I use it for a client and Sites has always gone out of their way to assist whenever an issue has cropped up. Pros Zoho Sites Support has been fantastic! They forwarded my domain for me after I'd had trouble with a hosting service. Had they not stepped in immediately and taken it upon themselves to lead the process, I would still have been struggling. Thank you to the team! They respond promptly to queries and go out of their way to offer assistance. Cons I have no complaints. Service levels are obviously priority, and I feel confident for having chosen them as a service provider. Pros Easy wysiwyg editor and that makes it super simple to create a quick website without coding experience needed. We use it for our company intranet and this is how everyone can update it based on different permissions Cons editor sometimes is limited and hard to use. File upload has a lot of steps and when you link a test it sometimes separates it in 2 links but it should be really just one. you have to remove the link and do it again and then it works. Their support is just as terrible as this app. It takes them forever to reply and when they do, the answers they provide have nothing to do with the questions asked. ChatGPT knows more and have been much more helpful. Pros Only one - building basic sales pages. It's useless for everything else. Cons This is one of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of working with. You cannot customize the sign-up process. You cannot customize the sign-up email. After sign-up/ sign in, a user is directed to the home page by default, and it cannot be changed. So, you cannot direct the user to what they have signed up for or even a welcome page. If you want to do anything half meaningful, you have to integrate it to Zoho CRM and try all kinds of tricky workarounds that all end-up with a bad user experience. Has chat function, blogging, user portal set up and form functions. Would be great to see Zoho build a service booking app that can integrate with the site builder. Chat function built in makes us more accessible to customers too. Cons Some of the finer settings / visual editor are a bit clumsy to find settings and not as customisable in certain areas as would like but for a no code platform it offers a lot of value for money. We have little experience in creating our own websites, so this product allowed to do just that with relative ease. Pros The ease of creating a website because it is so intuitive. There is a lot of help available if you get stuck. We were able to create a beautiful website in just a few days. There are several templates to get you started and there are a lot of features to make your website stand out. Cons Drag and drop isn't as seamless as it should be. While trying to create 3 columns, the third column would always go down to the next line no matter how small we made it. Also, while the support is responsive, they don't always have a full understanding of your issues which is troublesome. Zoho CRM integration is not up to par yet. It is a highly recommended software. Pros Zoho Sites is a platform for creating web pages where ease and speed of use prevail because it has many templates that save time and work, most of them quite basic but functional. It has many tools for web customization, the interface is friendly and easy to understand, and anyone could create a website with Zoho Sites. Their free trial period is very good because it gives you access to many exclusive features, and the prices of the other memberships are also very good. Zoho Sites may not be the best on the market at what it does, but it is a very good option if you don't have experience creating web pages or you simply don't have that much time or money to have it done. The templates, although they are many and are acceptable, the truth is that they are not of great quality, they are functional, but I would not make my business website with a Zoho template.
