Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been excellent. It provides a complete suite of tools that support communication, collaboration, document creation, and file management in one ecosystem. The applications are dependable, easy to use, and integrate seamlessly with one another, making day-to-day work more efficient. It's a valuable solution for businesses of all sizes and continues to improve with regular updates and new features.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly it brings everything together in one platform. The integration between Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and other applications makes collaboration and document management simple and efficient. It's reliable, easy to use, and accessible from virtually anywhere, allowing our team to stay productive whether we're in the office or working remotely. The regular updates and cloud-based features also help keep everything secure and up to date.

Cons

One downside of Microsoft 365 is that some features and settings can be difficult to find because they are spread across multiple apps and admin portals. Occasional updates may also change the interface or move features, requiring users to adjust. Additionally, syncing issues with OneDrive or SharePoint can happen from time to time, though they are usually resolved quickly.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive, with the suite's robust tools and seamless integration making it an essential part of my daily workflow. While there have been some minor hiccups, I've found the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, earning it a solid 4-star rating from me.

Pros

We've found Microsoft 365 pretty solid for our team's daily tasks. The integration with Office apps is seamless, and we've been able to collaborate more efficiently. It's taken some time to get used to, but overall it's worked well enough.

Cons

One thing we've found a bit annoying is the occasional glitch with the online version of Excel. It's not a huge deal, but it's happened enough to be noticeable. We've also struggled with the learning curve for some of the more advanced features.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been positive. I like being able to have all my spreadsheets and documents in the same place. It is easy to use and share files between other people by adding their email.

Cons

I don't like the price. I wish you could buy it one time and not have to pay for a subscription. Most everything is pretty good though.

I use Microsoft 365 every day at work and I could not do my job without it. I have had a very positive experience with it overall.

Pros

Microsoft 365 has all of the office tools I need for my job. I am an Internal Auditor and I use Excel and Word daily. Microsoft 365 allows me to share documents and files with others and we can track changes for easy collaboration. My company also uses Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, which allows for easy communication by email and instant message and easy file sharing and storage.

Cons

Meetings set up in Outlook are supposed to default to being Teams meetings. However, there has been a glitch a couple of times lately where I am unable to set up Teams meetings directly from Outlook. However, I’m not sure if this is an issue with Outlook itself or settings that my company has put into effect that lead to the glitch.

Pros

Microsoft is great. I like that you have access to different programs like excel, word, powerpoint and etc.

Cons

One thing I dislike about microsoft is paying for the bundle when I only use certain softwares. It would be nice to pick and create your own bundle.

I have decades of experience with MSFT 365 and the original Excel, Word, etc. But, it is better in the sense that you can access your files from any computer with an internet connection, so that is better.

Pros

I like the 1TB of backup space that it provides, that is pretty generous. And the ability to access my Excel and Word projects online, from any computer, makes is very easy to use

Cons

Old school we could outright purchase the software and own it for life...with the monthly subscription, well, you have to pay forever...sort of a put-off.

Pros

Pros

We love that it gives us access to Microsoft Word and Excel which we use for our business for receipts and spreadsheets for recievables.

Cons

The only con I can see with Microsoft 365 is the pricing can be quite expensive and is a yearly fee rather than a one time fee.
