Pros Microsoft 365 provides a needed service under a brand so many of us associate with quality. It is easy to use for file sharing, email management, document management, file conversion, and so many of the other basic functions a small business needs to operate on the day-to-day. If you're like me and need a software to keep your files safe and accessible, this could be a viable option. Cons For me, Microsoft 365 just didn't provide the value for the money I'm looking for as a provider in solo private practice. It is a fabulous service, but when there are equally reliable services that are reputable and can be HIPAA compliant, choosing a lower priced competitor was a no brainer. In short it's an excellent product, and if you have a higher overhead or slightly different usecase, it might be the perfect solution for you. Apps like Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook all work together and save to the cloud, so you can get to your files from anywhere. Cons Microsoft 365 can feel like there are a lot of apps and features, which can be overwhelming at first. Pros Constant need to be online is just a trick to get more money for little service. Crashes often at multiple platforms, files dissappearing in compability modes, etc. Little point to support this over-priced not working piece of software. Cons I cannot say i found anything to be liked. All aspects are faulty most of the time. Security also is deceiving.
