Overall I have had good experiences with OneNote. I would recommend others use it but other note platforms are similar and work just fine.

Pros

I use one note a lot. I take a lot of notes during my day to track what I've done and what i need to do. It is easy to use, manage documents, and collaborate.

Cons

Sometimes the UI gets a little confusing. This only really happened for the first bit I was using it. If you read my other reviews this is a theme so maybe it's just me. Not really many cons besides of this.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. It has helped improve organization and communication within my company. We use it to centralize information, meeting notes, and processes, which makes our workflow more efficient and organized.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft OneNote is how easy it is to organize notes, projects, and ideas in one place. It allows my team to collaborate in real time, share information quickly, and keep everything well-structured. I also like that it syncs automatically across all devices.

Cons

What I like least is that sometimes the synchronization can be a bit slow, especially with large notebooks.

Pros

OneNote can be a great system to keep yourself organized and productive, if you know how to manage it. I really love that you can share your notes/documents with members of your team to collaborate on certain projects!

Cons

There are certain formatting functions on OneNote that I don't find easy to use and don't love. I am more used to a Microsoft Word format, so the OneNote interface can be an adjustment.

Pros

OneNote is an amazing, flexible, well-integrated way to track anything from meeting notes to business concepts to schoolwork.

Cons

OneNote has really grown up over the years and is much more user friendly than it used to be. The main drawback is that its compatibility is limited to MS365, but it really does a great job in that context!

OneNote allows me to remain organized while performing a role with many responsibilities and moving parts. Any important information is in one place and is organized by books and tabs for easy retrieval. The benefits to this program may be very personal based on understanding of how it is designed to function.

Pros

The use of OneNote is one of the main reasons I am able to remain organized and on task during the work day. My role is comprised of many parts (finance, HR, office management, etc.) and OneNote allows me to keep track of daily, monthly, and even yearly tasks. Furthermore, the ability to document How To's in one place but still separate from all of that is essential. OneNote is as important to me as almost any other application on Microsoft Office.

Cons

While I personally find OneNote easy to use and helpful, many employees find it difficult to understand. Many do not see the value in it which I believe is because it is under advertised and explained.

It is nice, and recently I have not used it a lot, but when I used to, I had a great experience and high productivity.

Pros

I like its structure, by providing clear and various separations for the information, including notebooks, sections, and pages. It has a great value for money in the free subscription, and and enable high productivity and team collaboration, through an easy and seamless process of notetaking and text editing.

Cons

It has its own file format for saving the documents, which makes it difficult to adapt when the software is not available, which might cause data loss.

My overall experience has been good and I am happy to use this product regularly. I’m glad it was created.

Pros

It’s easy to use. I’ve not had any problems with Microsoft OneNote and I’ve used it in the work capacity for a few years.

Cons

I can’t say there is a lot that I dislike about it. I think only once I could not locate my file, but I was able to eventually with the support of IT.

Overall very helpful software and you get used to the interface with continued use and practice. It is more beneficial to have my notes stored here and add new notes rather than keeping everything in handwritten notebooks.

Pros

It's a great product and it's like using a digital white board. I can use it for note taking, drawing diagrams and syncing across platforms. I can share notebooks, search for work within them and integrate AI products.

Cons

Sometimes can be slow to sync across devices and performance can be slow with large files. Sometimes has printing issues
