Very positive! Microsoft 365 has everything a business of any size needs. It gives plenty of room to grow and a lot of day to day functions seem impossible without this service

Pros

Microsoft 365 comes with everything a business needs. Having Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook in one bill is amazing. Entra ID makes our IT way easier than requesting a third party software/company to do it.

Cons

Sometimes we have issues with OneDrive and SharePoint for finding files and there are some much needed UI updates. Other then that there are no cons.

[Apple Business Essentials](https://www.capterra.com/p/251804/Apple-Business-Essentials/)

Reasons for choosing Microsoft 365

It was easier to use and easier to communicate to other companies who use the same platforms as us. Apple and Google are too restricting

I work on documents in Word, track changes in Excel and have built up a SharePoint hub site for colleagues to share all of them. I can share for review and they collaborate on documents simultaneously. The whole expereince is seamless.

Pros

The integration accross multiple apps is unbeatable and in my career and education this was always the platform I have used. Having one sign in / account that works for all apps is super.

Cons

Some apps are looking a biit dated and don't work as well as newer ones. a prime example is Visio. I don't like the web based versions of Word, Excel etc becasue the UI is too lightweight vs the app and the functionaliy is weaker.

My overall experience has been positive because Microsoft 365 is mature, reliable and technically very powerful. I can manage documents, email, cloud files and collaboration from the same ecosystem, and compatibility with Office formats is a major advantage. At the same time, I find some parts of the interface less intuitive than I would like, and there is definitely a learning curve when moving between different apps and administration areas. It is a strong product, but the higher price and usability complexity are the main reasons I would rate it 4 out of 5 rather than 5.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is extremely capable and covers almost everything I need for documents, email and team collaboration. Word and Excel are still very strong for more advanced work, while Outlook handles email management well. OneDrive also makes file sharing and document management much easier across devices. I especially like that common Office files can be opened, edited and converted without having to rely on separate tools.

Cons

My main concerns are the pricing and the overall complexity of the experience. There are a lot of features, settings and different apps, but that can also make simple tasks feel more complicated than they need to be. Some menus and account settings take time to understand, and the subscription cost feels high if you do not actively use most of the included services.

It has been positive, I think that you can learn a lot through all its tools as well as to colaborate with multiple teams through them,

Pros

Everything in one single place: Documents, conferences, applications, email, calendar. Best platform for companies.

Cons

Access it's complicated if you try to join from a corporative account, sometimes it gets too restrictive.

My overall experience with Microsoft 365 was good. I thought it was easy to use. I really didn't have any complaints.

Pros

I really liked the easy of use and accessibility. I really thought it was very easy to use, I'm happy with it.

Cons

My first big complaint is the price, it's quiet pricey. My second complaint is that it's kind of different to sign up

I've used Microsoft 365 since I was in high school, through college, through grad school, and now at my organization. Co-pilot has been a game changer as well.

Pros

The features and the functionality. It hooks into Microsoft Teams, calendar management, etc. All the features needed for an HR department.

Cons

Nothing that I like least about it. I use these products every day and have for many years. Nothing bad to note.

Pros

I love products that all seamlessly connect and talk to each out and Microsoft 365 is one of those products. One drive for file sharing and accessing documents is one of the best around. I love that I can access it directly from my desktop application and save everything online in the cloud.

Cons

Some microsoft products do take some time to learn and get used to especially coming from Google products.

My overall experience has been highly positive as it serves as the backbone for my daily document management and communications. It offers unmatched feature depth and reliability for both personal and professional tasks, making the subscription cost well worth it for the sheer utility provided.

Pros

The cloud synchronization across all devices is completely seamless. Having Word, Excel, and OneDrive connected means I can switch from my phone to my laptop without losing any progress or worrying about saving files manually.

Cons

The interface can feel quite bloated and heavy, which occasionally causes slowdowns on older hardware. The subscription model also adds up over time compared to one-time purchase alternatives.
