Pros

It was very easy to learn and user-friendly chat feature was very useful when I am not able to find a solution myself.

Cons

I think invoice session need some improvisation like invoice number that thing otherwise all are good

Pros

The software is sophisticated and "open", means you can configure it as your company needs. Using a MS. SQL is the best choice to store and process data accurately.

Cons

It requires training to master the software. It is an enterprise ERP application, so, budget consuming as well for Small Medium Business.
