February 20, 2020 5.0 Very good UI and is easy to see all your tasks at the same time as well as those assigned to you by different people. Pros Each team member manages their tasks in Wunderlist. Offers reminders and attachments for each note. It allows assigning tasks to any team member. Cons I think Microsoft purchased this company so at some point it might be discontinued but should live on in one of Microsoft's own apps. Pros It does the whole to do list / task list really well, but the thing that I like is that you can easily share it with other people, which is great when you are working on a project, or just sharing a shopping list. Adding due dates to individual tasks is also a handy feature, and something I like being able to use when needed. Files can easily be added from your computer or via DropBox, or a voice note can be made as well. Cons The only thing I don't like is that the company was brought out by Microsoft, and well I'm sure they will break a winning thing at some point, they already mention their own product now on the main website for Wunderlist. Just exactly what I needed. Pros It is easy to use. It is fast as well. It is well organized and it makes sense with how I like to organize my lists and to dos. I really like the ease of syncing between devices. If you need to snooze or reschedule something it is easy to do as it is a built in feature. The android widget for adding new items is fast and super easy. You can add items to tasks if they require multiple steps. Cons That microsoft purchased it. Cons I wish that this software had a more visually pleasing appearance or options to customize the colors/theme. Presumably, other people who like to make to do lists would feel the same way about this feature. Writing a list and marking it off with pen and paper is fine, but it gets messy and disorganized, and if you misplace that paper, good luck. This app makes it so easy to make lists of tasks and reminders so easily throughout the day. You can also mark off what you have done, and put it into a completed list or just get rid of it. Pros It's mostly free to use, easily syncs with your Outlook app, has a very simple and friendly to use UI, and has integration with Alexa, which I like a lot. Cons Sharing tasks can become a little difficult, plus there are no reporting tools available. Also entering dates and times on the fly can be a little difficult. Reason for choosing Microsoft To Do We did had a look at Trello, but because of the integration with Office 365, Microsoft To Do is a no brainer.
