When my current shopping cart vendor announced they would be shutting down their product, I found MCE and talked to the sales person. I was under a short time line and they were very good about helping me 'how' I needed to be helped. Joe M, answered my email questions in the evenings which helped me get all of my products in before the deadline. I have a background in IT management and software development which may be why I found the self help system not much help. I found the explanations basic and not very helpful to my questions. Enjoyed working with staff as customer service with everyone I came into contact with was over the top. Was so exciting to see very professional software/website on my small company budget. They were able to quickly customize my site and I knew in the event things went through the roof the site could handle the traffic. There are so many back end features and reports that it took me a little while to understand but in every case I requested something, if it wasn't there they said they could do it. Bottom line I felt like we were in it together as my company and business grew so did theirs. I don't always feel that way working with other companies.

Since starting with Configio their training has been excellent. Every step of the way they have been helpful in getting me started using the LMS. Every time I have called or emailed Joe in Tech Support he has been very helpful and always answered my questions or helped me figure out how to do what I wanted to do. Even when he was on vacation and I called Tech support they were helpful and able to solve my problems. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for a Learning Management System - the customer support is excellent!!!!

I currently use the platform as an ECommerce along with Shipping & Fulfilment and I haven't even scratched the surfice. From a manufacturer and reseller perspective, its allows me to manage my inventory, shipping and revenue very easily. Creating brand new product is easy, but even easier with the cloning feature. The thing I love the most is, email marketing is connected directly to my existing accounts. I don't need to import and export lists into a third party platform. This goes the same for the CRM. It is all here!

Our use of Event Manager started with Customer Support Ticket management, Customer Relationship Manager and E-Commerce Sales at our dealership but quickly grew into Learning Management and Member Management. We use Event Manager for all our internal corporate education and certifications and now we sell our training online too across the country. Very simple to learn, easy to author content, very comprehensive features and fully integrated. I would encourage you to speak with them directly. Best Ever!

My Custom Event has been BY FAR the best we've used. It has been completely customized to our needs, including unique features that make the registration process easy for parents and hugely time-saving for our staff, with prompt and competent customer service. I had no hesitation to re-up our contract with My Custom Event. I recommend them highly.

Customer service was amazing. Staff made themselves available whenever they could to assist and answer questions. They set up our event page for us and walked me through the process for future use. Whenever I had a question, they had a quick answer and Ifelt very comfortable with the process and communication. I have used for 4 years and the features keep growing in depth and ease of use. They are constantly creating new modules and improvements all the time. Customer Service is great! Always available and they help you learn how to use the software to it's fullest potential. Very creative and willing to add any feature you need. Overall great product, good value and ease of use for registration, crm, and overall excellent management tool.

We were early adopters of the MCE Software and it has been a great experience for us. We use it was a store front as well as a competition management system and it has worked out great. I don't like camping out in front of software having to learn, re-learn, and MCE is fast and intuitive allow me to set things up quickly and manage changes on the fly. The team at MCE is awesome, super responsive, and always there to help.

My custom event has been a blessing for what I use it for, I use mostly sell a few things and use it for registering shooters for shooting events. There are so many options it is unreal, but yet easy to navigate. Bill Bland has been very helpful with all my concerns or questions. He is so knowledgeable about everything the company offers. If you are looking for a website look no further, it will meet all your needs!

The software is flexible to accommodate and automate our major requirements Cons: 1) We have used a different software package for many years so switching to a new software can be overwhelming and time consuming. Part of our challenge will be learn how to best maximize the new product and ensure we are fully utilizing it.

Tech support will walk you through with anything you might not understand. If you are familiar with digital marketing and software like this, then it could be easy to learn. Event Manager has so many integrated features that I need NOW and WANT for the future. Our prior provider allowed for connections via API or export which created too much additional work. This does everything we need in one single application and has reduced our overall system administration. Support is superior too!

I struggle with some reports, but seem to have mastered the email campaign end. Layers and layers for some products can be confusing...my admin seems to have gotten a handle on it. Great customer service ...patient and intuitive, even with last minute "I should have known that" questions.
