Pros

Plataforma nativa con uso dinámico alienado a ITIL.

Cons

Problemas con las actualizaciones , ya que conllevo a que los incidentes reportados tomen su tiempo solucionar.

Pros

\- La orientación para la parametrización de los servicios abarcados por la empresa. - Las capacitaciones constantes para el uso de la herramienta.

Cons

\-El tardío ingreso en el Loguin al momento del iniciar sesión por parte de los técnicos.
