This software is very user friendly, I LOVE all the features they have to offer for my clients. I get really good feed back from my clients and thats the best.
I loved that the whole setup process is easy to follow. The Fitbudd team is super helpful which makes a huge difference when it comes to moving your business online for the first time.

Such as changing colors and fixing wrong things such as macros and stuff. I also don't need the workouts.
Not enough content regarding different exercises and modes of exercise customer support is awful.
Clients themselves seem to have issue with using app and seem unmotivated with it compared to conventional training.
People are not able to "browse" the app and get an error message unless they have been preloaded by admin. Can not view or purchase packages without a separate email.

"Best Fitness Software to Date!"
Overall: Fitbudd has been great to date. I've used other softwares like Trainerize and Everfit, and I find Fitbudd the nicest looking and easiest to use. Also, the support has been out of this world. On the other apps, even during the trial, it took a while to get a response even by chat. With Fitbudd, I've been on countless calls during my prep phase, they provide resources, and they are always available to hop on a call...with a REAL PERSON...whenever I need help.
Pros: It's so easy to use, the interface is clean, and you get your own website thrown in! I am not a tech person, I'm just trying to use technology to execute my work. This is exactly what I needed to be able to serve my clients best!
Cons: I would like if there was a meal logging feature for clients to input outside of a set meal plan. As of now, I will have them do it all by messaging. I would like to put my 1:1 coaching service on the "Plans/Programs" page, where people can then be directed to the initial call, but I cannot do so without putting a price. As this is a high-ticket service, I'd rather not put the price on the web page, but only share it once the call is complete.

Overall: Amazing, using fitbudd makes creating clients programmes, tracking their meals & staying in touch with them so much easier. I've tried every possible coaching app before fitbudd and fitbudd was tje best option for me in all areas.
Pros: Built in food tracker & macro/calorie counter
Cons: Could improve certain areas such as the workout section & try to improve speed within the app as it does seem to freeze fairly often.

Pros: Able to have different types of daily calorie goals and can assign by schedule
Cons: Unable to send scheduled messages to clients. This is very frustrating when I want to send a message to all of my clients at a specific time. Instead of being able to schedule the message, I have to manually send a broadcast message at the time You label people as "obese" in the app as soon as they complete their onboarding. DONT DO THIS! Unable to copy meals from one day to another. This is a feature that is used very very frequently from my clients in MyFitnessPal and they get angry when they cant do that in the app.

Pros: The team is always helpful and patient with me, I am treated with respect, valued and encouraged.
Cons: There is nothing that disatisfies me. The team has addressed any concerns or questions that I have had and they are always available to schedule any needed appointments. In addition their response time to my emails is fast, and that's important to me.

Overall: Great so far, and my clients seem to love it!
Pros: Nutrition and Fitness are in the same platform and easy to manipulate.
Cons: The menu needs to be cleaner, as there are a ton of subcategories that drop down from every menu. I also dislike the coach app at the moment, as I have to manually search for every client.
