"Not really impressed at all"

**Pros:** The idea is good... execution terrible. Its a real pity I was looking forward to using it, but not likely.

**Cons:** The navigation around the app is very unintuitive, I have only tried 2 documents on the trial and had multiple issues that had to be fixed in the back end by support staff... to be honest it would have been quicker to just capture direct. There's no batch edit, weird constraints... overall unimpressed.

"Streamlining purchase invoice uploads"

**Overall:** Very happy, we use the email address so invoices go straight to autoentry, eliminating scanning and uploading paper invoices

**Pros:** Streamlining purchase invoices onto the accounts system, helping to go paperless and how the software can read the information on the pdf

**Cons:** Sometime the software lags and can take a little while to load
