But for my personal notes/wikis I prefer to use other platforms as Notion, which is more powerful and complete than OneNote. Pros \- Fully integrated with MS Teams. - You can access the data within Teams, or web. - Seamless synchronisation via OneDrive. - Cross-platform. - Collaboration in real-time. Cons \- Search feature doesn't work, at least in our environment. You can try to search typing a word which appears in the "section" or "page" header, and it doesn't find anything. I don't think that is the normal behaviour. - Not too much user-friendly. - Different experience depending on the platform. - Limited export options. - It misses some important features that its competitors have. It's like my virtual binder of notes, with additional benefits like searchability and dictation! Pros The ability to create a number of folders and sections and navigate between them quickly and seamlessly. I was able to create said document, it took longer than I expected but it got doe. after messing around with the program on my own time, while I liked alot of features, I preferred Word. Pros The templates available were amazing and fun to use for various projects. Cons I found it confusing at the start but after a while of playing with features I found I used Word more than OneNote. Very easy to learn and has a lot of features that allow you to get away from keeping any notes on paper, and great search functionality to find what you need. Cons The interface could use a refresh. I wish it was easier to share a page without sharing an entire notebook. If you don't have an organized system, it can quickly turn into sprawl.
