Makes our daily responsibilities easier. Pros It is a very easy to use program that helps keep a strong inventory and also AP/AR records. It is very easy to produce and send invoices Cons Global changes are hard to make so making a change in one module might not help for another. Also very date dependent. Review Source PG Paul G. Little to no support from customer service (usually just told to look in the knowledge base). At one point we stated to pay for outside help. There are much better options out there. Pros We used the contractor version of Sage 100. It was a nice all in one solution with everything in one place. Invoicing was pretty simple for our accounting to use. Cons Mobile app didn't do anything, it was extremely basic. Taxes were not actually calculated on employees pay (it still calculated it but didn't actually track it, just stopped at one point but only for a few and it wasn't caught), estimating module could use a lot of work to update it. Switched from [Sage 50 Accounting](https://www.capterra.com/p/174753/Sage-50cloud/) It was offered as an upgrade to the company from sage 50 to sage 100 contracting as an all in one solution. More benefits have been added that we do not use or do not need yet have to pay for in the monthly cost. Consideration should be given to a tiered system, if you use the basic package, then payment for basic package etc, if you use the full range of facilities then I would expect to pay more. January 10, 2025 5.0 I personally love it, and it is very user friendly, but because I had the local (not web based) version I could only get to log in VIA remote etc... but it suited everything I needed for my company. Pros sage is very develop-able and can be adjusted to do all your needs, ( only with a Great Re-seller ) Cons the least I like about sage is that in order to really get an understanding of the software you must have an awesome re-seller and there is only a handful (maybe a bit more) and they charge huge amounts of money to do the work.... so, it ends up being very pricey... It is a great software for our company's needs. Pros I like how easy it is to input and update information into our system, I also like how the load times for the various modules I use are quick and don't take up that much time. Overall, it is a very easy Software to use for accounting. Cons there are some occasional glitches but CBIZ is always able to help us resolve those issues whenever they arise. I have several clients who use it, and they're all quite happy with it. There IS a bit more of a learning curve to it if you've never worked with an accounting program before, but if you have some basic accounting knowledge, then it's fairly intuitive. Pros Performs well, gives great reports and such. Cons It's a bit more difficult to understand than some of its more pedestrian brethren. All the pros are still what we experience. The glitches happen maybe 5-6 times out of the year. Pros As a company that job costs employees' time, this has been an easy tool to use. It also serves us well with reporting and tracking finances. Cons Sometimes data doesn't save. We still sometimes experience glitches when running payroll. It doesn't take a lot of time to address, but it still takes time and is perplexing as to why this happens from time to time. Review Source MW Mark W. Pros The dashboard is its strength and giving me an at-a-glance view of our cash flow and over-budget alerts. Cons A standout downside is the cost. All modules require additional payment. The function is dependable but takes some time to learn the different functions. Pros Sage 100 offers strong value for money for SMEs. The financial modules are reliable and can maintain small multi entity Groups for a good cost. Reporting is flexible enough for month end reporting requirements and the system is stable and consistent. Cons The main cons with Sage 100 relate to usability and customer support. The user interface feels dated which as a first time user meant that it took longer to learn than accounting software's I have used in the past. Pros Decent interface, had a number of different modules from project accounting to RFIs, etc, had a light but fairly complete package. Cons Had errors in reporting database - they would not correct either; their customer support literally abandoned our case. Didn't even get to implement software. Would not refund. Do not purchase. I have used Sage 50, Sage 100 and we just signed on for Sage Intacct. Pros Financials reporting worked well. I liked that everything was permanent once posting versus Sage 50 where you can change transactions. Cons Bank Reconciliation platform was not as user friendly as newer platforms. Na 1 jaar overgestapt te zijn met grote kosten voor implementatie krijgen we een aangetekend schrijven dat Sage de support voor België volledig stop zet. De hele investering voor niets geweest.
