Their customer service was on point and helped me troubleshoot my errors. They were very responsive in getting my questions answered. Pros We liked the fact they included Plaid by default and we didn't have to do any setup with them. Cons Everything was great! If you're looking for a product with a "Stripe-like" experience but for B2B checkout – any other solution would just be looking to the past. We tried and reviewed a handful of solutions and Balance was the clear winner. Cons Would love if it were easier to integrate with sales tax calculation tools like TaxJar or AvaTax, but I assume that's coming soon... Otherwise, no complaints!
