September 5, 2025 5.0 Overall, my experience with Zoho Forms was a pretty good one. I liked the fact that I did not have to go through endless automated calls to get to customer support. I also like the fact that customer support was always very helpful, and each of my calls made me feel like my issue was a top priority. Pros It is user-friendly, while allowing you to create and store from easily. Customer support is always friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong if you are the one creating the form you need. They have free form creation and paid, however, you do get more options with the paid subscription. Cons The only thing I didn't like was that they have monthly subscriptions, but you are billed annually. So, if I found another place to create my forms that I liked more, then I am stuck with them until my year is up, or lose the money I paid for the year, and just switch. If they state monthly, then you should have the option to pay monthly. Pros This software is a breeze to use and has saved me a lot of time. As we often have to modify a form, Zoho forms allow me to change just that section, quickly and without fuss. Once submitted, the form is emailed directly to the required recipient or recipients, which is easily set up in the settings for individual forms. Cons The thing I find most frustrating is the fact that I can't delete users and have to write to support to get them deleted. Doesn't happen often, but it would be better to have in house control over this. Pros I like the ease with which I can use it and how friendly is its user interface; with Zoho Forms we can create forms quickly and customize them to suit our specific needs, really Zoho Forms offers a lot in terms of customization, I can also customize reports among others. I really like the idea of being able to have a list of pre-designed templates that help us save time when creating any type of form, since we don't have to start from scratch; Zoho Forms also allows us to collect information quickly, efficiently and securely from our customers and colleagues, Zoho Forms provides us with detailed reports of the collected data that in turn we can easily analyze, which is very useful and favors decision making, in our case we have created an essential form for our support department that is diligent internally with the information provided by customers and allows us to identify in time massive failures in the areas and in the same way allows us to act in a timely manner to solve them, I like its almost seamless integration with Zoho Desk and Zoho Sheets. Cons So far everything works very well, the experience is comfortable and positive, so far there is nothing I dislike. It is great using it as part of Zoho suite. Pros The best feature is the payment feature through payment gateways and merging invoices and receipts with form responses. Data analytics through tracking links are very helpful for campaign tracking, and merging responses from forms to reports is great for data presentation. Responses can be downloaded in a pdf format.Forms can be embedded as well as shared via email campaigns. The built in approvals process also helped us simplify pre-existing business processes. Pros Zoho Forms is one of the easiest and most comprehensive web-based form builders I have used in the past few years. It has built-in drag-and-drop support for all common form fields such as single line, multi line, drop-down boxes, check boxes, file and image uploads and many, many more. Zoho Forms also has built-in support for conditional logic that can be applied at the level of field, page or form to make the process of directing persons to where they need to be on the form and hiding or showing field or pages as needed. Cons There are two main issues I have with Zoho forms builder. The first is the inability to have a color picker on the form. It's not included in the standard list and you can't add it yourself. May not be a big issue for most uses but it comes in handy if you work with designers. The second annoyance is with the forms generated when using conditional logic. The logic only applies when the person is filling in the form to hide pages or sections. All those "hidden" section show up when the form is saved in another format meaning reviewers have to scroll through all the blank sections. Review Source Steven C. This is very helpful for us since most of our field agents have limited mobile connection in the provinces. They can input the information we need during their fieldwork and Zoho forms will automatically link it in our google sheets once our employee connects to the internet. Pros So far it has the only offline feature for a form maker. It also comes with an android app which is very convenient. Cons It has no pricing for additional users but only has a fixed plan. We only submit a few forms per month but we do need additional user accounts at a reasonable price within our budget.
