Any time we have raised issues, we have been able to gain better support and insight. Pros The software has given us the opportunity to pay our carriers via self and match pay systems according to the contracts we have in place with them. It has allowed us to optimize shipments and move to bookings with our primary or back up carriers, track last milestone items, and follow to destination as long as the carriers complete their updates. Cons The individual reporting for an organization is very cumbersome to move around and set up. Pulling copies of contracts and analytics can be time consuming and difficult to personalize on a tailored basis.
