you pay for it! It's incredibly easy to use, the customer support is super fast and friendly. Sharing files and managing everything from images, videos, files, etc is a breeze.

Cons

I think the UI could be a bit more user-friendly. Other than that, I don't have many complaints about Microsoft 365.
