I also found this to be insanely helpful even though it’s a little simple. When working in healthcare there are just too many tasks to keep straight and remember especially when you work in management and healthcare. The app helps tremendously with productivity, and is something everyone should try to incorporate into their time-management practices. Pros One of my favorite things about the app is the ability to create lists (which can be customized cosmetically with backgrounds and color themes) that can be grouped by topic, or any other factor the user may want to assign. Cons Really the software is fantastic, and my only real issue is with Microsoft's lack of promotion. I can't escape hearing about Microsoft Teams, but for some reason this software is like a closely guarded secret. I mainly like the option to add custom lists and the accuracy of reminders. Pros The interface of the software is clean and light. The reminder scheduling is very accurate and hardly misses notifying the user about them. The widget provided is also practical and useful. Cons The "Add to my day" feature only provides an option to add tasks to today. If a feature can be provided wherein we can add to the upcoming day (tomorrow) the tasks then it will be great. It's a great way to keep track of all of my tasks and to-dos, and I find the interface and features to be very helpful and convenient. Pros Microsoft To Do is an incredibly helpful and efficient tool for organizing tasks. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and the various features allow for an incredibly comprehensive to do list. I'm especially impressed with the ability to set reminders and add notes and attachments to individual tasks. Cons Microsoft To Do can be a bit slow at times and can be glitchy. Additionally, the free version is quite limited and some of the more advanced features are only available with the premium version. Pros This is HANDS DOWN the app I use to run my life. I can simply manage tasks for both business and personal and not have them intertwine. I can set deadlines, attach files, add notes, add other people...the list goes on (no pun intended). I was not good at keeping to-do lists until I found Wunderlist. Somehow it made it less intimidating and it is such a clean and organized layout, not to mention I can integrate it with my Outlook and have it sync to my phone or whatever device I am using, as well as have it as a chrome extension. Cons Literally nothing. I am obsessed with this software and I recommend it to everyone. I am actually back in school now furthering my education and I recommend it to all of my classmates who are having trouble with time management and organization. To Do helped me be focused. Pros First of all, it is free. Users should only have a school or business Microsoft account. I like the flexibility, it has web, desktop, and mobile versions. Lists can be synchronized through all devices. It is integrated with Outlook. I can mark the important tasks by a star, set the recurring tasks. I can divide the tasks into steps, add files, due dates, and reminders to get the work done on time. To Do support collaboration, lists can be shared between team members either via email or an invitation link to keep track of tasks. I can flag emails in Outlook and set them as tasks in To Do. I can create tags for tasks to make it easy to find all lists using them. Finally, I like my day view that reminds me of the tasks that due today. Cons Lacks some customizations, like filtering and labeling. I can't add a time when setting a due date for a task. I can't set the priority for the tasks or add more details to the steps. Doesn't provide a view only mode for the shared lists. You won't be able to see shared lists without having a Microsoft account. It is not integrated with OneNote. Review Source Tom C. It is a amazing experience, keeping all yur to dos, having reminders and a perfect synchonization between all the devices. Pros The software is amazing to keep task organized. The ability to set reminders and due dates is one of the reasons why I am using it. You can upload files or even chat in the task. It is always sinchronized so you can access to your infomation from any device at any time. I also like how can I share so easily the tasks and assign to other people Cons What I would prefer is to have a better log of the completed tasks. For example to keep the dates the tasks were completed instead of going to the bottom with no records. That way I dont need to use a third party to keep log of when are the task being completed. Pros Microsoft to do comes with a clean and minimalistic user interface. It has widgets that are very helpful. The todos are directly backed up to your drive account so that they can be accessed anywhere and anytime easily on any device. Cons The only thing that i dislike about this is that the widgets are not customisable. It is not a complete and complex tool, however, it will take some time to understand how it works, especially if it is integrated with other Microsoft tools. Pros The tool absorbed a lot from the planner and other market tools. If you have a Microsoft account, it is the best "free" tool that you can use to order tasks for your team. Cons The tool needs to improve the accesses and the look. It takes a while to understand how the demands work, which, when completed, disappear and we have to access it elsewhere to see it. Finding this piece of software was a huge life-saver for my family. Pros Wunderlist is a HUGE component of my life now. Love that you can make a list for almost anything you need and that you can share it. My husband and I share several lists that help us to know what all we need when we go to a specific store, lists reminding us about projects that need to get completed, gift ideas for the holidays...you name it, it can be created! Life is busy and when we're on the go, opening our app to make a quick addition ensures that we won't forget that item or project down the road. Cons There are not many cons about this software. I do use this app heavily for our grocery and home shopping and instead of having to put in "milk" every time, while not time consuming, can be annoying. Insomma, tutta una serie di personalizzazioni che lo rendono un ottimo software per to-do list ma anche per raccogliere appunti su internet da rielaborare poi in un secondo momento. I've been using it off and on over the past year with my surface pro 7 and it works best for me to keep me organized for both work and school. As a student, it is very easy to use the app to organize what I need to do for my online classes and what I need to do for work to maintain a better balance. This app keeps me on track. Pros I like the ability to categorize my lists. I am a Resident Assistant on my campus so it is important that I stay organized and I do that using multiple lists at a given time. I also like that the app is compatible with my phone. It sends notifications when I may have forgotten one of my tasks. Cons I like mostly everything about the app except for how it comes with previously defined lists for the user for example; it comes with an important list and a planned list. I understand that you can customize what you see on the desktop app, but on my phone, it is slightly more difficult. Pros This is my favorite to-do list app. I use it on both Android and iOS and it's easy to use on both. The interface is clean but complete, and you have all the functionalities you need to create and edit items in a list. You can also set reminders, share lists with others, assign items to people, and add extra notes within a list which I've always found useful. Syncing the content between the app and desktop is instantaneous, never had a problem or delay with it. You can always manually tell it to sync if something hasn't appeared on the other medium yet. There are a few personalization options like choosing a different background image from a small library. Overall it's a straightforward app to keep your lists in order with all the essentials and then some. Cons \- After ordering a list A-Z, items I create go to the bottom of the list and stay there which means I have to order the list from A-Z every time I add a new item to the list. - On mobile, I'm in a list and minimize it to switch apps, but when I switch back the app shows me the "inbox" list. This happens every time and shouldn't be too hard to fix. It's very annoying having to keep going in and out of lists and not being able to switch apps to not lose my place. - Being able to upload a new background image would be a "nice to have". Pros This product is easy to use, but the best feature is the ability to share lists. I use this program at work to manage projects, but I mainly use it at home to manage my children. I can set up a task, assign it to one of my 3 kids, and it will appear in their own device as something they need to get done before I get home from work. OR ELSE... And just like that, no excuses about who was responsible for the job, no question about what the job was. Black and white, right there on their devices.
