Llevo poco de conocerlo, sin embargo me parece una herramienta completa. Me gusta la idea de saber, que puedo llevar a cabo un inventario de equipos más completo.

Lo amigable que es para poder llevar a cabo reportes de incidentes, de inventarios, de licencias.

En general considero que es una herramienta de gran ayuda para la universidad, para tomar decisiones y tener un control. Tiene oportunidades de mejora pero son más los beneficios que ofrece.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado es poder tener un control completo de los equipos de cómputo de la universidad, ver sus estadísticas de uso y gestionar las licencias de software de manera eficiente. Además, la posibilidad de desplegar el software de forma sencilla desde la plataforma ha sido una gran ventaja.

Cons

He identificado que, cuando borro un equipo de cómputo, los dispositivos adicionales quedan sin ser asociados. Esto ha generado excesos en la cantidad de dispositivos asociados, y cuando intento eliminar de forma masiva, el filtro 'Asociado a' no aparece. Por lo tanto, he tenido que eliminar los dispositivos uno por uno, lo que representa un trabajo largo. También, cuando despliego un software, aparece un mensaje de 'Error' junto a un número, pero no indica en qué dispositivo ocurre el error, ni qué tipo de error es.

Muy buena experiencia en general. Cuando se detecta falta de alguna funcionalidad que podría mejorar la herramienta, estas necesidades se tienen en cuenta por parte del fabricante para implementarlas en nuevas versiones.

Pros

Es una herramienta integral que centraliza y optimiza la administración de los procesos TI alineada con ITIL. La aplicación facilita la visualización y el seguimiento de los componentes de la infraestructura TI, permitiendo identificar rápidamente cómo los cambios en un área pueden afectar a otras. Valoramos el acceso al equipo experto para facilitar evolución en el uso de la herramienta y mantenerla alineada a la transformación de nuestros procesos.

Cons

El diseño de la aplicación en el apartado del portal de autoservicio para el usuario final mantiene un aspecto de versiones iniciales, pero en los últimos tiempos vemos que se está haciendo un importante esfuerzo para la actualización del look&feel del mismo.
