March 4, 2019 5.0 Wunderlust keeps my entire schedule, lists, and projects all in one place and I can access it from basically anywhere. My experience with Wunderlust has been exceptional thus far and I can only see it getting better! Pros Wunderlust makes it so easy for me to keep my busy life on schedule and organized. Pros It is quick and easy to assign tasks and build a structure for deadlines but the best feature is being able to link flagged emails straight into a to do list. Cons It is quite easy to clear tasks when they haven't been completed so need to be careful not to miss tasks. This was the solution. It's simple and bare bones, and does the trick for my needs. Pros As a free, cloud based, app Microsoft To Do is a user friendly solution for scheduling and task management . August 15, 2017 3.0 It is free software for checking off list items that are shared across a larger team. Helps cut down interruptions to check on a project status. Pros While we don't use Wunderlist for all projects, this is used for sharing project checklists across an entire team. Often used when we have as many as 5 people working on a same project. Used to avoid interruptions of asking the team what the status is, what parts of the project people have worked on, and reiterating the same information over and over again. It works great in the basic sense of a check list that is updated on the OS of the workstations in real time. Cons I feel that the software is a bit limited for the scope that we would like. For other projects we find ourselves using Slack because we can share files across it for specific tasks. Other communication software is needed in conjunction with Wunderlist, and at that point, we sometimes ditch Wunderlist and just use another software when appropriate. Review Source Ian F. We have many little tasks that must be completed and it is easy to accidentally double up or forget to restock. Wunderlist helps with both problems. Pros Wunderlist does a great job of making list sharing easy and instant. Cons I have never had a problem with Wunderlist. Pros This is a great way to forward my e-mails to me@wunderlist.com and creat tasks in my "inbox" to work later. I can include my team on projects and assign tasks. Project lists are printable so I can report progress. Cons Set up for multiple teams can be trying. I'd love a different view other than list view. Pros Wunderlist is a great mobile and desktop app that makes my life so much easier. I can quickly add to do lists and sort them various ways. Having the flexibility of using it on my desktop or mobile and it be updated in real time is great as well. Cons I wish you could share a single to do list with another person. Pros I think that this product really is a great way to organize multiple tasks that you must complete for school and work, and I like how it can be used across technological devices, i.e. computer and phone.
