April 5, 2016 5.0 I have been searching for ever for a tool that can do what Drift does (it has been 3 years now). I came across Drift via ProductHunt and immediately jumped on it. I found the app surprisingly easy to use. The setup is a breeze , importing more than 500 customers, and other data sets minutes. The integrations are priceless and extremely convenient. I'll be honest I thought that the pitch was to good to be true, but as it stand right now is as good if not better. Drift has helped my team to be proactive and efficient when communicating with customers. Emails, Surveys, NPS and more all in one place? You cannot beat that! Well Done! We are also able to customize bots for specific landing pages and marketing materials. Cons It's not always a human. You can keep the bots on 100% of the time but people want a human to talk to so sometimes you can upset website visitors or possible customers. Absolutely god awful experience. No SaaS company behaves like this. Pros Decent product. Easy to setup and has the right flows. Cons Unethical billing -they kept billing me after I cancelled and make it nearly impossible to cancel (4 requests, still not clear if I'm cancelled). It's easy to use and setup. The email sequence works great. Cons I had the impression that drift was mainly built for web chat. Since I am not personally a fan of web chatbots I never used this functionality. I did not like that every time I tried to reach my email playbooks the first option was chat playbooks. It's particularly easy to install (a simple copy/paste does the job). And the tool can directly be plugged in to a Slack channel. You can use it for free for small projects!
