Very positive. Good customer service and clear communication.

Pros

It helps us provide an easy to use platform to bring exercises to the patients and clients so they can adhere easily to their exercise programs.

Cons

It's quite demanding on the exercise input, but on the bright side: it makes you put in the details, so description of the exercises should be adequate.
