I also like the ability to share with colleagues. Pros Easy to use, and keeps all of the notes from my meetings in one place. This allows me to refer back to them when needed. In my role I work with many different teams and it can be a challenge to keep track of meetibg notes for each project. Onenote solved that issue by providing a shareable space for meeting notes. The organization capability is great, and you can take your notes with you across devices. When used to the full capability, it becomes a repository of knowledge. Pros Microsoft OneNote makes taking notes and organizing information simple. The ability to upload files and links directly into the notes is also a great feature. My colleague and I are able to share notes and keep all of our information in one place. Cons OneNote has the ability for multiple people to work on the same page, however it does have a lag. Cons There are certain formatting functions on OneNote that I don't find easy to use and don't love. I am more used to a Microsoft Word format, so the OneNote interface can be an adjustment. I advise all my trainees to utilize OneNote because of how quick and easy it is to use. Pros I love how easy it is to create multiple OneNotes, share it with colleagues, created various tabs, and the various features. Cons I wish the app vs web versions had almost all similar features/functions. App allows me to do simple math calculations in the notes whereas web doesn't have it.
