It's more effectively for standard business process automation, but starts to fall apart a bit as workflows start to branch out or touch on solutions outside of 365. For simple processes it's very useful and efficient, but may need dedicated tools or knowledge for larger scale automations. **Pros:** Very good at connecting repetitive business tasks across 365 and other business services. It can work quite well for approvals and notifications, and simple uncomplicated process automation. For orgs already embedded within the microsoft ecosystem, the native integration and compatibility provides great synergy between automations; flowing naturally through apps like Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Forms/Excel etc. **Cons:** The complexity scales upwards quite quickly when you try to build more advanced workflows. As they become more advanced more effort is dedicated to building and troubleshooting, and some scenarios can be limited by things like Connectors or licenses.
