We use its virus protection and firewall features. I like that you can have different firewall configurations according to your location (internet, office, vpn, etc.) It is easy to manage (at least as a user) with a good user interface and it seamlessly update the virus definitions. The admins can push out updates, policies and so on from one console. Licenses made easy via the server. Cons When moving from one provider to another, it's best to use a removal tool from the previous provider. Cons Tends to be a lot of false positives on end users computers when downloading software. Sometimes makes it difficult to install software, and we have to disable protection to actually install.
