Pros It’s very easy to set up forms and integrate it with zoho CRM, they communicate seemesly. Creating a useful form takes less than 15 minutes. Cons Zoho system overall is very confusing as most of the tools need to be paid extra, when implementing the zoho form we had big confusion with zoho landing pages and also the clients personal account and work account. It's helped us set up forms for feedback, orders, inventory, the list goes on. Havibg eveything synced instantly with no human error has been a great addition. It's helped us collect and manage our data easily and with less errors or manual work. Pros I love how smoothy the forms function. We have a lot of embedded forms and we've never had instances where there were any issues with the forms loading late or buttons not loading properly Cons I'd like the e-sign features to be a bit expanded on. Some of our forms have e-sign fields but the current widget doesn't work well. Pros I like the ease with which I can use it and how friendly is its user interface; with Zoho Forms we can create forms quickly and customize them to suit our specific needs, really Zoho Forms offers a lot in terms of customization, I can also customize reports among others. I really like the idea of being able to have a list of pre-designed templates that help us save time when creating any type of form, since we don't have to start from scratch; Zoho Forms also allows us to collect information quickly, efficiently and securely from our customers and colleagues, Zoho Forms provides us with detailed reports of the collected data that in turn we can easily analyze, which is very useful and favors decision making, in our case we have created an essential form for our support department that is diligent internally with the information provided by customers and allows us to identify in time massive failures in the areas and in the same way allows us to act in a timely manner to solve them, I like its almost seamless integration with Zoho Desk and Zoho Sheets. Cons So far everything works very well, the experience is comfortable and positive, so far there is nothing I dislike. The previous system was hard copy sheets that employees filled out weekly, which gave us a low quality data integrity. With Zoho Forms, we have our machinists scan their prints when they work on them to log what kind of work they are doing and automatically enter that data into a spreadsheet. This massively increased our efficiency, eliminated timely data entry, gives us the tools for better resource management, and verifies the integrity of the data we use to generate our invoices. Pros Zoho Forms has several critical features, making it the top tier form builder. The forms are easy to create with a gentle learning curve, visual appealing, and highly customizable. Zoho Forms outclasses the competition by providing, barcode scanning, kiosk mode, data collection, compatibility with Zapier, Automated sequences, Redirection, Notifications, and Logic Statements. I researched a variety of other software and found the price and functionality of Zoho Forms blows the competition out of the water. Cons Honestly, the only Issues I had were when I ran into the limitations of the free version. I just upgraded to the paid version where everything worked unlimited and flawlessly. It is enough to type it in Zoho Forms and it will share the info to the other apps. Pros The default integrations that it has like Zoho Desk, ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, Google Calendar, Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Projects and Microsoft Teams. That are very easy to integrate and provide a lot of value for the admin. Cons The visual customization in the forms. It only has 19 themes in the gallery but there are people like me that are not so good customizing the forms using the "Customize form" tool, we need to have more templates ready to use, only by clicking on it. It is great using it as part of Zoho suite. Pros The best feature is the payment feature through payment gateways and merging invoices and receipts with form responses. Data analytics through tracking links are very helpful for campaign tracking, and merging responses from forms to reports is great for data presentation. Responses can be downloaded in a pdf format.Forms can be embedded as well as shared via email campaigns. Cons Themes and templates aren't great or visually amazing compared to Typeform, for example, as it is straightforward and basic, but serves the purpose and can be customized. It is an intelligent system that gives us overall control over the distribution of forms; organizing the results to manage specific needs. Pros I've tried other form building tools, but what I liked about Zoho and what sets it apart from the rest is that the information is quickly obtained, the data can be exported to other platforms, it offers different options for the analysis of the forms, it has pre-built forms that streamline the process and save the user time in creation, and it has more survey-specific options. The forms are flexible, it can be posted on a website or the link can be shared on social networks, which offers a greater reach and response rate. It can also be sent to a specific audience or sent more privately by email. Cons Customization of colors and fonts can be more extensive, and although it has happened on very few occasions, sometimes the forms in social networks do not open correctly and that can be a problem.
